Death to the Japanese man

I decided to use Midjourney to create a Ryuk with valentines theme.

I think it keeps taking reference on the not Anime Ryuk but these still look pretty cool.

I did it several times but these ones look good so I am sharing these.

After Sayu manages to convince him to not become a mass murderer, she then has to talk him out of turning himself in to the police because 1) they won’t believe him and think he’s gone crazy and 2) even if he does manage to make them believe the validity of the death note, they shouldn’t risk other people finding out about it.

They find a hiding place for the death note where neither of them can get access by themselves. Light eventually calms down and him and Sayu have a sleepover. He still feels really guilty about killing those two people but Sayu is with him to get through it. Five days later, she’s still hanging around in his room when Ryuk shows up.

After the initial scare, they talk to the shinigami and Ryuk eventually tells them that Light could give up ownership of the death note and he will lose his memories. Light declines because he doesn’t want to forget about his crimes. He decides that at the very least, he should live with his guilt.

Light and Sayu get used to living with Ryuk pretty quickly, with Sayu mostly the one keeping Ryuk entertained, and life goes on.

Until one day, criminals all over the world started dying of heart attacks.

I’ve seen Sayu Is Kira AU and Sayu Helps Light Be Kira AU but what about Sayu Stops Light Before He Becomes Kira AU??

the urge to redesign ryuk to be like a massive monster from the depths of hell is so constant bc like could u imagine how much funnier death note would be if it was abt a teenager in his room plotting murder while his massive multi eyed sharp toothed unnaturally angled limbed hellspawn just went “hey light do u wanna play mariokart”

“Light only won against L because he had two shinigami on his side”

Meanwhile those two shinigami in question:

Rem: I hate you, btw do anything I don’t want you to do and I’ll kill you, btw go get Misa out of jail somehow even though there’s physical evidence against her or I’ll kill you, btw if your plan takes too long I’ll kill you.

Ryuk: apel

Personally my favorite thing in Death Note (atleast right now) is that Ryuk, a literal God of Death, is more chill then L, Misa and Light put together

Started reading Death Note for the first time and man, I gotta give it up for my guy Ryuk. Man showed up blinged out and seems to barely have a clue what’s going on. He has no dog in this fight. Just gonna watch this teenager try to become god and look cool as hell while doing it

Who do you think is the most huggable Shinigami? Who do you think is the most kissable Shinigami? (p.s.: me gusta tu arte mucho :D)

Si hablamos hablamos del Shinigami más abrazable ... Yo estaría entre Gelus, Rem, Gook tal vez incluso Ryuk y Midora pero estos tres últimos lo veo difícil..

El más besable ... Probablemente sean solo Gelus y Rem son los únicos que veo que aceptarían eso... dependiendo de quien eres pero si descartamos eso incluiría a Midora y a Gook ( el ultimo por ser lo suficientemente perezoso como para no hacer nada al respecto) y Ryuk te anotaría en su nota junto a Midora si hicieras eso supongo, así que no los incluyo abiertamente c:

If we talk about the most huggable Shinigami... I would be between Gelus, Rem, Gook maybe even Ryuk and Midora but I find these last three difficult.

The most kissable... It's probably just Gelus and Rem who are the only ones I see who would accept that... depending on who you are but if we rule that out it would include Midora and Gook (the last one for being lazy enough to do nothing about it) and Ryuk would write you down in his note along with Midora if you did that I guess, so I'm not including them openly c:
