Question: What are the Mulligan brothers favourite food/s?

Great question!

All three of them are pretty open to various foods, especially after living in NYC for several years after emigrating, but for their absolute favorites, the following would apply:

Desmond: Smoked salmon on rye with cream cheese, bacon and cabbage, blaa (Irish sweet bread), bread pudding, and more recently spagetti bolgonese 🍝🤌

Edward: A nice, hearty stew, most often coddle with lamb, colcannon (mashed potatoes with butter, cabbage and scallions), black pudding, barmbrack, latkas, and chicken parmesan 🧑‍🍳

Flynn: Shepherds' pie, boxty, soda bread, chowder, farls (a large potato pancake cut into fourths), corned beef and cabbage, thin crust pizza, and pasties 😌

But for all three, its fact that they love desserts, especially spiced apple cake and rhubarb tarts 😄
