I don't have a name for him yet, but he's an 8 year old boy who lives in zaun, an inspiring artist who mainly does graffiti or large designs in chalk on street grounds. He's learning how to do portraits after seeing the rise in Jinx portraits all around after she became the figure of freedom
And small details that always make me smile, he 'dyed' his hair with chalk, and has belts around his shoes because he never learned how to tie shoes, oversized old overalls that he fixed up after finding them somewhere, jinx socks, and scars on his knees from learning how to jump rooftops. Also his hair is based on my hair irl
And what if Jinx escaped? Left behind a few things to move forward? What if she finally rode on "one of those things" and got out of Zaun and Piltover?
What if on her travels—to heal, to find a new purpose, become a girl who isn't damned, to be someone who isn't reminded of her past in everywhere and everyone she looks—she ends up in Demacia?
What if the story continues after magic has been reintroduced into Runeterra and we see it through the perspective of the kingdom so against its very existence? Introduced to the girl who resents the deal she's been dealt in life and fears—if not ashamed—of who she is: part magic.
What if these two opposing characters, for whatever reason or another, meet?
Lux, ever the optimist. Jinx, the guilty pessimist.
Lux, the girl who hides who she is in fear of being rejected and captured. Jinx, the girl who's been rejected and unwanted far too many times to count.
Lux, with a dream of adventure yet stationed in one place because of duty. Jinx, almost chronically bound to do what she wants or deems the better choice, despite what anyone wants, tells, or expects of her.
What if Jinx inspires a new way of seeing the world for Lux—one where she's not limited by others and can become a truer version of herself? What if Lux inspires a new way of seeing the world for Jinx—one where she can learn to love who she is, rather than view herself as a curse?

and also I really feel like zaun was discarded at the end cause basically the whole s1 and half of s2 was focused on this war between piltover and zaun and at the end we didn't even get a satisfying ending, yeah sevika became a councillor (as she should, love that for her) but then what? it was too rushed
I wish we had at least one episode more so they could delve into more things that were plot points so we could have a more satisfying ending
no bc sevika being on the council isn't a big shock to me. I mean it is. but sevika has made it very clear that she wants the best for zaun, for the undercity, and being on the council now could guarantee it.

Season 1: Vi and Jinx both cling to memories of who the other used to be.
Season 2: Vi and Jinx confront and learn to accept each other (and themselves) for who they are in the here and now.

Y’all are very strange creatures to show more empathy toward Caitlyn than the workers in the Lanes she gassed, just because they’re labeled as ‘criminals.’ It should be common sense that, given the state of Zaun, this might be the only way they can sustain themselves— a situation created by Piltover’s neglect and oppression. And let’s not forget, even kids were [forced to] work for the Chembarons. Gas is not going to go “minor detected, must swerve!!!”
But somehow, we gotta have this endless empathy for Caitlyn, as if her mom wasn’t also part of the problem. “The people of the underground deserve to breathe”— wow that’s like the bare minimum, thanks Cassandra.
All of the councilors (except maybe Mel? not sure) were against an independent Zaun. People were still living in horrible conditions. She’s in a position of power and is still complicit with all the other issues Zaunites face. Cassandra Kiramman was NOT a good person and she could’ve done so much more for Zaun than improve the air quality.
Do we even know what areas of Zaun were ventilated? Was it ever stated? /genq

I’m putting on my “Isha is alive” truther hat for this one. Over a decade after the battle in Piltover, Ren is working in a clinic in Zaun specializing in Chemtech prosthetics, to try and make sure she does more good than her father did. A young woman starts coming in for maintenance for both of her prosthetic arms. She’s mysterious, always wearing a strange helmet with a bunny mask, only talking to people through sign language. She starts taking Ren around the city, showing her places to go dancing, where to get messy but delicious food, and the calm quiet places where they can be alone. Ren begins to truly fall in love with Zaun, it’s people, and one person in particular. One night, while she’s showing Ren a place among the Firelight bugs, the girl writes a name on the wall “Isha” and removes her mask. Her face is completely covered in glowing blue scars, she seems very self-conscious of them, but Ren tells her she is utterly beautiful and kisses her
