rawest fucking florence and the machine lyrics in no particular order:
no more dreaming of the dead as if death itself was undone
want me to love you in moderation, do i look moderate to you?
this will be my last confession, ‘i love you’ never felt like any blessing, whisper it like it’s a secret only to condemn the one who hears it
because i am done with my graceless heart, so tonight i’m gonna cut it out and then restart
tenderest touch leaves the darkest of marks and the kindest of kisses breaks the hardest of hearts
you don’t have to be a ghost here among the living, you are flesh and blood, and you deserve to be loved and you deserve what you are given, and oh how much
but the loneliness never left me, i always took it with me, but i can put it down in the pleasure of your company
at seventeen i started to starve myself, i thought that love was a kind of emptiness, but at least i understood then the hunger i felt, and i didn’t have to call it loneliness
the fabric of your flesh, pure as a wedding dress
it’s an evensong, it’s a melody, it’s a battle cry, it’s a symphony
but i know it’ll have to drown me, before i can breathe easy
to the crowd i was crying out, and in your place there were a thousand other faces
and it’s over and i’m going under, but i’m not giving up i’m just giving in
in a moment of joy and fury i threw myself from the balcony like my grandmother, so many years before me
and it’s peaceful in the deep, cathedral where you cannot breathe
i know i seem shaky, these hands aren’t fit for holding
i’m not beat up by this yet, you can’t tell me to regret, been in the dark since the day we met, fire help me to forget
it seems that i have been held in this dreaming state, a tourist in the waking world, never quite awake
shower your affection, let it rain on me, pull down this mountain, drag your cities to the sea
and i did cartwheels in your honor, dancing on tiptoes, my own secret ceremonials
a year like this passes so strangely, somewhere between sorrow and bliss
in the spring, i shed my skin and it blows away with the changing winds
i swallow the sound and it swallows me whole until there’s nothing left inside my soul
And how does it feel now you’ve scratched that itch? And pulled out all your stitches? Hubris is a bitch
and i want you so badly, but you could be anyone
drink too much coffee and think of you often in a city where reality has long been forgotten, and are you afraid, because I’m terrified, but you remind me that it’s such a wonderful thing to love
i was in the darkness, so darkness i became

½ cup Greek yoghurt ½ cup plain flour 1tsp baking powder ¼ tsp salt 1 tbsp dried lavender 1 tbsp honey 1 egg, beaten
The intent is to increase mental clarity and connection. To clear your spiritual and mental brain fog so that you can think and see more clearly again. To improve clarity of vision and connection to your heart’s desire. Lavender is employed to stimulate clarity and connection, cleansing, memory, passion, peace of mind, healing, love, passion and retention. With the honey for added sweetness and stickiness to make visions all the more sweet, and memories stick more permanently. Harvesting your own lavender can also be intended to honour Lammas, too!
1. Mix everything in a bowl and preheat the oven at 350 F. 2. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead adding more flour until it’s no longer sticky and has formed a nice stretchy bread dough. 3. Put into a floured loaf tin. 4. Brush top with egg wash. 5. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes until a golden crust has formed and a skewer comes out clean. 6. Slice and enjoy!
Oorlog is the relationship of cause and effect in Norse belief. Causes and effects weave in and out of each other to create the Web of Wyrd, or the web of destiny.
Oorlog is the yarn, the Wyrd is the total knitted project.
Loki is a trickster who operates as an element of random chance in Norse stories, inciting change and movement.
Loki’s name means “knots.” Now I know why.
I know this is cliche' is there a spell to win the lotto or get rich?
Cliche because it’s a popular need for magic to address. After all, as Wu-Tang so eloquently put it, cash rules everything around me. I think you’re after luck spells and money spells friend. Here are just a few:
Midas Oil
Luck correspondences
Bottle of Luck
Masterpost of Luck Spells
Luck and Money Powder
This spell is for help on a Final Exam, but much of the structure would be adaptable to a luck/money/lotto spell.
Money Attraction
Prosperity Jar
You might also think of petitioning your ancestors for aid in choosing numbers or tickets. My grandmother leaves her stack of scratch-off tickets (and a few quarters) on her family altar for a few days while burning candles and leaving offerings. Eventually she scratches them with the quarters from the altar (and if you’re not winning, you swap quarters).

Recipe : Prosperity Potatoes!
If you have a big day ahead, maybe a test, a job interview, or just need some extra good luck, this is the perfect healthy lunch or dinner recipe!
Here is the microwave version for when you’re low on energy and can’t be bothered to cook for very long. If you’re low on spoons or energy don’t bother cooking the other ingredients, they’ll be great fresh as well. If you’re vegan, just substitute or leave out the cheese.
Tools:
✨ Yellow, White or Green Candle ✨ Gems: Aventurine, Tiger’s Eye and Clear Quartz ✨ a Sigil for Prosperity ✨ Sharp Kitchen Knife ✨ a Pan ✨ Kitchen Towel (the paper kind) ✨ A Microwave and a stovetop
🌿
Start by Cleansing your kitchen in whichever way you see fit, burn some incense, spray a Cleansing Mist or cleanse with Sage.
When the energy is clean, light your candle on your workspace and arrange your gemstones around it. You are now ready to begin.
🌿
Rinse and dry your Potatoes and set them on your chopping board. Using the knife, carve your Prosperity Sigil into each one. If you don’t have a sigil or don’t work with sigils, try a star, heart or a shape that you associate with good luck.
Wrap both the potatoes separately in the paper kitchen towel, and depending on your microwave, pop them in separately (one at a time) for about 6minutes on high power each.
While your Potatoes are baking, pour some oil (olive, sunflower, canola or coconut, I prefer olive) into your pan in your sigil or shape and heat.
Slice the mushrooms, garlic, baby tomatoes and olives, not forgetting to take the pits out.
Chuck them all in the pan, sprinkle some thyme and rosemary and cook them thoroughly.
When both your Potatoes have baked, pop them out of their paper towels and slice them in the “hedgehog” style. (Crisscross still in their skins)
Cover with salt and more rosemary and thyme, break the feta cheese and sprinkle on. Heap on your pan cooked mushrooms, garlic, olives and tomatoes. Add the fresh basil leaves on top and Voila!
✨
While you’re eating, meditate on the protection and prosperity Properties of the ingredients you used.

- Before cooking I always start with a spritz cleanse with a rose water/moon water blend. Light a candle and make myself a cup of tea.
- Rock salt for grounding, sea salt before a journey or to get rid of feelings of being stuck in place.
- I love to cook with the seasons. This one may seem obvious but at times it can be tough to do given the endless year round choice we get in super markets. Each set of seasonal foods matches the energy of that season, helping you to get in sync with the natural rhythms and flows of the year.
- YOU DON’T ALWAYS NEED FRESH SPECIALITY HERBS TO DO KITCHEN MAGIC. I cannot say this enough, a lot of what goes into the food I make for my family are simple spices and herbs that you can buy for like 50p anywhere. I do have quite a large stock of less common dried herbs but these mostly come out when somebody is sick or needs an elixir rather than going in a casserole unless I’m making something a bit special for a festival or something.
- Stir clockwise to manifest & anti clockwise to rid/banish/ other wise tell something to bugger right off.
- pssst..I don’t make or bake everything from scratch all the time. I’m busy, I have class, I have a job, I have a dog, I’m supposedly a practising artist. I *do not* have time to laminate pastry every time I wanna make a puff pie on a Sunday.
- An almanac is your best friend for figuring out whats’ in season & if you want a kitchen garden: when, how and what to plant/harvest etc. (it’s also nice to have it all on paper rather than googling every time).
- I plan ahead as much as possible, I do a weekly meal plan and buy everything on Saturdays. I know my partners’ schedule and by extension, what this household is likely to need throughout a 5 day period. Huge important PhD presentation coming up on Tuesday? great, we’re having pumpkin risotto with bay, basil, black pepper & thyme on Monday night to set you up for confident delivery. Stressful meeting on Friday? No problem, Cumin infused tarka dal with homemade rosemary flatbreads to ease out of the working week and relax.
- Kitchen crafting for me is all about manifesting love, care and warmth for my loved ones. Building connections & community through the sharing of thoughtfully, *intentionally* prepared food. As an anthropologist, I cannot over-estimate the importance of food/food making/food sharing to how people feel and experience their worlds.
- Cooking is alchemy, it is a vastly undervalued skill (because misogyny) and the ability to take a bunch of raw materials and turn it into a physically and spiritually nourishing feast is magic.

So earlier I made a post about doing a video tutorial on creating your own sculpture of your diety well.... I'm going to being doing it and making it friendly to those in our community who aren't out in the open about their practice. It's going to take a little bit for some of the supplies to come in but it's happening.
Really excited about this.
I'm going to be doing a goddess for the video.
Reblog and let me know who your most interested in seeing created. I'll do sketches of the top 3 and then vote again on which one of those will be the final choice.

Comforting Tea Spell
If a friend shows up at your doorstep in tears or distraught and is looking for comfort, brew her a witchy cup of tea by imbuing it with your intentions: visualize your friend being warmed and soothed by your cup of tea as she drinks it. As a witch, your intent carries great power through your actions. You perform everyday actions with intent and become more attuned to yourself and the way things work in the world around you. By learning to channel your desires through the spellwork you do, you will manifest happiness, joy, and abundance in your life. 🍵
Lemon Balm
Mint
Chamomile flowers
Lavender
Rosemary
Any additional add-ins you wish to brew into your tea based on your intentions, such as cinnamon for luck, ginger for strength, or sugar for sweetness
Steep the tea blend in a tea pot or in a loved mug. As it’s steeping, stir the contents with a spoon clockwise and imbue your intent into the tea. Visualize your friend being warmed and soothed by the tea, or imagine her delight when she tastes the tea.
Add any additional spices, herbs, or sugar you’d like to add to the tea now. Consider their magical associations. Add a pinch of cinnamon for luck, or a pinch of ginger for strength, a pinch of thyme for courage, or a pinch of rosemary or salt for protection. Add sugar for sweetness if desired, for both taste and sweetness in mood.
Stir the tea, three times clockwise, one final time and recite: “With tea and spell, and help from above, all is well, light and love.” Then tap your spoon on the mug or teapot three times to seal the spell.
Serve the tea lovingly to your friend or loved one.
Hey if any of you guys are interested in demonology at all to any extent, grimoire.org is the most amazing and well-sourced resource I’ve ever seen, it cites everything from multiple historical grimoires, has a publishing timeline for them, displays sigils, has a section set aside for each demons powers, even lists similar demons, and it’s all very easy to understand the way it’s set up. Can not recommend it enough, it has more demons and more info than I’ve seen listed elsewhere
