Where Every Scroll is a New Adventure
I have so many questions. Yet so little answers. Why is this, and who is out there fucking a Dalek.
Remember that time Daleks and Cybermen had sass-off?
the viewer is the dalek. the director is placing the average viewer in the position of the marginalized viewer—their black, brown, immigrant, trans, muslim counterparts. saying to them: i hate you; you are a threat to our way of life; join us or die—but with moral complexity for your complicity. it is okay to shed your humanity when your enemy hates you as much as you hate them.
the doctor emotionally monologuing at the daleks and then it cutting to shots like this is one of my favorite parts of dw
i just need a beautiful woman to put her DNA in me...

Day Eleven: Favourite Dalek Story
Well, i really like (most of) the stories with Daleks in the Classic Who, but one of my favourites is The Daleks' Master Plan, a great Twelve-Part Story from William Hartnell's Season 3.
My others favourites are: The Power of the Daleks, Genesis of the Daleks, Planet of the Daleks and Resurrection of the Daleks.
From New Who, my favourites are: The Stolen Earth/Journey's End, Bad Wolf/The Parting of the Ways, Dalek, Eve of the Daleks and Daleks in Manhattan/Evolution of the Daleks
