Boyfriend named him but I can't remember it. But this is a bugbear that I thought would have an interesting background of being adopted into a noble family, where they thought he was originally just a regular bear until he started speaking. So they adopted him into the family. š

I've always liked the illustration of a Bugbear from the 1E AD&D Monster Manual (drawn by David Sutherland). It made them seem slightly unhinged. My Bugbear sketches are trying to tap into the same vibe.

I have been making customĀ tokens for the next session I'm DM'ing. Last night my players managed to take down the last boss (non-lethally, I might add) in thisĀ chapter, so now I can post the tokens themselves without spoiling it for anyone! Yaay! We have Nard, The Carverer, a hobgoblin warband cheif. Next is a summoned doppelganger and lastly Nardās sidekick, the bugbear, Rotbelly. Made for Pathfinder-rules to be used in Roll20.net
