When you have a Mabel brain and not a Dipper or Ford brain so you decide to make the stuff in the book while others decode it
Here’s the figure in the book, it was real fun to make! Besides the blue of the moon. I really struggled with color matching that for some reason.

Sorry it took so long to finish and sorry for disappearing for so long, I was struggling a LOT with motivation to do anything remotely creative but he is done now!!
I am so fucking happy with how he’s turned out!!!!
Surprisingly the hand holding the cards was really easy and I had the most trouble with the closed fist and getting his skin color somewhat close
Overall this was a fun learning experience and I’m about to start on another figure soon. Maybe. That’s the plan at least, I’ll see what the brain worms allow

Another update on my Harrison figure! Sorry the lighting and picture is shit, it’s nighttime so I don’t have anything less harsh to work with
Pretty proud that this has been my first time sculpting a human
So as you can see he is not longer a blueberry and is instead a carrot now
This is because I decided to redo his body and am working with whatever clay I have left before the big thing of white clay I ordered comes in on Wednesday
The stand that he’s on is from one of my funko pops, it isn’t centered but it works
I still need to do some tweaking to proportions and add his clothes before tackling the final boss: hands
Not only will I be making hands but one is going to be holding tiny cards. I just love torturing myself don’t I :’)
I still need to do something with the previous torso I made, any suggestions on characters?
Lil’ update on the Harrison figure

Haven’t worked on it much more cause I’m having difficulty with the clay being too soft to make the arms look right on the body.
I think I’ll have to add holes in the joint areas then bake the body to do the arms and legs. Scary stuff since I would have to restart the body if it ends up messing up
This has caused me to procrastinate finishing it :’)
Another issue with the clay is that it fucking 𝘮𝘦𝘭𝘵𝘴 both thin plastics and the varnish off of tables if it sits there long enough 😀
So that’s fun. Luckily it doesn’t effect parchment paper

His head has been painted :D
I tried to get his face smooth but it refused, I’ll see if mod podge might fix that (on a test piece of course)
His pupils gave me so much grief, I had to do the eyes with a needle cause I have no tiny brushes :’)
When starting this I forgot that I’d need to sculpt hands. Tiny hands. Why did I do this to myself.
Edit: I forgot there was a new episode today, checked the cc Harrison tag and just saw bald. I’m scared lmao what did they do to him poor guy just can’t catch a break

Now I just need to paint his head and make his body, dunno if I want to go through the trouble of making him posable or not but we’ll see.
