Where Every Scroll is a New Adventure
This is how my brain remembers this scene from the book
(If it's hard to tell, the characters are Lucy Westerna, Arthur Holmwood, and Dr. Seward)
HERE WE GO, GIRLS! The feeling of déjà vu will be constant, but it will always feel like the first time. May it be a smooth journey for our good friend Jonathan Harker and may he be able to jot down as many recipes and interesting facts about his stay as possible to finally share with his beloved fiancée, Mina Murray.
We have been waiting for this moment for a long time and I am so excited!
Dracula and his terrible fashion sense
(By the way, this reminded me of Hotel Transylvania where Dracula wears a hat that doesn't match, but I don't think it was straw)
“That he be all in black, except that he have a hat of straw which suit not him or the time.”
Been reading Dracula and so far my favourite parts are when Jack Seward detours from writing about the undead bullshit to talk about some insane guy, they give Reinfield zero relation to the plot for the first half of the book other than Jack thinking he’s neat. Like yes king, tell me that work tea
Gonna have to start adopting the brilliant Dr Van Helsing strategy of shouting obscure metaphors and riddles at the homies when they aren’t on board with my insane schemes until they are too confused to say no
dracula daily is happening and it's awesome so let's all celebrate lucy/mina
"If Mr. Holmwood fell in love with her seeing her only in the drawing-room, I wonder what he would say if he saw her now." that's not very heterosexual of you girl. <3
