Ren showing up to bust the party in his basement and everyone scattering is the funniest thing. Personal highlights of the escape include:

Ren, distant: “Hello???”

Jevin: “The kings here!”

Impulse: “Oh no no!!”

Hypno: “Woah! It’s the cops! Cheese it!!!”

Grian, increasingly distressed: “you didn’t clear this wiTH THE KING??”

Tango: “Dad’s here!!”

The sheer speed that everyone just scattered on outta there was incredible. Hypno called scatter and everyone just bailed immediately

Hermits as customers I’ve seen in my various jobs (fast food restaurant, grocery store, and bank)

Doc: confidently declared he could handle suicide- level hot sauce only to end up having a minor asthma attack

Scar: lost 37 bank cards in four months and had a note on her profile to not give her anymore until she could prove she could responsibly use them

Xisuma: insisted that I had to give him free water with his meal and claimed it was illegal for me to withhold the basic right from him (I looked it up, at least where I’m from it is not a law)

Etho: upon me complimenting their My Hero Academia shirt and pins, looked me up and down and said “I’ve never seen the show in my life, stop harassing me”

Ren: asked me out by writing me his number and soundcloud account on the back of an important document, causing me to be investigated by corporate for bribery and collusion

Cleo: said she felt sorry for me being forced to work because of capitalism, turned out to be a stripper who strongly hinted she was robbing the people she performed for

Stress: was very excited to open up their child’s bank account and teach them all about financial responsibility, later was investigated for potential money laundering using the account

Bdubs: took about five minutes looking over the menu to realize we were in fact a shawarma restaurant and not the ice cream store that closed a decade ago

Grian: bought three hundred dollars of bread

Mumbo: broke two different ATMs, both times completely by accident, both resulting in his card accidentally being shredded by the machines
