Well, if that's the case, I'll most likely be gone for good. Very unfortunate turn of events. I hope this AI disaster will bring forth more apps and sites like artfol that ban it completely and remain a safe space for artists.

ai covers make me so uncomfortable dude. like i know hearing characters or creators sing songs is cool cause its like wow youve never heard them do that that sound cool but like man if that was my voice and people did that id be fucking ill. that would make me so anxious that people were using my voice to make whatever they wanted to hear even if it was nothing malicious. ‘wow that sounded so good, x has so much potential if they did this!’ well they didnt. because they didnt want to. and it wouldnt sound like that anyway cause its fucking ai. but you made them do it anyway i guess

and on a less serious note, how are you going to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to.. not get anything in return. like you're paying so much money to become an expert in what you're majoring in and you're just gonna cheat your way through? WHY PAY FOR IT WHEN YOU COULD JUST NOT DO THAT??? if you don't have the learned skills and information because you were too lazy to do the work, then how will that reflect when you're hired for a job that you actually are not qualified for? especially when you could have been qualified if you had applied yourself and absorbed the knowledge. I know I post a lot about anti ai and it's usually me half-assing an addition onto a perfectly coherent argument, but it genuinely plagues my brain every day. I can't escape it.
