Maybe I’m just too late to realize, but Jason Grace (PJO) and Adora (She-Ra) are actually really alike. They have similar backstories, personality traits and goals! Maybe someone have already written this, and done an analysis on them, but here is mine!!!!

Jason and Adora:

Both of them are blonde individuals who were taken in and raised in the military since they were small, are their mother figure’s (Hera, Shadow Weaver) favorite child, and are purely seen by their leadership skills. At the beginning of the story, both of them were kidnapped by the “enemy” (who they learn are actually good guys) and joined forces with them to save the world from evil (at one point or another in the story, both of them were forced to fight their previous allies - fighting Romans/soldiers from Camp Jupiter, The Horde).

There are a lot of expectations and pressure on them, since both of them are seen as “important” and “dutiful” people by their position in society (Jason being Jupiter’s son, and Adora being She-Ra). They’re constantly trying their best to not let their friends down, constantly trying to act and be like how everyone wants them to be (a warrior/hero/leader/etc.), and has intentionally tried to sacrifice themselves, but to no avail (both of them were stopped by a brown-haired “friend” of theirs - Leo, Catra).

Both of them are also connected to magical horses, each have a magical weapon, and each have a childhood friend that was seen for a while as the “enemy” by their allies (Reyna and Catra). As well as, both of them likes to have a sense of purpose, has felt out of place with their new allies, has a hero complex, and feels like they alone are responsible for the well-being of others (Jason, due to the promise to look after the lesser gods, and Adora, due to the abuse of Shadow Weaver).

I didn’t mean to write this much, but it’s insane how similar they actually are!

Should I add something???

If Camp Half-Blood and Camp Jupiter were to fight CHB would win. This is based solely on the fact that they actually know how to think outside the box.

They’re also crazy.

Crack head cannon

Imagine if at both Camps everyone thinks Reyna and Hylla hate eachother due to them bickering alot and fighting alot.

Instead, what if they're just acting like normal siblings, fighting eachother and annoying eachother, but no one else has full siblings so everyone just acts as friends.

So those two could be arguing and insulting eachother, but if anyone else tries to be rude to them they will get murdered n shit.

Also, Hylla would be the only one able to get Reyna to rest and go Medical, and is the only person Rey lets hug her.

More importantly, the Amazons could visit Camp Jupiter, and a few hours the campers panic bc Reyna and Hylla are in a room together alone, having run off at the start. And the campers find them just hanging out and laughing, which Reyna rarely does, confusing everyone.

I can imagine Reyna working herself to death, like not eating and sleeping properly.

I also believe that if many legionares are too injured to fight, she would fight alone in a different way(like the pirates or something else she picked up)

Imagine if there was a tip to both camps that a massive army if monsters were going to attack Camp Half-blood, so most Romans go to help, leaving Reyna as the only defence( ik they wouldn't but Imagine)

Instead, imagine the army of monsters stormed Camp Jupiter, and Reyna having to hold them off until the legion returns, using magic from Circe's Island and fighting like the pirates.

The legion only returning at the end of the fight in time to see Reyna, broken and bleeding but victorious, having destroyed most of the army and passing out due to injury.

Reyna would then sleep for days, weeks even. Much longer than needed to heal from the fight due to lack of sleep and food. The whole legion in panic that Reyna may not wake up when she's just catching up on missing sleep.

Her just waking up like 3 weeks later confused as everyone is celebrating, not realising how long it's been

I always see people talking about Reyna as if she's very put together and organised, like has a great sleep schedule and everything

I love that, but what if instead she's just a mess if a human being.

I headcannon Reyna as a workaholic who just never sleeps.ever. unless she just passes out from exhaustion. I think she gets so busy working that she misses most meals and never has time to do anything.

Also I definitely headcannon her as a lot younger, like more closer to Nico's age, so around 14 or 15 and like no one remembers

Give me a Reyna who hasn't slept or are in days who does most of the praetor work as Frank is struggling to learn how to do it.

Give me Reyna who no one realises she just doesn't sleep or is always working, who only keeps working so not to disappoint anyone because she's younger than the others.

Give me Reyna who really just needs a hug and some rest but never takes breaks.

Just imagine a scenario where after a long month of meetings and paperwork, of only getting 1hour sleep a night if that, where when getting up from her seat Reyna , absolutely exhausted, ends up passing out. All of the legion panics because Reyna is very strong and is always fine so when she wakes up after being asleep for a few days everyone is worried. Like every time she goes to get something it's grabbed for her. Or when she needs to go somewhere people go with her and fret over her to make sure she's alright. And because she's stubborn and not used to help she pushes it away.

Give me a Reyna who hides injuries plz, refused to go medical ever.

Also if her sister's there, she will hug her and she will fall asleep in her arms. Why? Because Hylla is safe to her.

please say your thoughts about camp jupiter and specifically any like any headcanons or ideas you have about nr, the characters, their relationships and backgrounds, literally anything!!! i am a fellow cj enthusiast and would absolutely LOVE to hear your thoughts on it <3

okay okay I didn't answer this for WEEKS I'm super sorry my head was so empty and I got hyper fixated in another fandom, so I didn't want to deliver half assed answers, but I'm back!! recharged lol

• new rome/camp jupiter probably has a million secret entrances to different places, that probably only reyna knows of.

• octavian was actually friends with jason and Reyna when they were little kids but he grew to be evil and they became frenemies.

• jason and reyna spent basically all their time tgt going to different historical locations, if jason was assigned a quest he'd be like ‘can reyna go with me please?’ because they'd use it as an excuse to tour places and talk about history.

• jason definitely had other best or atleast close friends in cj or nr in general, apart from reyna. and I feel like that person knows him too well (maybe even more than reyna does) and after his death they cried their heart out, and nobody knows that they were close friends. this friend/friends have so many letters and things jason wrote to them.

• baby jason and reyna would love to try on the armours that were put on the statues in cj and would run around with it. they were definitely rebel kids.

Camp jumpiter: yeah no one ever meets their parents we just have faith they’re watching over us :/

Percy: *sleeps over at Poseidon’s house, Amphitrite does his laundry when he’s there*

Nico: *has a room ready for him in Hades’ palace for when he dies*

Annabeth: *literally designs Olympus at age 16*

Clarisse: *rides her dad’s chariot as a rite of passage and fights her brothers who are actual gods*

on days when nico doesnt feel like leaving his cabin jason brings him little pieces of chocolate that are left over from campfire s’mores

the heroes of olympus should focused on the friendship of the seven, not the couples.

Jason’s Legacy

Ok so I know that this what I’m about to say is a little sad for some of us..but I felt the need to bring it up. Even though we lost Jason a long time ago, can we appreciate how well the fandom carries on his legacy and makes it feel as though he never left..I’d honestly like to applaud us on that. Jason’s character was surely one to be remembered. Let’s continue to keep his legacy alive and carry on his story…

So, some of you think that leo needed to be more ANGRY? And FERAL? And needed to go berserk AND needed to vent out on his crew mates for them being in a relationships and stuff? You know what I think? NO. A big fat NO. here's why? Leo had to see his mother DIE at the age of 8(which is why he had every right to kill Gaea and he did) had to run away from foster homes like a zillion times because, he had abandonment issues, had no friends, slept in sewers. And when he finally has a reliable group of friends, a FAMILY? you think he'd go and destroy that? Just because he doesn't have a "love interest"? NON of us would do that don't lie to me. We live on crumbs of love thrown at us and whoever says otherwise is a wretched liar. Yes, I agree most of the times he feels left out and after what nemeisis told him he started feeling even more insecure and started overthinking about pretty much everything. No life is perfect. BUT Just so you pipsqueaks know and I cannot stress this enough NOT EVERY FREAKING ONE HAS SAME REACTION TO TRAUMA sure, some of us go through anger issues, some of us turn apathetic and some of us? SOME OF US TURN INTO THIS LARGE BALL OF ANXIETY AND INSECURITY THAT HAS FORGOTTEN HOW VERBAL COMMUNICATION WORKS, HAS SELF ESTEEM RESEMBLING THE BOTTOM OF A FINISHED JUICE BOTTLE AND GETS OVERWHELMED BY SMALL THINGS. And for Hades's sake STOP fucking glorifying things like trauma makes you more "distant" or "thick skinned" blah blah blah.

There should be a blog post where we get to know what nectar tastes like to each of the demigod, you know like a short interview thing.

If it was percy in nico's place in son of Neptune. He wouldn't be able to lie about the whole not knowing each other thing because of his fatal flaw (personal loyalty).

Like, seriously, where is she?

All the Big Three have at least two kids, one Greek and one Roman, one male and one female.

Zeus has Thalia, his Greek kid who emulates his lightning, and Jupiter has Jason, his Roman son who channels the winds.

Hades has Nico, who is the stereotypical Greek son of the lord of the dead, and Pluto has Hazel, his Roman kid who reminds demigods that he is the god of riches too.

Poseidon has Percy, his great demigod son who is just like the sea.

Where is Neptune's daughter, the child of the Earthshaker, who makes the ground quake when she's mad? Where is the girl who has a greater affinity with horses than even Percy or Hazel, who wins any horse race she participates in? Where is the demigoddess who is so much more comfortable in a lake than in the sea, because Romans associated Neptune with freshwater more than the sea? The girl that the legionnaires always blame when a fresh drought comes in, who's shunned because Neptune's kids are considered dangerous to have around, who understands Nico di Angelo on a level that the Greeks don't get, because she's considered bad luck too? The girl that immediately volunteered to go with Jason Grace when he quested to kill the Trojan Sea Monster, because he didn't know the ocean like she did?

Where is she, Rick?

I always forget that Jason was to Frank what Percy was to Leo and Piper in the whole swap thing. Like legendary camp hero, fought a Titan, led an army became the leader but he literally never met him until MoA??? Like I wish we’d have got franks thoughts on Jason the way we got Piper’s on Percy

Octavian after the cannon if he survived:

White fluffy hair around going to his waist, put up in a high ponytail.

A white button up shirt under a black vest with a flowy pattern on it.

Due to the cannon, the left half of his face was horrifically scared, in the same way two face has two faces, half of his face is normal and the other is covers by a metal half mask, with a glowing place where the eye would be.

He wears hearing aids due to going partially deaf due to the loudness of the cannon.

His whole left side is pretty fucked, he lost his left arm fully during cannon, that’s the only thing they found of him. Henry had a metal prosthetic made with the same pattern that’s on the vest carved into it.

His leg wasn’t as bad as his arm but he still lost chunks, he got it metal plated but it still causes him regular pain.

He has to spend over half an hour ruccibg ointment over his whole left half, as it’s fully scared.

The only scars on his right side is his top surgery scars and a few he got from fighting.

Goes by Vi to people who don’t know him so he isn’t found by people in his past.

Was awful with a sword, but found he adopted a bow after the whole cannon incident.

Wears heeled boots because on his left half his hell was fully replaced by metal, and it’s less painful if his mussels are tensed like that.

Got proficient in sign language but signs with a slur due to the fact he has one metal hand and only half his sight.

Got less racist, and now without Gaea in his ear 24/7 telling him to exterminate the Greeks he has some sort of small music playing in his hearing aids because he can’t stand the silence.

Trans (FTM) and had a gay awakening when he was fighting with Jason, and denied it very hard. 

Wears an old braclet of the last things he could snatch from camp before he ran away.

No one thought he was alive, and basically didn’t remember to check for him for weeks after, when they found his arm. He was paralysed for a week lying down in the grass awake but unable to move and in pain, he cried all his tears from them, developing a despising of all demigods in general after he was made to suffer for a week straight basically undead.

Was saved by a small Greek boy who was about 5. He basically adopted him after that, begrudgingly. Finding out he was a son of Kronos, about three years after, and still taking care of him. Basically hiding him from his dad and trying to survive away from society.

Anyone else feel like they belong more/ would feel more comfortable in Camp Jupiter rather then Camp Half-Blood or is that just me?

Like, I know deep in my soul that my godly parent is Hermes/Mercury but I also know that I would like being in a Cohort more then being in Cabin 11.

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the occasional chaos, but I also like organization. People have their own roles, we have established rules, and a capable government with two leaders.

Plus we get to wear purple
