Hey y'all, are you the type to call your yourself lazy? Can't wait to enter? Don't wanna try and just wanna sleep and enter? Think it's easier for you to be the careless mf and enter tonight? Here's a sleep method that literally can make you wake up in the void regardless of what the fuck is happening.
I call it, the "too easy" challenge bc mf the effort is not even there, like I'm not gonna even tell you to lay still or yada yada, I entered the void through it some years ago when I was in my shifting phase and didn't know it was the void, and it's my fav method so far, and y'all, you'll seriously shift or enter the void during those 7 days bc y'know how powerful this shit is???
Now I've seen a lotta people whine and say they lay back, try for it, and "don't enter" which is obviously your assumptions that you can't enter is in the way, so I thought, how about letting them know they can skip this part and just sleep and wake up there? Fun eh?
If anyone remembers, this is actually something a lot of shifters used to do back then, but the toxic shifttokers would be like "NO YOU CANTTT, YOU GOTTA PUT EFFORT TO SHIFTTT" nah fuck you, then how come some ppl shifted through it, like be fr and how "effortless" it was. đ¤¨
ONE affirmation of choice:
I always wake up in the void state aware.
The void is too easy to wake up in.
Why do I always wake up in the void aware?
No matter what I do, I still wake up in the void aware.
I just gotta sleep and I'll wake up in the void aware everytime.
I always wake up in my home. (Aka DR).
I always shift in my sleep.
I can always shift by sleeping.
Sleeping helps me shift anywhere I want.
Shifting is too easy for me, I can do it in my sleep (fav).

For the affs, repeat it as though you're REMINDING yourself something, not trying to convince yourself something, you get me? During the days and the nights and literally through anything, just affirm without needing anything, like, your wish if you wanna do robotic affirming or feeling with it while affirming, just remind yourself your goal, Go about your day repeating ONE affirmation, and this can be anything, the reason I'm saying one is bc you don't need a bunch, just one, choose one from here based on what your goal is, shifting or the void?, the moment you wake up to the moment you fall asleep repeat it whenever you like.
Now, this is optional, but if you like, you can loop the desired subliminal you chose during the the day, it's as you wish if you want to.
Now, sleep comes around, right? Listen to the suggestibility subliminal I provided there only once, simply once, now grab yo favorite earphones or whatever and loop the SUBLIMINAL overnight.
Don't think about it, literally don't, don't say "will this work or whatever" nope, trust and know, loop the sub in the background while you sleep, and in that moment, repeat this specific affirmation.
Subconscious mind, I command you to wake me up in (desired reality/ the void).

The hypnagogic state : how to reach it.
The hypnagogic state is a state where we naturally go into before sleeping, a sweet spot moment before sleeping and still being awake, a state where it is so powerful to be able to shift, get in the void, or basically do anything.
Now it requires NOTHING, it only requires one small thing that might sound tricky.
Staying awake long enough for it to come by on it's own, and actually on average it takes 10-5 mins from each person to enter it aware.
Lay flat on your back (not needed, but many results come from laying on the back)
Do. Not. Care, just go with what you usually do to fall asleep, but one thing? You're not falling asleep, you're watching your body fall asleep, that sweet spot where your body is about to fall asleep? That's hypnagogia
Actually don't move, it may give your mind signs you're still not sleeping, now just lay there and try not to sleep while focusing on the blackness behind your eyelids.
You will start seeing flashing images or swirly things or even just flashing lights and imagery, this is the hypnagogia and you managed to reach it in just 10 mins of pretending to be asleep (acc it takes me 4)
Bam, that's the sweet spot, now affirm slowly for the void, or just sense your surroundings for shifting or maybe you can try your shifting method here! This state cannot argue back, you'll be immediately shifting in no time, and slipping in the void is so easy from it.
So really the whole steps is just "lay down, don't move, watch your eyelids, color seen? Hypnagogia reached, method or void procedure done, bam."
I managed to find a post on Reddit on how to keep your body awake, you can try 2 or 3 of them to keep yourself entertained, FULL CREDITS TO THE ONE WHO POSTED IT ON REDDIT (calaie_iscoolio):
"1. Looking in the darkness behind your eyelids
Basically what it says, when you close your eyes, just focus on the darkness until hypnagogic imagery begins to happen i.e. colors, shapes, literally anything that will show. When images begin to show up, do not interact or acknowledge what you are seeing, you can look at it, but don't try to control it and just let the images flow until you feel that the state is induced enough to where it won't disappear because you are "too" awake/aware.
2. "Forearm Up" Method
Another technique that basically helps with people who tend to fall asleep to quickly, basically lay down on your back like usual, lift your hand up in the air where your elbow is resting on your mattress, keep it there and as it slowly falls down that's where you'll begin to fall asleep, it'll drop and basically awake you back up.
I had also seen a shifter mention that they prefer to lay on their stomach and lifting their foot up in the air and basically do the same thing. This technique basically just wakes you back up.
3. Thomas Edison Method
Very similar to the "Forearm Up" Method, basically what Edison had done was he had held a steel ball in his hand, and when he began to fall asleep, the ball will drop and alert Edison awake, another technique to help with people to struggle to stay awake.
4. Imagine Constant Motion
Basically imagining something whether that be an animal or an object constantly moving like a horse galloping, a dogs tail wagging side to side, etc. (Pretty simple, for people who find it much easier to visualize).
5. Tire your body through out the day
During the day, you could do any tasks that would just tire your body out that leads up to your attempt to induce the state, it'll make it much easier for you to get into the state and induce it since your body is already tired enough to relax.
6. Repeating "hypnagogia"
This will mean you have you just repeat the words "hypnagogia" to yourself till you get tired enough and then hypnagogic imagery will eventually appear.
7. Counting
Basically just like regular shifting methods, you could focus on counting up to how much you want to until you begin to get the hypnagogic hallucinations, to keep yourself from falling asleep you could give yourself simple math questions just so it's enough to focus to answer it.
8. Imagining Randomness
Imagine literally anything that isn't related at all, i.e. horse, roof, apple, pen, desk, etc. Visualize and filter through random objects or animals that have no correlation and that will induce the hypnagogic imagery, randomness is key.
9. Focus on breathing
Similar to any shifting method, basically focusing on your breaths is another technique to induce the state. Literally just anything to keep your awareness occupied rather than letting your mind just shut down to go to sleep.
10. Sounds
Listening to anything in your environment, whether that be things happening outside, if it's raining listen to the rain, or if you've got headphones on listen to the music and focus that, keep your focus on the music so you don't fall asleep.
11. "Playing" a song in your head
Not necessarily listening to the song, but imagining the song playing in your head, whether that be your favorite song, if you know how it sounds like, imagine it playing and once you've entered the state, it will naturally play and you'll end up actually hearing the song.
12. Heartbeat
Basically just focus on your heartbeat. Listen to the amount of beats.
These are all the various of techniques you could use, you don't have to stick to one and can basicaally try them out, see which one you feel like works for you and go from there. A tip is also you could pick like 4 or 5 out of these 12 and just filter through the techniques if you can't just stick to one since you get uninterested quickly. (I get bored easily, do I normally do 8, 9, 7 and 4 just so I don't lose interest.)"

Usually I'm the laziest hoe here no fr, but honestly I loved awake methods sm, and let's go back to old school for it, first, obv the void, secondly here are some that literally were the BEST for awake shifting, I kinda love being there when everything changes and going with it yk? Flashing white lights, sounds, tapping, ugh love em.
Julia method, basically the void fr but I swear by it this shit is so powerful ugh.
Estelle method??? LIKE HELLO??? WHY ARE Y'ALL SLEEPING ON IT? I mini shifted with it the first time I used it.
CINN METHOD, I REPEAT, CINN METHOD.
Those are just recommend ones by me, but anyways, one personal one I have is something I made and here ya go: (my method?)
Lay back in any position you like, preferably the position you think you're gonna find yourself in when you shift in your DR
Now look straight into the blackness behind you, and begin to list everything you're supposed to feel in your DR reality, for example, I feel my silk pillowcase, I feel my cat brushing against me, oh I hear birds! I see a faint ray of sunlight against me, y'know? Say things and point them out as though you are already in your DR.
Genuine feel good about it, maybe go and rant in your head how your first day at your DR went, like "man, I'm soooo tired, I literally shopped so much my hands hurt fr... Although that donut I ate was so good." In short relive the moment of your first day in DR.
Now you'll have the symptoms, what will we do? Nothin, push through and keep saying things about yourself WITHOUT CARING FOR TJE FUCKING SYMPTOMS.
You'll shift in a millisecond I'm serious, shifting happens so suddenly it's weird, when you feel everything you pointed out just open your eyes and badaboom there ya go.
Half a mind to call this method "myself method".

if someone has any advice please share. i could really use it.
yes, this is my billionth post about this topic, but it keeps happening so what is a girl to doâŚâŚ..
i am always dreaming of shifting. dreams of me thinking iâve shifted, dreams about my realityâs, dreams of my s/oâŚ.. and itâs honestly just getting to a point of frustration and pain. like i physically feel this just absolute gut wrenching pain bc of my longing to be somewhere else. i feel sick. no matter what i do it feels like some sick and twisted game my mind is playing.
even last night i had a dream about shifting and my s/o. from what i remember i was standing in a school gymnasium with a group of people. for reasons i donât know/canât remember, a panther of sorts was now there and someone was just having their villain monologue moment and iâm not really sure what they were on about. what i do know is i started to panic, i was told or just somehow knew that this creature would harm vampiresâŚ.. so i went searching the room for my s/o to get him out of there. i remember feeling so scared, even more so when i found him in the crowd. i told him that we needed to go, now. i basically started dragging him out of there. at a certain point he just picked me up and started saying to me â itâs okay, itâs okay my love, itâs nice to be chosen. â ( crying and throwing up btw ) and it was just such a vivid dream, his voice in my ear and him brushing the tears off my faceâŚ.. then a thought popped into my mind as he carried me out of there, what if i shifted rn, in this moment ? i remember feeling a bit frightened but it just washed away bc he was just comforting meâŚ.. and my hands were in his hair and he was whispering and the next thing i knew i was just in another dream sequence and i just thought to myself that i almost shifted and i told my sister this in the dream???? SICK AND TWISTED EVERYBODYâŚâŚâŚ..
and pretty soon after that i woke up and tbh i just started crying and it was so strange honestly and i couldnât stop thinking that despite the fact the he was the one in danger he was consoling me :/
i just donât know anymore, i donât know what this means, i just donât want to feel like this anymore. so if anyone has advice please share bc i donât really talk to anyone about shifting other than my sister and sheâs not a shifterâŚâŚâŚâŚâŚ so she just kinda sits and stares at me while i talk.
I would like some help regarding meditation, specifically during shifting attempts.
In the whole time Iâve known of shifting and would use meditation as way to get to my DR, it seems I stumble on the same issue. Iâm not sure what to do about it so hopefully someone has some advice !
Anywho, I would be mediating and after a while I would enter a deep meditative state, quite peaceful and relaxing, and at a certain point my whole body will jerk. I know some people might read this and want to tell me to just ignore it but this is some small thing. It will feel like Iâm literally falling and my whole body is flung and after my heart is beating like crazy.
And then Iâm snapped out of my meditative state, often I will just try again but⌠then it happens again and then I just get annoyed.
I get it, my body is falling asleep and my mind wants to check. But I can deal with those minor twitches. The ones Iâm referring to is something else entirely and Iâm not sure what to do about it?
Iâve had progress regarding dreaming and connecting stronger with dream practices, perhaps I should focus on that⌠another question for another day I suppose.
Dreaming + Shifting
Iâve made posts before about what it means to dream and how that relates to your shifting journey, and here I am doing it again⌠(also I wish Iâve made more diary entries on here itâs kinda been a while, but Iâve doing A LOT of reflection in my personal shifting journal, maybe Iâll make some of them postsâŚ?)
My whole life Iâve been a dreamer, before I even learned of shifting I lucid dreamt quite often. I would use dreaming as an escape from my life here. My dreams are often intense and vivid.
And they definitely were last night, I had so many dreams it was crazy. But to parts in particular stood out to me that made me want to make this post.
It was later in the night, I originally thought to lucid dream and shift that way instead of doing an awake method (because of something that happened earlier in the night that Iâll get to later)
I think I just forgot that I wanted to that and I didnât end up saying affirmations as I went to sleep to help guide me into a lucid dream, instead I thought of my DR. And ⌠I ended up having VERY vivid dream of my DR s/o. Like I donât think Iâve had a more vivid dream related to my current DR.
(I donât remember what was going on before this) I opened the door in the room I was in and there leaning on the wall was my s/o. Again so vivid so much more detail in this dream. I remember thinking that I felt my stomach drop when I saw him there đ I also thought âomg heâs so tall I need to script heâs not this tallâ ??? Anyways I think we talked but I canât remember, I just remember kissing him and us cuddling. I remember sitting in front of him with his arms around me. I think someone else from my DR interrupted us bc we had some place to go, and my sister from this reality did the same?
I remember feeling really sad when I woke up, but I just tried to feel better by reminding myself I can just be there for real đ
Now for the part I REALLY wanted to talk about. The part that, if anyone reading can help me analyze, I would much appreciate it.
I was gonna do an awake method last night but decide I should sleep for a couple hours then do it. So I set the intention to wake up at like 4, I woke up at like 4 30 but I was waking up before this but just kept going back to sleep and anxiously waking up lol. Anyways I woke up and put on a guided meditation and went for it, but then a couple minutes in I just randomly remember this part of my dream that made me stop my meditation.
I canât fully remember what was going on before this, but I was in some sort of library/book store and this lady asks me to tell her a cool fact. (?)I panicked and couldnât think of anything. I canât remember what happened between this moment and the next but it eventually led to us talking about shifting. She told me sheâs an avid shifter, sheâs been shifting since 2020. And she told me sheâs 24 years old? I donât know who this woman was, sheâs certainly not anyone in my life and not like some shifting âinfluencerâ I like or something? I remember her giving me shifting advice but I just canât seem to remember what it was!?!? đ I remember her comforting me, and telling me stuff along the lines of âdonât worry it is inevitable that you will shiftâ though. Ugh, I wish I could remember. But this is why I decided to try and lucid dream instead.
But if anyone reading this wants to feel free to analyze this for me, idk what this means for me or my journey. If my subconscious mind keeps saying and doing stuff like this, why havenât I shifted? What does this even mean for me?
Iâve had similar experiences in dreams, like this one time a couple weeks ago I was dreaming of Star Wars (odd bc Iâve never seen the movies) and I met two guys and I explained shifting to them and they were very curious about it. And I even remember thinking in that dream âshould I tell them I shifted here?â (???)
Anyways I feel (slightly) sick to my stomach about the vivid dream I had of my s/o and idk what my other part meansâŚ

Why do I keep dreaming about shifting/dreaming that Iâve shifted?????
When shifters talk about methods that involve emotions or the environment, it often sounds like you have to feel something intense for it to work.
I used to believe that too â that I had to live and breathe my symptoms for it to "work" that they had to be exaggerated and overwhelming for shifting to happen.
But hereâs the truth: shifting doesnât need to be felt to happen.
Shifting isnât about chasing signs. Itâs not about how strongly you imagine your bedsheets changing, or how much emotion fills your chest. In fact, clinging to those feelings often just grounds you "deeper" into this reality. It can make you over-focus, doubt, and overthink.
Shifting often feels like nothing at all.
There are no overwhelming emotions you must experience to prove to yourself itâs happening.
When I tell people they can simply shift with daydreaming and they hit me with "but I daydream all the time, why haven't I shifted?"
Because you perceive it as a daydream and not a actually reality you are living and experiencing.
If you are daydreaming and you are so focused on the fact you are "not there yet" or the fact you wish to be "actually" experiencing that daydream right now is the reason why you didn't shift through the daydreaming.
Shifting doesn't take much, and telling yourself otherwise is sabotaging yourself. Realise your dr is real and take it in. Immerse yourself in your dr and simply be there and don't overthink it.

My new favourite method is
"lock tf in and go shift ho"
I think the tough love doesn't work with most shifters. I think it should be more normalised to be gentle with yourself and allow yourself "failures" without guilt or self-judgment. I think most of the shifters start to blossom when they start showing more kindness to themselves.
I seen posts from people frustrated or even ready to give up on shifting. Theyâve tried every method, affirmation, or technique, yet nothing seems to work. At the same time, they see others sharing stories about shifting on accident, and it makes them wonder âWhatâs wrong with me? Why canât I shift when Iâm putting in so much effort?â
First of all, thereâs nothing wrong with you. Shifting is a deeply personal experience, and everyoneâs journey is different.
SO WHY DO PEOPLE SHIFT ON ACCIDENT?
(my opinion)
Most people who shift accidentally are able to let go naturally, without even realizing it. Letting go, in simple terms, means completely forgetting about the act of shifting itself.
Think about it this way: when youâre doing a method or affirming, youâre reminding yourself that youâre still in your CR. Even if youâre saying, âIâm shifting,â youâre acknowledging that thereâs a process happening and that youâre waiting for the shift to occur. This creates a sense of separation between you and your DR. Itâs like saying, âIâm almost there,â rather than, âIâm already there.â
What often happens with people who shift on accident, they immerse themselves in their DR, they stop perceiving a âprocessâ of shiftingâthey just exist in that reality.
First thing we need to learn even tho this is really common evidence:
Trust Yourself: The more you believe you can shift, the less youâll feel the need to control every part of the process.
What immersing yourself in your DR is?
Anything you want, no limits. Scenarios, going through a day in your DR, thinking about your s/o, thinking about your studies, your job, making outfits, thinking about dates with your s/o, hang outs with your friend group, texting, praising people in your DR, doing your make up in your DR.
Of course you can just think about your DR if you are not good with imagination.
The biggest takeaway here is that shifting isnât about tryingâitâs about being. When you let go of the idea of shifting as something you have to âachieveâ and simply allow yourself to exist in your DR.
So donât be discouraged if youâre struggling. Take a step back, relax, and allow yourself to enjoy the journey without putting so much pressure on yourself. Youâre closer than you think.
Demonstration of how to shut your brain up
Brain: hey so you can't actually shift realities
You: yes I can
Brain: no idiot you can't, that's just stupid
You: maybe you are just stupid because I already shifted
Brain: (side eye) no you didn't
You: yes I did
Brain: prove it
You: I'm in my dr right now
Brain: no you are no-
You: (slaps brain) yes I am, open your eyes
Brain: I can't open my eyes I don't have any
You: that the whole point, IM IN MY DRR. I already shifted
I shifted I shifted I shifted I shifted I shifted I shifted I shifted
Brain: OKAY OKAYY you are in your dr
You:I'm literally a master shifter I can do whatever I want because it so easy for me đ¤
Notice one consistent thing through the whole thing? Persistence. The only reason why your brain doesn't wanna believe you can shift is because you almost engraved it in by your own thoughts.
You don't need to be constantly fighting with your brain, but do hype yourself up. You are not some helpless and powerless loser who can't shift. Please give yourself some credit you shift everyday, every second.

Here are some small tips that may help you:
Change your environment: maybe you did in the bed and that made you sleepy (I have the same problem imao) trying doing it on the floor
Splash cold water on your face before you start; surprisingly works well
While doing the first part of the "method" just adding pressure points; maybe press your finger on your hand or such
You can try different breathing patterns
Try holding a object in your hand (maybe a pen) and speeze it when feeling sleepy during the first part of the "method"
You can play music; make the room slightly colder while doing it to keep you more awake; or maybe do it during the day while you are well rested
I don't have much honestly but hope this helps
You will shift because it not a possibility to fail if you don't give up

Okay so a little run down of how to get in void or become consciousness with inner monologue since couple of people are asking me for it
The void is essentially a state of pure awareness where youâre detached from the physical (3D) world. When you use inner monologue, youâre engaging your mind in a focused yet relaxed way that can redirect your attention inward, away from the outside world.
1. Start with simple awareness: Get comfortable, close your eyes if that helps, and begin talking to yourself. It could be anythingâdescribing what you feel, reassuring yourself, or even imagining a conversation with your higher self. There's really no limit on what you can think about.
2. Focus on your thoughts, then detach: As you continue the inner monologue, let go of judgment and allow the words to flow naturally. Eventually, instead of being caught up in the âcontentâ of the words, shift your focus to the awareness of having thoughts. This awareness starts to dissolve the distractions of the 3D world. (In more simple words let of of the judgement because thats letting go of your ego and this is good because the void or consciousness doesn't have a ego. Focus on awareness= your thoughts will become naturally flow where your detaching and you are able to just watch your thoughts flow. So instead of engaging in them just watch them don't interact)
3. Ease into stillness: Once you're focused on awareness itself, allow the monologue to quiet down gradually. You'll notice a point where you become more aware of the space or silence between your thoughts.
4. Surrender and be: The void isn't something you have to "achieve"âit's already there beneath all the noise. Use your inner monologue as a tool to guide yourself inward and then surrender.
BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY: don't overthink it or stress this. Void or pure consciousness isn't something you never done, you just don't remember doing it. It not supposed to be difficult unless you are making it difficult (sorry guys). And also if it doesn't go step by step like described in the post that okay! It different for everybody but the most important thing is to let it happen naturally.
