yjh is affected the most by kdj's last sacrifice, i guess.

he had been regressing for countless times and being alone for hundreds of years and suddenly kdj popped out of nowhere, screwing every scenarios he had been through, but then trusting that rat-bastard to be his life and dead companion, furious when he did self-sacrificing and not appreciating his own life, looking up for him for 2 days when kdj in deep sleep post demon realm scenario, decided to not regress for kdj, finally giving all his trust to him, wanting to understand, but hadn't given the chance.

after saying he would not regress anymore, he did regress again, trying to save kdj.

the scene when yjh was alone with kdj fragments in space for days hits me hard. damn. yjh finally learned about kdj; how did he lived before scenarios, his past, his buried feelings, and why kdj didn't though about himself much and those persistent self-sacrifice...

yjh read kdj's life repeadtedly. just like how kdj read his entire lifetimes through WoS, trying to learn and understands him, yjh feels the same way as well.

through kdj, he was saved. hence, yjh also wanted to be the one who saves him.

Orv au: kdj streams and yjh appears in the background of some of his videos and everyone freaks out about who this mysterious person is. Then kdj just casually mentions one day its his bf. Ok but like kdj who does random videos along with webnovel reviews. He'd have a fairly small fanbase if it werent for his cryptid bf. This is 100% based off the moshang fic i read once ("the cryptid boyfriend" by rainbowdracula check it out its cute). But just like, imagine kdj absolutely tearing into a book, so absorbed until interupted by a hand appearing in frame and setting down a glass of water or something, kdj smiles and says thanks, and takes a big gulp of water before continuing. He reads every comment, he thinks its funny how everyone freaks out about yjh and asks who it is, and also refuses to elaborate because he thinks it's funny.

"that you can be loved." albedo looks up into kaeya's lost eyes, giving him a small smile.

"that you are not the problem." he emphasized the word not, bringing kaeya's hand to his cheek and shivering from coldness kaeya's hand brought him.

"you're gonna leave me?" albedo chuckles at that, turning his head and kissing kaeya's hand another time.

"no." kaeya lets out a breathe, glad that albedo isnt leaving him like the rest did.

"you will." albedo turns his head to look at kaeya again, a distant look in his eyes.

"when you will be ready." albedo closes his eyes, shielding himself from the looks that kaeya is giving him.

"it's time to let go, love." albedo mutters, and kaeya lets a tear slip from his eye.

you immediately kissed back, your tears falling once again as you tasted the metallic blood on his lips. as much as he wants to hold you forever in his arms, the bomb was ticking. he lightly pushed you away from him, and he smiled at your confused gaze.

you sighed laying down on the grass with half-lidded, tired eyes.

"im so tired." venti blinks down at you and grabs your hand, coaxing you to place your head on his legs, and you did as he told.

"you can sleep for a while, singing is tiring after all." he beamed, softly gripping your hand and playing with your hair. you opened your eyes, looking at him deep in the eyes. you didnt notice it, but venti surely did.

"w-wait hey, why are you crying? you dont have to sleep if you dont want to." the furrow in his brows express his worries, and you just chuckled as venti wipes away your tears.

"how are you so nice to someone like me? someone who you just met hours ago, and someone who has no will to live. you're a treasure, venti. thank you for approaching me." venti's hand stilled, and his face bloomed red. your eyes widened a fraction and you howled a laugh as he stammered to let out words.

"h-hey dont laugh at me!"
