Bro, Johnny Storm probably has ADHD or he just can't sit still, like in the 2000's movies he just gives off the vibe, there is also a moment in rotss (and FF:the worlds greatest heros) he fidgets with his fingers. He's always kind of moving in someway even when he's just "standing still".
