And even had the audacity to be going out with someone else without him knowing?

Nevertheless he’ll be immediately reviewing his memories with you, seeing if you are hiding anything else from him or that there’s some other notable thing about you that went over his head.
He’ll be more wary about you in the future along with trying to court you, though now with the knowledge that you are in a relationship...
He’ll have to take drastic measures to ensure that he’s your only pursuer....
He didn’t like using his dogs as a weapon but, it’s not like he was going to leave them at home. They were so eager to help out with the clean up too!

Kiku was actually stunned more when you said you were already dating someone than you rejecting his advances.
He’s never seen you with another person, besides him and your friend group. He always kept tabs on them, making sure they weren’t ‘too’ friendly with you (and in his mind that could mean just hanging up together).

He doesn’t like the fact you could hide this part of your life even with him being by your side 24/7 (how it show be if your asking him) and how easily you did it!

Romania settled on stalking you more intensely to try and figure out what you wanted from him and he was going to be the better boyfriend for you!

This pesky inconvenience would have to go first..
Hex’s, jinx’s, curses, he’s not very picky. Anything would do as long as it disposed of the pest that was in his life.
