go searching mushrooms, fry in a pan and make something like a pizza....take a Merlot from switzerland, a young and fruyiti one, a lot of pressure and tannins, need to ripe one more year in a bottle.
I dont need so much to be happy. Thats why i am.
Fruity and smooth austrian wine
Cote de boeuf and 2016 chante le merle, CNDP, old vines. Great evening
And a really good dessert🥰
Making with the french ,,Saignee‘‘ method, its made out of pinot noir.....Fruity flavors of quince, pineapple and some other berrys. Perfect balanced acid, with a light film on the tongue, and multi structural fruity and silky finish. from a bio cert. Winemaker couple
Les Terrasses 2017 from Alvaro Palacios. A wonderfull wine, in the nose some sorts of cooked berrys, light chocolate aroma. Silky tanins and a long, fruity leaving. What a fun whit this bottle.
What’s your favorite piece of Swiss art? And what’s your favorite piece of art with mushrooms as the subject or as a heavy motif
Thats not easy, im not a great fan or connoisseur of art, i know nothing about, therse no art with mushrooms i know😅 i think the nature it self is the biggest art, every mushroom is art for me….
A nice Port.
Go walking and hiking whit friends, take a sip every break....
Thanks to Germany, this is one of the greatest gift in the world. A wonderfull Riesling Wachenheimer R. Dosn‘t matter how bad is your day, after this you feel good. Cheers
