Where Every Scroll is a New Adventure
One of you mfers has got to have heard of Midnight Burger. This cannot be an actually niche nerd thing.
And it'll take a miraculous run of support to get it done. If you like - Strange fiction - Fun, philosophic storytelling - Intense, immersive sound design - A unique and fully crafted mythology Then you're going to love Heartglass.
Agora é ir escutar The Canibalists ou, Os Canibais.
Muito bom. Maravilhoso.
Literalmente Doutor Who + Starship Troopers + Sacrifício.
How do you know you're looking for something, without ever feeling that you need it? At what point does the realization hit you, like a brick wall materializing out of thin air, that you've found what the depths of your soul has been searching for all along?
Beck isn't like the other teenagers in his town. That's a fact he's been painfully aware of his entire young adult life. Its not the harsh point of fingers, or the jabs of immature words, but rather the distance between himself and the people around him. He didn't put those barriers up- at least, he doesn't think he did. But his life has been spent in the shadows of friendships, never fully grasping onto a deeper connection.
So it's been just him and his tape recorder against the world. The trail of tapes that link together his teenage years in a bundle of short audio diaries. The tapes in which he thought he'd gotten rid of for good after the incident.
But somewhere, somewhen in the future, a young man by the name of Nicholas Webb has uncovered Beck’s story by accident. And the unraveling of Beck’s secrets may just be enough to unravel Nicholas’s mind.
The Oddities of Ælctown. Season one trailer out soon.
It wasn’t supposed to be like this.
Or maybe it was. Maybe Nicholas’s entire life has lead up to this moment, this town, this library. Maybe life so far has been lacking of any real sustenance, any defined meaning, any core reason. Maybe he’s spent the last twenty five years in wait for his life to truly begin, and this uneasy sensation brewing in his gut is the consistent, nagging reminder that he is alive.
All that matters is where he is now. In Ælctown, with a past of no real relevance, and a future unknown. What secrets lurk beneath the surface of this gloomy little town, seemingly on the edge of nowhere? And why does this unease make him feel so alive?
The Oddities of Ælctown, a queer paranormal fiction podcast. Season one trailer out soon.
“When Nicholas Webb quits his job as a high profile journalist to move across the country to the small and seemingly mundane Ælctown, with the goal of organizing his recently inherited grandfather’s library, he isn’t expecting much. Some time to clear his mind perhaps. But Ælctown is not like any other that Nicholas has ever encountered, and the quickly loosing facade of normal rapidly unravels his understanding of himself, and the world around him. “
The Oddities of Ælctown is a Queer Paranormal podcast, following the story of Nicholas Webb as he untangles the mysteries left on tapes by 17 year old Beck from over forty years ago, in his audio diary that follows his confusing and lonely teenage years in Ælctown . It is written, voiced acted, directed, and produced by two young queer trans men, and aims to be representative of a multitude of different mental health issues, alongside various forms of queer representation. For more information on when the podcast will drop, follow our tumblr and give us some love! <3

Hands down one of my favorite listens lately, the world is grim and gritty but the characters ARE SO FUCKING GOOD. And the magic system is ::chef's kiss::
Hello people of Tumblr! Tumblrs? Tumblefolk?
We’re Last Dance, a dark fantasy audiodrama where your body is quite literally your temple. Follow a battlefield scavenger as he’s thrown headfirst into the bloodiest invasion his home has ever seen.
If you like The Silt Verses, Tumanbay and The Witcher series then we’re probably right up your alley.
@luxradium suggested that we get ourselves on Tumblr and so here we finally are!
You can find all our links in our bio, but for now you can see our the first panel of what’s apparently called a Quattrodectych. We have lots more quality fantasy art for the show to share, and I’d love to post a bit more of our worlds lore right here as it seems like it’d be well received!
Anyway, I’m looking forward to figuring out how Tumblr works - see you real soon.
