I've been in the Pokemon sphere for a while, time to art dump my silly-

Her name is Willo! She's Ingos descendant and frequently helps in the Gear Station Battle Subway.

She was kinda just made on a whim

And has a VERY strong connection to ghost type Pokemon.

The art with Volo is for a WIP story, but that'll be a later date post (if I remember it lmao)
