What do people do when their insomnia gets too bad? Like, too much to handle?

"Hey Yoonoh! Long time no see." The boy looked up only to find the person he least expected to meet again "W-what are you doing here? ...how are you even here?" Anyone could tell he was really shocked to see you… if they were able to see you.
“Wait- you can see me?!” Now you were surprised. It didn’t take a long for you to change the shocked look in your face to a really happy one. Your sparkling eyes and cute smile were followed by little jumps, and for a second Jaehyun caught himself smiling at how adorable you were looking... until he looked down in an attempt to stop smiling and ended up noticing your feet didn’t touch the ground. The moment you stopped jumping he was sure. You were levitating.
“Am I hallucinating?” Jaehyun whispered to himself but you ended up hearing it. “No. You are not hallucinating, I am in front of you right now.” You got closer to his face while analyzing all his features and he couldn’t help but look at your face. “You are looking so pale.” He muttered mindlessly. “Well, what did you expect me to look like if I am dead?” “I don’t know. I didn’t even think that I could see you again… I-I just missed you a lot and I regret everything.” You looked at his eyes and moved away a little before straightening up your posture.
“Oh dear, I am sure you don’t miss me. You said you hated me. You said you wished I was dead so you wouldn’t have to look at my face every day… you made me feel like I was nothing when you were my everything, when I loved you with all my heart and gave you all of me. You should have noticed that I was so important to you when I was still alive, Jaehyun. Just… tell my brother I am grateful for everything he did for me and forget that I once existed as you said you would. Maybe then I’ll be able to rest in peace.” You looked at him, analyzing all of his features one more time and gave him a small smile, a really fake one, as a way to say goodbye, but now it would be the last time.
I'd love to have someone to tell me that everything's going to be ok even though it isn't (it is a living hell rn)

"If I give up... would someone even care? If I stopped breathing... would someone actually miss me? I cannot find any reason to stay alive if this is how I am going to live. I just want to rest in peace." You kept whispering these words to yourself while crying in the corner of a dark room.
"You shouldn't think of this. If you can’t find a reason to stay alive I can help you, but just keep in mind that ‘this’ will not be the answer to your current problems. If you need support I will be here for you. I will always be here for you whenever you need me... okay?" You looked at the person, only then recognizing your best friend, Na Jaemin. Without thinking twice you just buried your face on his chest, allowing yourself to be pulled into his embrace while sobbing loudly and nodding slightly. "I love you way too much to let you do this to yourself." He said in a inaudibly while crying with you and holding you as if it depended on his life... and maybe it actually did.

Xiaojun looked at you in shock and concern while you “dyed” your hair with a yellow highlighter to look like his.
What a great day to try to talk to people by sending messages, see how your messages doesn't sound good, delete them and give up on communication

"Will you come to my birthday party?" Hendery asked you for the hundredth time in the day. "Why you keep repeating the same question?" You was getting tired, it was already late and Hendery called you... when you should be sleeping.
"Stop avoiding the question! Just tell me yes or no!" He sounded like he was judging your behaviour and for real? He really was.
"Okay let's see. I'll see you then...?" "THANK YOU!" And with this he hung up the call.

Your heart broke into pieces when you saw Lucas kissing another girl in the corner of a classroom. You felt your eyes getting watery the moment they broke the kiss and he looked at you with a smirk. You try to hold back your tears and run out of the school as fast as you could.
“How silly of me to believe Lucas would love me as he told me he would. He is still a player after all and I knew he wouldn't change himself just for me.” It was the only thing you could think of while crying on the way to somewhere. A place that you didn't even know where it would end up, you just knew that it would be far from him.
