When I want to do water fasting why this shit day always ends with binge? I need to cook everyday for family, and I just cant pass it without eating.i am not hungry but when I see food all i want is eat this shit full of calories and i have crazy shugar cravings. Help me!save me from fucking fat myself!

I've been working on my projects all day, and trying to polish up my bullet journal 📓, been planning on structuring my notes in the shape of a mind map. In the background, I play ravenclaw ambient sounds along with a little practice in duolingo. That kind of reminds me that I need to catch up on my Memrise courses~ Wish me luck and positive vibes~~~
Today is the 14/100 day of productivity, studying comp sci to prepare for the week ahead, which is full of humanities. Computer science is killing me---does anyone know a source for learning java or JavaScript? Luckily, next week is language and history!
