It is the time for this year BassRock Week! Here are the prompts for these year the theme will be "Summer" !
Same Rules as the last year!
It can be used for either the Classic or EXE counterparts!
If ya wanna draw them in your AU (Alternate Universe) go for it!
It is okay if ya can't create to all prompts plz do it in your own pace!

WIP #1 (FOR XMAS)
a brief context = planning the Christmas drawing, since I couldn't decide on the theme, I decided to rely on a decision roulette wheel (which won bassrock- with a theme of beauty and the beast [don't ask how that option slipped 🤣🤣]).
but since my mind likes to make me suffer with my wrist and arm, I decided to throw myself a 2x1 in Christmas drawing with this pair of lovebirds also in armor + a funny Christmas detail.
Wish me luck to see if I can finish by the 24th 🥲🥲🥲
BASS OLD PAPER SKETCH
It's my way of drawing Bass/Forte + lore included from them =
•Bass was created taking several details as reference = what Wily was able to rescue from Ra Thor and the disappeared megaman killers, some old blueprints of proto man and mega man and above all; having discovered the Fortenium alloy that would function as its engine; but because Wily after the events of mmn 5 had to be on the run constantly and that in mmn6 he was imprisoned, although Bass was functionally complete; its physical finish is terrible, Wily only had time to cover the adolescent robot's face with "skin" (and in the words of Wily himself and Dr. Light, Wily has always been bad in that regard; preferring to cover a large part of the seams fake skin with extravagant helmets or that the robot's design has the minimum amount of fake skin to compensate), the scientist himself does not know the origin of the "horrific" purple marks that it has (although he believes that it is due to the fortenium nucleus, he has not found the way to make them disappear) and although he had been more thorough with Bass's hair; He had to patch up a couple of strands of black hair when the blonde robot hair he was using ran out (although it did give him the "idea" for Bass's helmet to have the colors inverted).
Bass quote= [Bass honestly didn't care about his appearance without his armor until at mmn7 events he saw rock without his helmet on a couple of occasions and met Roll and blues; something that made him somewhat envious because they looked a thousand times better finished and he generated a small complex with his unarmed appearance]
• after the last fight with megaman in mmn7 Bass gets a scar in his eyebrow area; rock on several occasions has asked to be allowed
• Bass's appearance doesn't change until after mmn8, "megaman and Bass" or in General after Bass where he was more in the public eye; Wily forces him to give him a civilian form so that the boy would go unnoticed (to the point where the scientist threatened to disarm Treble if he didn't comply). He usually wears punk-style clothes or sports sweatshirts along with a cap and a mask to go unnoticed, if he has to introduce himself, he uses his beta name as his first name, that is, "Forte".
BASS-quote: [Bass HATES how it turned out and to a certain extent feels disgusted, for a change the finish of the fake skin is horrible as the seams left by the scientist are noticeable and more purple marks generated by the bassnium became noticeable on his arms and legs; even when Wily "suggested" replacing his ear sensors with ones in the form of ears Bass was so disgusted that he blew up the skull castle without even having his Buster or Treble handy].
• BASSROCK NOTE= Rock has helped Bass a lot to stop feeling disgust for his own unarmed appearance, not enough to stop bass from complaining but at least enough to have a couple of civil dates without much trouble.

To celebrate the most recent announcement of Bass & Treble being released together in XDiVE, I drew this quickly to celebrate this milestone!
(Please note I am not an actual artist, I’m more of a hobbyist so please don’t kill me in the comments for how I drew Treble or Bass. This is the first time I’ve ever drawn Treble and I think he still came out cute!)

and thanks to a problem I had in September with u I couldn't participate in the bassrock Week… BUT- I can still publish a drawing of these two lovebirds, taking advantage of the fact that this week I have fewer things to do and it's not Halloween at all.

Español/muchas cosas que debo aclarar cómo curiosidad=
Acerca sus edades: deben estar confusos acerca de que hayan dos números, esto se debe a que los robots tienen técnicamente dos tipo de edad (La edad mental con la que fueron programados y la generación de robots masters a las que pertenecen). En este caso Rock es mas antiguo al ser un robot doméstico de primera generación, mientras que Bass/Forte es de sexta generación (un hecho que suele ser malinterpretado con que es un robot de séptima generación al no haber aparecido hasta los eventos de "MegaMan 7")
El Wily Number no entiende mucho el concepto de "género" y "sexualidad" así que o es muy técnico o ni siquiera lo intenta... (no lo funen plz, es un robot adolescente y no sabe lo que dice ahh-)
"Bass" es solo un nombre provisional que le puso Wily a Forte hasta que lo llamo como tal y el uso nuevamente su nombre provisional como un nombre falso para presentarse con MegaMan... Desafortunadamente está tan acostumbrado a su alias que a veces olvida su nombre; solo Rock lo llama así actualmente.
A Rock le encanta poner Cáritas en todo; incluso el fue quien dibujo las caritas en los niveles en base de las reacciones que tenían.
Forte al ser un robot con una armadura semi-fija (y el vivir con Wily, que a duras penas el anciano se compra lo justo y necesario para el mismo) no necesita usar ropa y no posee en general; la que posee son camisas y suéteres que rock le obsequia en navidad y "su cumpleaños" (y Rock no lo sabe pero Forte las usa todo el tiempo… como pijamas)
En el "nivel de celos" la cara de «¿Que carajos?» De Forte es porque no tenía ni idea de que Rock podía ponerse celoso.
Rock no sabe que es lujuria (es un bebé azul!!!)
English/ many things that I must clarify as funfact=
About their ages: they must be confused about there being two numbers, this is because robots are technically two types of age (the mental age with which they were programmed and the generation of robots masters to which they belong). In this case Rock is older as it is a first generation domestic robot, while Bass / Forte is sixth generation (a fact that is often misinterpreted as a seventh generation robot as it did not appear until the events of "MegaMan 7 ")
The Wily Number doesn't really understand the concept of "gender" and "sexuality" so it's either very technical or it doesn't even try ... (don't funen him plz, he's a teenage robot and he doesn't know what he's saying ahh-)
"Bass" is just a temporary name that Wily gave Forte until he called him as such and used his temporary name again as a false name to introduce himself with MegaMan ... Unfortunately he is so used to his alias that sometimes he forgets the name. name of him; only Rock currently calls it that.
Rock loves to put funny faces in everything; even he was the one who drew the faces on the levels based on the reactions they had.
Forte being a robot with a semi-fixed armor (and living with Wily, that the old man barely buys what is fair and necessary for himself) he does not need to wear clothes and does not have in general; the one he owns are shirts and sweaters that Rock gives him for Christmas and "his birthday" (and Rock doesn't know it but Forte wears them all the time… like pajamas)
On the "level of jealousy" the "yo,What the hell?" Face of Forte is because he had no idea that Rock could get jealous.
Rock don't know what lust is (he's a blue baby !!!)

I found some of my old pony/megaman art! I think I made it back in middle school.
It's better if I post this now because I have a busy day today and am going to forget.

The promised art I mentioned in the last post, both were surprisingly fun to draw.

I know I gave Roll platinum blonde hair but I honestly think I could've gotten away with giving her regular hair color. I still like Roll as the goat because I see her as more aggressive than Rock, even if that isn't true most of the time. I just wanna give her huge weapons, she deserves it. As a treat y'know?
Regardless, this was a nice fit, Roll has always been associated with warmer colors and Rock with cooler ones, her hair was also just more convenient. The main reason I drew Rock as the Lamb in the first place was because the Lamb had the main character status and is generally considered to be more mild compared to the Goat which I thought suited Rock better. This way does give Roll more rep as the main character tho, and Rock can finally get the chance to be a littol sheet, so huzzah.
If Rock and Roll are in the place of the Goat and the Lamb then they should have some followers too right?
I think the robot masters could fill in the role of the followers, with the first gen robot masters following Rock and the Megaman 9 robot masters following Roll. Time and Oil man are finicky though, since they weren't introduced in the original game, so I'm unsure which one they should follow. It'll probably come down to colors at the end of the day so Timeman follows Rock and Oilman follows Roll, but since both cults work so closely it shouldn't really matter. Aside from those two, the rest of the many robot masters can follow either or some may not even join either cult at all. Prime example being Cossack's line of robots.
This brings up the idea of there being two cults. I haven't played the game so I can't say for sure what the Goat's deal is, but for this au in particular, Rock and Roll are in charge of separate cults that work closely with one another. I'm also making a change and not have Rock and Roll be related in any way. They still treat each other as siblings, but in more of a found family kind of way.
I think at some point in their past, Rock and Roll knew each other and were pretty good friends before both were sent off to be killed. They were killed in separate places but met death at the same time. I wonder if they both have some sort of link because of that or if they somehow just knew the other was alive and sought out to look for them.
If the duo are the playable characters then who should be The One Who Waits?
My first thought was Protoman, he's got the second identity thing going on, but Bass or Zero are also on the table. I'll have to think about that later, maybe draw some doodles.
Wooooo boy, it's been a while since I've posted anything here-
Feel free to enjoy some doodles of one of the lesser known MegaMan characters from the MegaMan MegaMix manga: Piano. (Her alternate names are Tone or Clef)
She didn't really have a huge role in the manga, specifically being created just to explain stuff to the reader and the other characters in the manga. She was ultimately cut in favor of a more natural flow for the manga.
That doesn't mean she's not interesting though. In universe, Piano was built to look after Bass and make sure he stayed in line. She's like his opposite and has no combat ability of her own, instead being in control of several gadgets. Fitting, since Bass is named Forte in the MegaMix and in music Forte is opposite to Piano.
I've known about her for a while and have seen a few posts of Piano so I'd thought that I'd throw in my own doodles. As well as how in how I'd imagine her personality, inspired by @miserymet's interpretation of the character. (You should check them out, their art style is so good and their comic's really interesting so far)
So, what's Piano like? I'm thinking quiet, polite, and small. She speaks with a soft but flat voice. I also imagine she's shy too, often hiding away to tinker with her gadgets or clean something or other at the Wily Castle. I'd also think it'd be funny if she reads Wily's diary when she gets bored, so she's sneaky too.
Forte doesn't think much of her at first and Piano tolerates his attitude, but eventually they bond over making fun of Wily's poor decisions. Maybe Forte starts to care about her little by little and Piano begins to enjoy his presence more and more. They do still bicker at times, but they do form a bond.
I’m still alive!! Schools just kicking my butt right now and I haven’t had the time to draw.
I was looking through my phone and found Some oldish drawings. Star Man was drawn in November, the robot masters were drawn in May, and Bass and Treble were drawn sometime during August.
I think I drew star on some art program on my iPad.
I remember drawing the robot masters a little after I had gone back to school after being hospitalized
