Seeing this post by Shady doorags really reminds me of an issue I have with the persona 2 fandom and it’s view of Jun

Jun is a very well written character in his own right but i can’t stand that he’s only known for being the gay romance option because he’s an interesting character in his own right and i feel this just reduces that

Sooo, I don't know if Persona 2 fandom is even alive at this point, but I was kinda sad that there was ZERO content about Maya's scars, besides some posts pointing them out, so I wanted to show how Maya's scars/bruises differ between the games (I might do the same for Tatsuya with his back scar and Nyarlathotep's marks!)

i love persona, i've still yet to play 1 and 2 and 5x and watch trinity soul and such but i've played 3-5 and i absolutely love the games and characters so damn much

Just finished persona 2 innocent sin, I had a lot of fun, had the translated Japanese version so my dialogue was lost in translation from time to time and Fuhrer had a bit of a different name and lacked his iconic sunglasses,

It was greeeeat, it’s more story driven and up front than other persona games by just immidiatly hitting you with a characters entire lore when you meet them and nothing like social links which I didn’t mind.

Did have to use a video from time to time because I kept getting lost in the dungeons (ended up finding a French site https://personafrance.fr/persona-2-innocent-sin-partie-7/#21 because ir shows the maps :) )

Did not expect the abrupt death at the end idk why the lady from the ideleans returned randomly for that but okay then. Absolutely adored every single character especially Jun, he felt like a Victorian child but then he randomly cusses or mentions how the zodiac sign Scorpio is known for ‘sex appeal’. It was fun to be able to be gay as a protagonist who hasn’t been removed from all further versions lmao

Im just gonna play eternal punishment now, i wonder if i can name maya just like I named Tatsuya
