There's also some incredibly weird tension now because Dazai basically poured his entire heart out to Chuuya. Twice. But there's no way they'll even try to unravel whatever's going on between them now. Dazai just sits silently while Chuuya patches him up, way too relieved that everything somehow worked out.

AND THENNN we get the thing about trusting people. I mean Dazai was literally hoping that Chuuya would come back to him through the power of friendship and whatnot. I'm in headcanon hell help me.

imagine how much more impactful it would've been if dazai didn't know that chuuya was just pretending to be a vampire. IMAGINE THE ANGST. dazai thought that he mostly had the situation under control. sure, he couldn't control everything, but there weren't that many wild variables in the prison, right? boom fyodor reveals his hidden card, so dazai starts to get desperate. this was the one thing he wasn't prepared for. he was so sure that chuuya was going to be safe outside, and why didn't ango tell him that chuuya was turned into a vampire? but suddenly he feels the gravity changing in the elevator. maybe chuuya was still in there somewhere, maybe he could bring chuuya back to him. so that's why he starts his speech. but no, chuuya fires the shot. just as he's about to give up and hope that the ada can save the world without him, he feels the bullets being stopped right before they hit him, just like how chuuya used to stop them whenever they did their little act. AND THEN CHUUYA LAUGHS AT HIM AND PATCHES HIM UP AFTER THEY MAKE SURE THAT FYODOR WASN'T WATCHING ANYMORE AAAHHHHH

remember how we we were robbed of spinner narrating the mva arc? bc i do and i'm still mad about it

for those who don't remember or haven't watch the anime: in the anime, izuku also narrate the mva even though it's spinner in the manga

i want to give the benefit of the doubt to those who worked on the anime. at first i didn't understand why spinner was the narrator either as he didn't seem like an important character

but now that mha is over, it's seems obvious that this narration was hinting at spinner's book, if not a part of the book itself

this entire arc is basically "yeah we're villains but we're also people and we care about each other, here's our story". so it doesn't make sense that izuku narrates it, but it does for spinner. his league was his reason to be, he let himself get mutilated/tortured/whatever you wanna call what afo did to him in the final arc for the league, and especially for shigaraki

so yeah, i wish we could have gotten narrator spinner

Completely out of left field here, but I can’t let yall forget that I’m fandom trash so easily. That being said, Gatsby people-

I completely understand the appeal of sweet little nervous Nick Carraway (especially when considering ship stuff, I see the appeal) HOWEVER, I would like to remind everyone that this is the man who gets practically no sleep throughout the events of the book because of everyone else’s bullshit. This man is sleep deprived and, supposedly in his own words, honest. Please please please, particularly in all of our dear fix it AUs, let us see more extremely sleep deprived and brutally honest because of it Nick.

But J! I hear you ask, what about the sweet nervous idiot of the friendship/relationship? My answer is simple: Jay Fucking Gatsby. This idiot almost fell down the stairs because his crush looked at him, he is downright horrible with anxiety, for god’s sake listen to Only Tea- you want a nervous stuttering idiot in that duo/ship? It’s Jay Gatsby. I don’t make the rules and honestly I want to see more of it rather than him always being the super confident one because he just. Wouldn’t be. That would be Nick through and through

TL:DR- give us more blunt honest Nick and nervous Gatsby, especially when it comes to Natsby bullshit. Thank you and goodnight!

Ah, yes… the old excuse of ‘Félix doesn’t have good chemistry with Marinette’. As someone who has written a 26+ chapters story with the setting in the Ladybug PV Universe, I have to say that I have never encountered any problems where it was “impossible” for me to write Félix and Bridgette’s dynamics without creating bad chemistry between them.

Although, maybe it’s because I’m using a very special and very unique writing technique known as - character development.

Honestly, the more I think about Miraculous Ladybug and its characters, the more I think that the only reason they decided to make Adrien a Nice Guy is because they couldn’t bother writing some actual character development for him and instead decided to just hand him everything he wants on a silver platter. After all, isn’t it easier when your character already is super cool and super special and has just the right amount of trauma to make people sympathize with him in order to let him get away with literal murder (on multiple occasions!)?

To me, Adrien is a very one-dimensional and bland character who has no progress aside from flipping an internal switch and no life aside from obsessing over a girl. Take away his role as Cat Noir and him being Gabriel Agreste’s (the main villain) son, and there is really nothing that makes him appealing nor interesting as a character. Even if he is given an opportunity to develop as a character, he whines until the universe bends backwards to reward him without doing anything to deserve it.

It is also hilarious how they brought back Félix to be the one to actually progress the plot instead of letting either of the main characters figure out that Gabriel is Hawk Moth/Shadow Moth/Monarch, because they need to focus on unnecessary drama instead of actual story progression.

Seriously, this screams “We couldn’t bother to put effort into writing Félix, so we gave up”.

Hello??? Oh my god, who the hell made the decision to cut some of these lines???? I have so many thoughts and theories.

RENNICK ACTUALLY TRYING TO HELP THE CREW???? The line of him calling the evacuation sounds so worried, and then him telling someone named Dobber (maybe Archies og name and personality) that if they won't get the crew to the chopper, he will??? My God?? Rennick went to get the crew to the chopper, and Dobber and someone else who was infected left! We could've had a possible partial Rennick Redemption!

It also sounds like Rennick would've been even less of a threat as a monster, possibly even one of the immobile ones, though Caz has a line mentioning him and Muir at the same time.

Innes could've survived Muir?? Possibly??

Roy would've actually tried to get to his cabin! He beat the useless allegations! One of my main problems with SWTD was Roy saying he would get his insulin, but never doing it! They should've kept those lines in! That Animal Farm line is ducking hilarious.

Originally, Trots would have taken Roy's insulin! Now the "You Cannae have it!" Line makes sense! And then he would've given it to Caz!!

He says:"Roy's sick, Caz!"

And then he gives it to him!

I can't hear very well with the monster noises, but I think at the start of his and Caz's conversation, he says he's ok? And Cold? He definitely says he's sorry at one point, though! Also that he's disgusting, my poor little communist slug.

Roy's death would have been so different. Caz would've walked in talking about Trots and thought Roy fell asleep. He also would've administered the insulin to try and revive him. I honestly don't know which one is worse.

Roper sounds alot more lucid in his lines. Telling Caz to get out (maybe calling him son) and smoking a cigarette with Caz. And then thanking Caz after. Roper only becomes aggressive when Caz talk/yells at Finlay over the phone.

He says one thing before Caz leaves: "Caz, just kill me."

(Also, Addair would've lived longer, but who gives a damn about him?)

The Triangle

Growing up is realizing that Riley, Maya, and Lucas should have been a throuple.

The most unrealistic thing about those senior mirror of the triangle (Thor, Nikki, and Francesca) is that they didn’t come in and say. “Triangle? Ya, we’ve been there, but then we realized that we (Nikki and Francesca) like each other too. It all just kinda fell into place after that.”

Considering that they both tried to give the other their happiness (“he’s like my brother” both times) and the fact that the triangle has lasted so long, mostly without major jealousy, (they talk in out like a functional poly relationship) they should’ve. And they didn’t. Because it’s Disney.

Let me just leave this here

Man I wish there was a movie on Jane & Alec Volturi. Imagine how interesting that would be with the twins having actual personalities besides just killing.

Imagine the unaware vampires perception on them of those two just being harmless little kids and being proven wrong.

Imagine their sibling bond and how the writers would've played into that.

Or

Aged up! twins where one finds their intended (or whatever it was called) and how it affects their bond exactly.

Digging into their past ofc and giving them the desired affect so we might actually find them kinda scary.

Maybe even their relationship with every Volturi member and how it differs. Hell even their relations with the Cullen's!

They could've called it 'blood moon' or something.
