I made a Headcannon AU for Ryuga's Backstory based on what I found on Reddit. (I took it as a grain of salt) so I took it with alittle spin.

So I wrote As Ryuga used to live In A Dystopian Village where they worshipped an Immortal being called "The Dragon Emperor", each year they held a ceremony for a child at the age of 6 to figure out who is the reincarnation of the Emperor, Ryuga was the Reincarnation of that Being and was crowned as the Emperor. Until The Village was attacked, so to protect him, The People put Ryuga into a Deep Sleep at the age of 16 for 100 years until Doji found him.
