Thistleclaw let out a low chuckle and pushed down hard on Hollyleaf’s throat. She wheezed and swiped at his face, but he avoided the attempt. “Are you trying to save her, Sparrowfeather?” The foul spirit asked, his voice condescending, “You couldn’t even save yourself.”
