Russian Colonialism - Blog Posts

I think, being Ukrainian, the cherry on top to just living through a genocide of your people and news about more and more rape, deaths and destruction every single day, is the constant gaslighting and whining from russians and some non-russians alike about us being so russophobic for daring to not appreciate the great russian culture.

Babes, this IS russian culture. Genocide, theft, rape, murder - that is russian culture. Everything else (ballet, literature, and the like) basically exists to facilitate, justify or disguise the things mentioned above. And everyone defending that culture, promoting it and giving it platform and awards participate in this genocide, willingly or not.

And until the russian people themselves process their identity and culture and the issues with it and work on it, it's not going to change.

Every Ukrainian Life Taken By Ruzzians Is A Tragedy, Whether They Were Famous Or Not.

Every Ukrainian life taken by ruzzians is a tragedy, whether they were famous or not.

But this, this must hit Zelenskyy just that much harder, knowing how much he cares for everyone under his employ even before his presidency...

Russians: why don’t you like us so much?

Ukrainians: You nation is trying to destroy our country again. Actually, your policy towards us hasn't changed from 19th century. All of you need to go through the process of decolonization, review your history and culture. It is time to acknowledge Russian imperialism and colonial view on other nations which is still strong nowadays. You need to accept that our relations weren’t equal, it is a history of abuse. Then we can talk

Russians: it’s putin’s war. That’s all lie. We are brother nations

Ukrainians: ok, in the context of war and a time when our existence as nation and country is in danger, we define everything Russian to be an existential threat. Our priority is to survive, everything else can be reviewed later. We are protecting Ukrainian in Ukraine from Russian destruction

Russians: how dare you. We knew that you hate us for no reason. You are nazi

Russian culture is ecocide

Russian Culture Is Ecocide

We have a question for animal rights activists: the guys at our positions have a small moose, its mother was hit by a mine… And here is the question: what to do with this calf? Could you please tweet us the news? If you can help in any way, please write to me in DM.

Russian Culture Is Ecocide

We have found people who will save the calf. Everything ends well. Here is another photo of the kiddo who also suffered from the fucking russians…

Russian Culture Is Ecocide

The calf is fine, we are waiting for people from the Wild Animals Rescue Center to arrive. There were problems with their access to the place. We will solve the issue.

The filnal update:

Phew, it was difficult😥 The calf was finally taken away.

Animal's whimpers of grief will haunt me in my dreams but for russians it's nothing.

I was scrolling Instagram Reels and everything was fine, until I saw a video of a Ukrainian girl dubbing anime.

Honestly, I forgot what a pleasure is communication with not all Russians

I Was Scrolling Instagram Reels And Everything Was Fine, Until I Saw A Video Of A Ukrainian Girl Dubbing

She’s a cool girl but why she doesn’t speak Russian?

Well, I don’t know. Because other languages exist? Oh, wait

I Was Scrolling Instagram Reels And Everything Was Fine, Until I Saw A Video Of A Ukrainian Girl Dubbing

And now write in a human language

Explanation: a human language is any other language that is not Ukrainian, cause you know, Ukrainian language is an animal language

I Was Scrolling Instagram Reels And Everything Was Fine, Until I Saw A Video Of A Ukrainian Girl Dubbing

The Ukrainian language is a rural Russian. That’s why a lot of people find it funny. We haven’t been to the village, haven’t heard «бурак» (a twisted Ukrainian word for beetroot) and «кавун» (a Ukrainian word for watermelon).

The good old Russian belief that Ukrainian is a language of uneducated people from the countryside

I Was Scrolling Instagram Reels And Everything Was Fine, Until I Saw A Video Of A Ukrainian Girl Dubbing

South Slavic forms of Russian are quite similar to each other, do you also laugh at Serbian language or South Western Czech language?

It seems this person was trying to talk some sense into the previous user but South Western Czech is a South Slavic form of Russian????

I Was Scrolling Instagram Reels And Everything Was Fine, Until I Saw A Video Of A Ukrainian Girl Dubbing

Actually, no politics or something, but Ukrainian sounds somehow, I don’t know, like a rural language

A few moments later

I Was Scrolling Instagram Reels And Everything Was Fine, Until I Saw A Video Of A Ukrainian Girl Dubbing

500k dead pigs. It’s not enough, we need more

What did happened to ‘no politics’?

It’s common for Russians to call Ukrainians pigs, by the way

I Was Scrolling Instagram Reels And Everything Was Fine, Until I Saw A Video Of A Ukrainian Girl Dubbing

The most useless dubbing

It’s useless because it’s Ukrainian. Nothing new

I Was Scrolling Instagram Reels And Everything Was Fine, Until I Saw A Video Of A Ukrainian Girl Dubbing

Who might find the rural language, which only makes you laugh and smile, useful? You, even the Ukrainians themselves, don’t speak it

There are only two types of Russians: who thinks that no people speak Ukrainian in Ukraine, and who thinks that evil people who speak Ukrainian violate rights of Russian speakers in Ukraine

Weird, I’m so accustomed to reading such comments for all these years that I don’t have any emotional response to the insults.
