What if.........Mei was also a descendent of Kui Mulang?
Tbh I don't think anyone else came up with this idea and so I'll bring my brainrot idea here.

At one point in their friendship, Red Son and/or Mei was like "is this some sort of peasant joke I'm too rich to understand?" toward Mk, and you can't convince me otherwise
Mei definitely has Red Son in her contacts either as 'Red Boi' (or some kind of other rendition of that) or as 'moo' both options with an ungodly amount of emojis, and his contact picture is one of those mooshroom cows from minecraft(cause red, and cow, get it?), but with angry eyebrows drawn on it(or a chicken with angry eyebrows drawn on it, or basically anything with angry eyebrows drawn on it)
