i'm actually very normal about most characters believe it or not, but when it comes it matt murdock i'm screaming into the void, chewing up the couch, and punching walls. he's so bullied by every single plotline. he's so pathetic. he's defined by so so much tragedy. he's such an asshole. he's plagued by catholic guilt. he is THE character. he's as beautiful as the day I lost him. i love him, your honor.

a lot can be said about matt murdock’s mental health, if the person who had to give him a therapy talk was frank castle instead of his therapist girlfriend.
