Where Every Scroll is a New Adventure
Hezoballah run neighborhood? These are the same remarks they are using with Gaza. They said Hamas run ministry and told the public that they can't trust the death count. This is a serious escalation. No this isn't Gaza, this is Beirut, Lebanon. Reports of a large explosion In Beirut just hours ago. Western media quickly calling the explosion to have happened in a "Hezbollah-run neighborhood." We all already know what happened...
Done a range of tags to get a discussion going. Please be respectful :-)
"fundraiser for displaced members of the queer community in lebanon. share & d.nate" please help
Israel’s ability to kill 500+ Lebanese people in 24 hrs and wage genocide in Gaza is made possible ONLY through the military backing & diplomatic cover the Biden-Harris administration provides. Those claiming it’ll be easier to end this massacre under a Democratic government are failing to that now.
a lot of people have been hurt in the terror attacks in lebanon, i know this is a time where requests for donations are high and a lot of people are struggling financially. however, if you have something to spare please consider donating to the lebanese red cross, many people who have been injured or died in these attacks have been innocent civilians and hospitals have been overwhelmed with patients.
I didn't see it being shared over here but right after the aggression started, a popular Egyptian youtuber, Ahmed El Ghandour, known as El Da7ee7, made a 1 hour documentary summarizing the history of the occupation, starting with its roots in Europe. He cites all sources in the video description, and most of them are Israeli sources. It's in Arabic but fully captioned in English and several other languages. I really recommend it.

Your "promised land" has changed at least thirty times and not only were you not happy killing the palestinians, now you are killing the lebanese.
The zionist army has been constantly attacking the south of Lebanon, causing major deaths of civillians even thought they always claim that this is about the seventh of october. And we are still waiting for the lie that they will use as justification to attack them.
I feel really bad about this, but I cannot donate to ANYTHING. This is due to myself being under 18 and therefore not an adult. I would absolutely love to, but I can’t.
Hello My dearest friends,🌟
My name is Mahmoud Jihad, from Gaza. My home, my university, everything has been destroyed. I now live in a flimsy tent with my family after losing everything. I was studying Information Technology while caring for my family, and now we have nothing. 😔
We are living amidst indescribable destruction and desperately need your help to survive. 😭 Even a small donation can make a huge difference. Every contribution is a spark of hope in the darkness of this war. ✨
My campaign is verified by: @beesandwatermelons ✅ #190 and @gazavetters ✅ #63.
My GoFundMe link: https://gofund.me/463cbf01
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Let's rebuild our lives together. 🙏❤️
Please help this man
They fucking bombed Lebanon again. People were at a funeral for people killed yesterday. Uniquely evil.

Some pins from my fundraising shop:
As always EVERYTHING I EARN from my shop is for my best friend, a Palestinian grad student living in America. The money is sent home to support his friends and family in Palestine and around the rest of the Levant who are being hurt directly and/or financially by the attacks on Gaza, the raids and economic devastation in the West Bank and the collateral damage in surrounding countries.
I haven't posted about how he's doing in a while so here is a brief update if anyone was wondering. He's been quite miserable (more than usual even) since the escalation into Lebanon, he has family there too, but he's hanging in there. They're safe for now and we really hope the ceasefire in a couple hours actually happens and lasts. He also got injured not long after the escalation which really messed up his usual coping mechanisms (running/going to the gym), but he's recovering well now and we're at least lifting weights again. Despite the stress he's still doing impressive things with his research, and working crazy hours at it. He's supervising and mentoring several younger students on top of his own work and doing an amazing job of keeping it together for them, I'm so proud of him. He's the strongest and nicest person I've ever met and I know he's going to do amazing things with his life.
Anyway, you can find all my art in my shop HERE. There are a lot of other product options besides pins as well (shirts, stickers, notebooks, bags, etc). Here's an older design from my fundraising shop and some history behind it (EVERYTHING I RAISE supports my best friend and his loved ones):
The Jaffa orange holds a lot of symbolism for the Palestinian struggle. This varietal of the fruit was developed in the 19th century and named for the city Jaffa, where it was first produced for export. It was a major export of the region until the industry declined under British rule and disruption from WWII. Finally the establishment of Israel caused irreparable damage as groves were seized or destroyed by settlers. Israel took over production on the seized land but never achieved the same success with the crop, and what remained of Palestine suffered ongoing violence and blockades preventing the industry from further success. The Jaffa orange has since remained a symbol of the Palestinian homeland, most famously in Ghassan Kanafani's short story The Land of Sad Oranges.
My design, an orange (from a vintage painting) with a Palestinian flag print on the leaf can be found here on shirts, stickers, mugs and more. This is one of my older works, from last November.
