Light of the Abyss
An art piece I did in 2024, I really love mermaids and this art piece did kind of kickstarted a mermaid anthology series I’ll do in the later future. I used special color pencils and acrylic markers.
Basket Star
Gorgonocephalus caputmedusae
The Basket Star is a strange yet elegant creature that lives in the deep ocean. It resembles a flesh white ball with gnarled and swirling branches. It thrives in locations with strong currents. Its numerous arms move slowly and wrap around prey. They are one of my favorite animals from the Echinodermata phylum.

went to da pool today😼 and drew kelvin while i was there, thr first one looks a little wierd but ITS PRETTY GOOD FOR NO REFERENCES ‼️‼️so are the other ones, im proud of them🙏 (not the hands or feet though, im horrible st drawing those 😾)
also i think kelvin wojld love to go swimming and act like a fish ngl... he would get along with ANY animal, even the scary ones in the ocean .......

these little goobers dont hurt a fly . unless you are a krill in which case yes they do . while they can't be tamed , hand-feeding them krill makes them give you a blessing so you can keep up with their blistering underwater speeds .
