He had most definitely wanted to curl into a ball on the floor, he needed to.
Instead of doing so, he ran to you and hugged you toward his body.
In his PTSD-ridden state, he felt the urge to protect you from his biggest fear.
He treasured you, more than anything. He wouldn't allow you to be hurt like his father was.
Despite his intense quivering, his grip on you was tight, and he didn't plan to let you go until he was sure that you were safe.

I am OBSESSED with these two (mainly Gumworth), kinda makes me upset how Maggey isn't much of a fleshed out character cause she has so much potential SOB
I can't even properly explain how much I love Farewell, my Turnabout. It's a fucking MASTERPIECE of a case!! The characters are especially a big part of why I adore it. I WAS GENUINELY SO STRESSED OUT AND THE BAD ENDING FUCKING BROKE ME.
The interactions in this case are so fun and engaging. Idk how to express my love for it in text. (Also Adrian Andrews is the best side character I WILL DIE ON THIS HILL.)
