Haechan was in a mall when you guys met

You were buying a pair of shoes in the same shop as him

He started singing out of nowhere and you were immediately mesmerized by his voice

He looked around to see if anyone was watching him and his eyes locked with yours

To lessen the awkwardness you decided to compliment him

"You have a beautiful voice, that was pretty good."

The way he smiled instantly :)

"Really? Thank you :)))"

You guys started talking and low key ignoring the people you two came with

He asked for your number and you thought why not he's cute

You because closer and closer and you didn't mind because he was an angel

Yes, WAS an angel

Because as soon as you two became friends, you wouldn't describe him as an angel anymore

You two have this habit of forgetting the world around you as soon as you start talking

What you didn't know is that haechan started gaining feelings for ever since you became his best friend

And his feelings were getting stronger day by day

He really wanted to confess but his insecurities weren't allowing him

But his nct besties told him it's okay because you seemed interested in him

So he did confess, and he waited for you to say the opposite

But you did want to become his girlfriend so you said yes

He couldn't believe you at first and asked if you really like him

You reassured him that your feelings are real and you two immediately became a couple

Ever since dating haechan, he became more clinger than he was

He really does give you big doses of love everyday and of course asks to receive some

He's really affectionate, and that's how he demonstrates his love for you

Also cuddles and kisses are a thing

So good luck trying to get away from his grip in the morning

And pda is a must so everyone knows you're his lol

Buys you gifts just to see your reaction

He really wants to become your source of happiness

When you go on dates, you usually go to places where you can do numerous activities

He doesn't really like calm dates like sitting at the park and reading, he enjoys going on adventures

And it's definitely better when it's with you

But he also likes indoors dates when he can't get out of the dorm

He likes playing games while having you in his lap

The boyfriend who would sneak out at 3 am to get ice cream with you

He's so chaotic

Also, let's talk about the huge amount of teasing

Haechan will not let you live lmao

You can literally breathe and he'll be mimicking you

"Why you breathin like dat"

But it's a part of how he shows his love to you

This is weird but haechan likes it when arguments happen between you two

Because he thinks you're so hot when you fight him lol he's weird

Anyways,

He's overprotective, always wants to make sure you're okay and he often feels like protecting you, because to him, you're too precious for this cruel world

He also gets very jealous, literally nobody is allowed to interact with you for longer than five minutes

If he feels like it's not a big deal, he will not act out his jealousy, but if it's something big like someone is flirting with you or something like that, he'll definitely throw hands

And damn his gaze is so intense like they better run

Definitely gives you his hoodies, doesn't care if you don't bring it back, he loves seeing you in his clothes

He also won't allow you to eat less than three meals a day, he'll annoy you and even shove food in your mouth, he doesn't care about how high the standards you created for yourself are, he'll always be giving you food

Anyways, he's always willing to help you, low key likes it when you act weak around him because he has this weird 'saviour' complex lol

He acts like he's stable and hides his issues from you but you see through him so you can tell when he's not feeling well

You two definitely understand each other better than anyone

He's also the type to notice details and analyze everything

Because he just wants to make sure that he's a good boyfriend
