The piles of paper just kept piling up nowadays huh?

Being hunched over my desk day and night probably wasn’t the best for me or my back, but I just needed to finish signing off on some new economy suggestions my boss gave me...

my office seemed like a second home at this point with how much time I’ve had to stay here.

Concentrating on anything at this hour was hard enough as it was, didn’t help with the horrendously loud banging sound of the rain against the windows kept on getting louder and louder as the storm outside raged on.

Didn’t help with the days that I was out of here, i was always having to run away from that Kuro guy. He’s been such a bother to me these past months, harassing me relentlessly at meeting with the perverted things he whispered to me durring the meetings we shared together, quiet enough that no one else heard besides me.All the times where he would just speak down to me as if I was child, commenting on the way I dress, walk, what I ate, to the point where I’ve been getting more self conscious with my everyday life.

To top it off that fucking smug smirk he always wore when he knew he had gotten to me just made me hate him even more then I already did. Ame or Cali couldn’t really help me since he hasn’t outwardly hurt me or caused international problems with our countries.

It was infuriating to say the least.

I felt myself dozing off to the sound of the rain as I jumped wide awake as a loud crack of thunder lite up my entire room.

I’m falling asleep..

Great...

I tried to focus on the words in front of me but they all just blurred together. Nothing was anywhere near comprehensive at this hour anyway.

‘It’s late enough as it is, I should just call it a night and head home’

I thought to myself as I shuffled the papers on my desk into different piles seeing how much of it I actually got done in a day. Not a lot, but not to few that I can’t get it done tomorrow morning if I hurry fast enough. God knows Alfred already has another thousand papers for me to do for him..

I stumbled a little as I tried to get up from my chair as another crack of thunder shook the entire room. I almost thought it was an earthquake with how the room had shook. But as soon as it hit, it ceased and all you could hear was the rain again. I looked up at the lights as they started to flicker then dim, leaving me in the dark. ‘Great’ I sign to myself ‘powers out’ I was more annoyed then irritated.

I try to find my way through the dark deciding to put the stacks of paper in a cabinet to sort threw in the morning. I Stumble to find the door knob but once it was open I could see a little better, the grand windows in the hallway let in more of the moon light and there wasn’t many items I could trip over in the hallway.

“Isn’t it a bit late to be staying up C/n?”

I whipped around so fast that I almost fell backwards. Nothing had ever woken me up faster then those simple words did. There’s no way he could be here. This was a, MY capital building. They don’t just let random people walk around in these halls, especially other personifications! But, down the wall you could clearly see the outline of another being.

God I just be done with this day already and I most certainly don’t want to deal with, him. There’s no one around to see if I just make a break for it, I could just run from him and make it home safely, I’ve done it before. Then again, all I’ve been doing the past week was sitting in a chair, I wasn’t in the best position to be running at a full sprint, especially already being pretty fatigued. I doubted his body would be as tired as mine was. But as I took a small step back ready to turn away, he took a step forward.

“You know your very rude for already planning on running away from me, you haven’t even greeted me. Hasn’t anyone taught you prosper manners?”

Damnit,

the fact that he already knew what was going through my head just made me even more annoyed then I already was.

“What the hell do you want Kuro, and why in Gods name are you here?”

All he did was shake his head condescendingly and chide

“ I’ve only come here to say hi with the full intention to have a nice conversation with you.”

“We both know that’s a filthy lie, don’t even try to cover it up”

“Well, I guess I did leave out this paper I needed to give you.”

He says as I could see him holding up what looks like a folder of sorts, most likely having the paper he mentioned in it.

I scoffed internally, did he really think I was that dumb to go closer to him to get this obvious trap of a paper. Deciding to try and talk my way out of this I said

“And what is this paper for exactly? If your coming to give me it personally in the dead of night I’m assuming it’s of some importance now.”

“Oh trust me, it is.”

“You better make this quick..”

We both proceeded to head back into my office, making sure to hold the door for him to go in before me. Like hell if I’m letting him see my back. He took a seat in front of my desk as I take mine behind it.

Standard meeting edict.

“Here Mrs.C/n.” He said as he placed the folder in front of me. Him being polite here felt more insulting then if he was to insult me in front of my face. Still I restrained myself from making any comments and opened the folder.

“What the hells this!”

The storm seemed to get even worse outside as I slammed the folder back onto the table having it spill it’s contents, showing a paper that read.

“Let’s take the first steps in the alliance between our two countries by making it stronger together, through the marriage between the personifications of Japan and C/n”

“I do believe that we should make the alliance between us stronger, this is a way how. That’s all.”

I can see that fucking smirk slowly make its way onto his otherwise emotionless face.

“Making our alliance stronger??”

I snap back as I swatted the folders back to him as I stand up.

“This seems more like you trying to force me into marring you! Our alliance together is good where it is Kuro. I refuse to sign it. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ll be taking my leave.”

I say as I take my raincoat off my coat hanger and walk towards the door. Probably not the best decision to make in the long run but, I just wanted to get out of that room with him.

As I was about to pull the door open a hand comes at the side of my face, with such force that it forces the door to slam back shut. The room went dead quiet as I could feel a cold drop of sweat run down my face. I just stand absolutely still just staring at the arm.

“Did I say you had a choice in the matter Y/n?”

I just did China and America for this, hope you don’t mind!

Yáo would find you outsmarting him very attractive, in the sense that you would be a critical thinker that could think on your feet. Yáo would loath having a childish reader who is single minded and thinks in the ‘everyone’s good mentality‘ (being overly optimistic to a ridiculous extent) (though if You can fool him into thinking that just to prove him wrong he would be quite impressed).

It’ll hurt him a little that such a naïve and young country outsmarting an old country like him, especially with all the experience he has under his belt; but it’ll all go into using against you in the meetings. He’s not one to actually run after you, but he would set up elaborate traps in the political sense at the world meeting.

He wouldn’t back down from throwing his weight around, being a world super power would aid him greatly in trying to get you in debt to him. Whether that be pushing for you to repay debts to him or bonus points for having a politician who is in debt to him as a spy or a way to get info on you specifically.

You shoving your ‘wins’ in his face would be childish in his view but infuriate him at the same time, feeling as a personal insult to his name. Though it’ll only make him want to get you in his oh so gracious custody more. Where he can teach you properly how to treat your elders.

Now he would defiantly have fun with trying to get you. His attempts to woo you would quickly turn into an outright game of tag to you, constantly dashing into ally’s to lose him as he sprints to stay on your tail. The two of you would see it as a game, though the stakes would be much higher for you to not be caught, since it could very well be the last time you would see daylight or your own freedom.

You being able to outsmart him would make him want to have you even more than he already did before. Having the thrill of the chase pumping through his veins, the feeling of his prize at his finger tips, the taste of satisfaction on his tongue making him practically drool, and above all, you in his grasp. That would drive him until you would make a mistake, a miscalculation perhaps, but it would ultimately be your fall from grace, much to his delight.

But when that fantasy of having you comes crashing down when you evidently make him run in circles it infuriates him to where he can’t even decide if he wants to have you because he ‘loves’ you or he just wants to wipe that smug look right off your face, make you eat and pay for all those nasty words you said to him.

He wouldn’t want to bring the issue to the courts or negotiation table, but if he has to in order to get you, England did teach him well in how to fool an entire court and move it fall in his favor. For that he would be glad that he listened to England’s advice for once.

Whether Alfred gets you from outsmarting you or wrapping you around his finger politically, he would be dead set on obtaining you knowing no bounds in order to accomplish that goal. He might try to run after you til he‘s tired you out physically and mentally, closing off all your exists and escape routes. Cornering you into a dead end, looking straight at you like a wolf about to jump on its’ cornered prey.

Alfred wouldn’t tolerate being insulted like that for long, in the beginning he would be quick to coo at you with belittling words treating you as a child throwing a tantrum, but if you wouldn’t cut back on your remarks he would take a more serious approach.

He would quite literally start treating you like a child with restricting the little freedoms that you once had and acting like a helicopter parent. He would demand that you start treating him with respect before he gives you respect.

“You say to me that you want to be treated as an adult, but all I see from your behavior is you acting like a child. Bout’ time you put on your big boy pants y/n and start acting mature enough for me to see you as one.”

Ooooohh boy- Now Arthur could just punish you again for acting out of line but he would refrain from his usual physical punishments he would normally give you, choosing to give you what you wanted instead.

Rather be burned than to be by him? Well best give the lady what she wants, he knows you’ll be changing your mind faster than it takes him to light a match.

You would rather starve than to eat with him at the table? Well why didn’t you say so? A week in isolation with on water to keep you alive would ensure that mindset disappears!

He’ll punish you til you understand that you can’t evade him and that he is now a permanent figure in your life and you’ll have to live with that.

Yao would be greatly unimpressed by your words and would go straight to punishing you for this behavior; he won’t tolerate having a childish s/o who thinks they can make petty remarks against him.

Do be warned, he won’t be to kind to you after your display of immaturity so trying to cheat your way into a less taxing punishment would be close to zero.

He won’t be afraid to pull out some old teaching from the past dynasty’s in order to try and teach you how to behave. And China is the birthplace of water boarding so proceed with caution.

Of course he won’t go to far to the point we’re you’ll die but you’ll be on the brink of death before he decides that you’ve had enough and nurses you back to health.

“It’s a shame that there was no one to teach you how to properly act before me, don’t worry though, just try and hold your breath.”

Frances would be the one most hurt by your words out of the entire group, mostly on the fact that it would break him out of his delusions of y’all being in a happy normal relationship.

The most he would do is lock you in your room and contemplate your words to himself asking himself if this is wrong in any way, though it doesn’t matter, he’ll come to the conclusion that this is for the best and he’s doing the best for you.

Though don’t try your luck with him just because he’ll be hurt by them, he won’t be afraid after a certain point to start hurling insulting words back to you, discrimina how your family hasn’t even looked for you and that they’ve already moved on without you.

“You know what? Have you ever even took the time to think of where your family is? You were crying how they would find you but have they? Doesn’t feel so good does it y/n.”

Russia~>

Ivan would look at you as if you were insane, even going as far to ask if you were right in the head at times if you were exceptionally rude to him.

It’ll leave him confused and irritated that you would talk to him like that despite everything he’s done for you.

Ivan might seem like he’s not taking offense to your words but underneath his well kept facade, a expanding hot rage is burning on the inside of him. Each insulting word just adding fuel onto that same fire.

Should you really push him to were that fire would seep outside of him, best count your blessings that he doesn’t permanently shatter a few of your bones.

“This should act as a lesson to you y/n. You put this onto yourself.”

Waking up to you missing from his bed was a shock, but he knew you wouldn’t get far in forest. He knew it like the back of his hand so he was confident that he could find you without much trouble. Though he did admire your attempt (though in vain) to escape.

He calmly walked to the door where he inspected the lock that had been broken or just unlocked with a hair pin, making a mental note to watch what he brings you in the future.

He also noticed a pair of his boots along with his jacket missing from the coat rack, he had to give you credit where credit is due, you were at least smart enough to think this through.

Stepping out of the cabin he didn’t expect to be smashed over the head with a branch, knocking him to the floor. As the world spun around him he vaguely saw you sprint off into the forest, it was the last thing he could make out before he passed out.

As James began to regain consciousness, he reviewed what had exactly happened before he was promptly knocked out. He couldn’t decide between feeling angered that you had tried to escape AND have the audacity to even attack him at that, or to feel mad at himself for underestimating you, thinking you to be so naïve in your escape, along with admiring you for acting so boldly to try that risky move.

He slowly got up, letting his anger Fester and turn into malice as he went to the side of the house to see Kuma, sleeping soundly chained to a peg. He walked over to him as the polar bear looked up at its irritated master holding out the same stick that you had used to knock him out with.

“Smell.”

Was all he had to say for Kuma to start smelling the spot where you had gripped the stick, slowly turning to sniff at the dirt, getting up to follow the trail he had picked up.

James started uniting the chain making sure to had a tight grip on his bear as it started leading him to you.

“Find”

<~Yandere 2P Russia headcanons~>

Viktor is a man of logic and few words. Most people don’t even bother approaching him because of his intimidating physique around almost everyone. So for him to fall so hard for another person is unheard of, especially to him.

He wouldn’t like these new feeling at all as he’s learned from a young age that you can only trust on yourself and that other people will want to use you, trick you, harm you, and discard you when your no longer ‘useful’ to them; so for you to suddenly make him feel so vulnerable around you would make him despise you, make him want to see you submit to him and only him.

Victor was situated in his living room in front of his fireplace, relaxing after a tiring day at work. From the outside you couldn’t tell that he was distressed, from how his face never seemed to remove his stern glare. But on the inside, unbeknownst to anyone, he was tethering on the edge of insanity.

You had only been in his life for around a month but you had already invited yourself into his mind and disrupted the calm tranquility peace he once had. He was never one to lose himself to another person, but, you were really testing his self control by making him feel these emotions.

He hated you for disrupting him but on the other hand, he wanted nothing more than to have you to himself. Make you feel everything inch of pain that you had caused him. Yes, he had to make you pay for the sins you had committed. Make you feel vulnerable in his presence, make you submit your every thought to him and only him. It was all reasoned in Victors mind, as it seemed like a fair exchange.

Victor only snapped out of his thoughts as he realized his growing grip on the arms of his chair, turning his hands white. He slowly took his hand off of the arm and looked at the dent in the material his hand had made.

He turned his attention to the dying fire before him, leaning forward ever so slightly to stare more intensely into it. Signing, he picked up a log and threw it onto the small fire, watching as the fire attached itself to it, completely consuming it.

He leaned back in his chair still staring into the fire, thinking of the ways to perfect his plan on getting you.

Now this isn’t to say that Victor wouldn’t be capable to loving you, even with how sadistic he would get with his unforgiving punishments, when your behavior has been pleasing to him he would show the slightest bit of romance towards you.

This would mostly include caring for you and not ignoring you all the time for his work. He wouldn’t be too opposed to just reading together in bed or the fireplace, in his opinion it would do you wonders instead of being on your silly phone (not that you would have it in his care, unless your counting the land line-).

Though he would much appreciate a smart reader and would nurture your smarts with giving you more books exploring the human mind along with Psychology. But he would also be cautious of the books he gives you as he doesn’t want you to be able to outsmart him and possible escape his grasp.

Though if you do decide to try to escape, you would need to get out of Russia fast and possible seek shelter in America because Victor doesn’t take well to be outsmarted and you having a sucessful escape would excite and anger him at the same time, Victor isn’t used to feeling such strong emotions before so his outburst would be deadly.

Victor has no problems pulling strings in his government to get some loyal spies to retrieve you, he isn’t afraid of intimating other nations into giving him information if he suspects them to be hiding you from him.

Once your back in his care, he won’t hold back from making you permanently reliant on him.

Don’t worry though, he’ll take great care of you.

I think from all of the bois that they would want to comfort you and try to get you to at least try an have a relationship with them. They would all do their best to try and get you to forget your past lover (Russia, China, England, and America even going as far to track down your past lover to have a..friendly conversation) and to think about them instead.

Canada, China, and France would definitely put their cooking skills to the test with having you come over to their place for a night in. Trying to treat you as best as they can. And the best way to a persons heart is their stomach! You’ll have to be a fool to reject their food, they’ll even go the extra mile to make it more enticing to you.

Alfred would take you out to amusement parks and go watch any movie you want to see! He would try to take your mind away from your ex lover by stuffing your mouths full of park junk food. Alfred is pretty good at taking your mind off of your problems, which helps him get you to see him as the best lover you could ask for!

Ivan and England would take the slower way of courting you in seeing him as someone who won’t betray you or treat You wrongly. they're not the best at comforting people but they’ll try their best. Expect to take long walks with him when your feeling down, they doesn’t want you to wallow in your own sadness in your bed so they’ll try to get you to do simple things (cleaning, cooking with him, reading, going on walks etc) with him when he sees you sad. Either that or they’ll try to cuddle you or read you a book as you cuddle at their side.

Feliciano’s perspective of you wouldn’t change that much because of how delusional he is.

He has this picture of you in his head that can’t do anything wrong so when he sees this, all he sees you is being a good person and protecting the innocent guy from being mugged.

His delusions leads him to totally discard you beating the mugger senselessly and the strawberry juice container thing.

It’s like he has permanent rose tinted glasses on.

Nothing you do will damage his perception of you.

Luciano Wouldn’t be as delusional as his first player for the most part.

He’ll note down that you were caring a weapon that he hadn’t seen and will be more cautious with getting close to you.

One part of his applauds your strength and ability to handle a dangerous situation like that (he’s a busy man and doesn’t have time to constantly be watching his s/o to make sure that they aren’t in danger, his paranoia increases with an innocent s/o), but on the other hand he doesn’t like the fact that you would potentially be stronger than him.

He’ll take lots of notes from this experience.

Though in conclusion, he’ll become more wary of you in the future ,with taking extra precaution in his plan on kidnapping you and stalking you.

but he won't let you spit on his attempts at courting you.

He'll make you the nicest meal he can and if you so dare to decline it he'll just force you to eat it.

I'd say watch what you do around him, he's one to punish you hard and truly.

If your in a relationship with her you’re most likely be in debt to her in one way or another and if you continue to not let her out she will start calling names. What, you expect her to not have her phone on her?

You’ll have a bit more freedoms with being compliant and he would be more inclined to take you out of the house for small dates!

Ludwig started getting fidgety with having to stand for another hour because you haven’t shown up. He’ll be a tad irritated having his schedule messed up but when your friend comes to him saying that you got scared because of the attention you would get, he quickly goes to comfort you. He’ll try his best to be comforting but it’ll kind be him lecturing you about how important political weddings between countries, and saying how you’re only prolonging the inevitable by cowering in your room. He’s trying his best ok? Ludwig tries to get you to see the whole thing seem less scary but whether that works or not is up to debate.

When Feli first gets word that you won’t be coming out he honestly just thinks you don’t like him. He didn’t go out of his way to keep his darker actions away from you to get you to like him, just for you to reject him on this special day. So he goes to see you and starts comforting you saying that they only have to be seen for the ceremony and they can cut the wedding short or just make the wedding private for the rest of the night. Either way he’s still going to be your spouse and you’ll still be with him.

Honestly Kiku would prefer not having such a public wedding or at the very least have it private so when he gets word that you won’t be coming out because your scared, he can relate. His first objective is to calm you down and comfort you saying that you can just call off the wedding if your that scared. It’s not mandatory that they have a wedding after all and that it’s fine either way with him. He’s just glad that you haven’t caught onto the things he’s been doing in the background and your willingly going forward with the wedding.

-First and foremost, he's a pretty tame Yandere, one of the best Yanderes you can get if you don't want any of your friends or family killed or harmed, yourself hurt or kidnapped.

-He'll mostly just try to lure you away from whoever/whatever is in his way with cute cats and stories about greek mythology.

-telling you that you need time to relax, and who better to relax with cats and him?

-You'll start to get close to him (cuddling and napping together) and this'll lead to you two forming a mutual emotional with one another with how close the two of you are together.

-The two of you will move in together and he'll start trying to keep you house bound (not letting you leave the house because you have to look after all of your cats), and who needs rope to keep you, when he can just have a cat fall asleep in your lap so you can't move.

-He's so subtle with this that you won't even notice how unhealthy your relationship is, and if you don't catch on intime to stop him then yoy probably never will.

-Just the two of you napping away in a blissful slumber surrounded by cats.

I actually have headcanons that the countries can’t have children with another country. If they try the possibility of them getting pregnant low and even lower for the baby to live during the pregnancy and after, so it would be near impossible for a fem nation to bare 8. So in theory if a fem country got pregnant all the other countries would react like:

“😎...😃🕶🤏 wtf”

And this kinda bleeds into my other headcanons about America’s states and I guess other provinces/parishes. I only see Two states having personifications, Alaska and Texas (totally no bias since it’s my home state) and I can explain my reasonings for that in a later post if someone requests it.

Also It just doesn’t make sense for the reader to give birth to states that already exist, like why are they just now getting personifications. Just my thoughts. Also I’ll just change the prompt to them reacting to a political marriage to the nation reader~

It was never up to debate whether or not you were going to say yes to it, and with your boss was already pressuring you to agree with it left no room for you to decline the offer. The wedding would be a spectacular event and it would be broadcasted on national television in both of your countries for all citizens to see (all of them making it a national holiday)! He'll see the event as tieing you down with him in a way that you can't escape from, and even if you where to physically escape him, it wouldn't change the fact that you two are still in a union and 'married'. It's just all working in his favor~

The idea of forming a Union with you would send butterflies to his stomach as he tries to wrap his head around you actually becoming his, and through marriage at that! He would ask you if you wanted to have a wedding or not since in these scenarios, political wedding were just for the cameras, he would be fine with both. If you chose to not have a physical wedding, that's ok, he wasn't one for the cameras anyways and he would help you start moving in with him in the meanwhile. If you wanted one he can't help but feel overjoyed that you would want this, he would be a nervous reck all the way up until the wedding day where he gets to gaze at you walk down the isle in your suit/dress. It would almost be so blissful that he could believe and maybe trick you into thinking that this is a normal relationship. Just living in the moment dancing with you, finally having you to himself.

He would almost faint when he gets the news from his boss that he would be marring you in a sign to show your union together. He would view this being the most intimate thing he could do with you (besides if he's lucky to share a bed with you your wedding night~), and would be so happy to be able to share this moment with you. He would design the entire wedding almost like a fairytale ending, where the prince gets his lover to live happily ever after with him. He would almost be showering you with affection and words of love (in his language and yours) the entire day.
