If Riku's canonically a Dream Eater, then it stands to reason he'd look like one in Monstropolis yeah?? (monster-Sora already looks like a Chirithy, notice)

Anyways some design notes

He's the same (or adjacent) species as Dean Hardscrabble from Monsters University-- though not a centipede taur for Reasons

(SquareEnix probably prefers consistent proportions across world specific models to make rigging easier, and therefore would not design him Like That)

His wings and elytra are at his waist since from my observation, they like to put things at waist length in Riku's designs. When folded flat against the thigh it looks like pockets.

He would use the lower wings mainly for gliding, to generate extra lift (given the length of his tail)

I'm debating moving the position of the Spirit sigil to his back, between his wings-- 1) that is consistent with its placement in DDD, plus 2) his wings would also contextualize it like a Nightmare

My mind decided to hyperfixate on friday night funkin’, so I made a character of my own. 

This is Mega (Mega means cloud in Indonesian). She is a rockstar who’s well known for her high energy music, though she’s really chill and jokey in person. Mega is very exciteable however, and tends to not pay attention when she’s excited.

I think it’s awsome how so many people add to the original game with their own characters. It would be really unlikely that someone would see Mega and want to make a mod out of her, but hey, a girl can dream.

Might change her design.

Not dead

Here, have a picture of my mute and happy boyo Shane. I really tried to make the pose work but I didn’t know what to do with his hands other than that. He’s supposed to be like “Awww, that’s so cute~!” But I think I messed up somewhere. (Looks a but different bc I’m trying out MediBang)

But I did have some fun messing with the hands:

Yeah… ok so I drew a novakid. (It’s something from a game called “starbound”) Character: Rhen (My novakid/ my possible dnd character)

So, this might need some context: I was up being a night owl at 2 in the morning and I wanted to draw my old fantroll. It’s been ages since I have so I used my flashlight on my phone as a source of light. I finished the sketch in the morning because I need to sleep. I’m not a machine. Note: I guess 2am me felt like an angst-y sad drawing was necessary Character: Verici (Sapphire blooded fantroll)

Look at my 2 lesbian trolls. I know I screwed up on the hands. I did a Pride Month drawing but I couldn’t upload it because my family had some WiFi problems at the time. Now I feel like I shouldn’t posted because of the timing.

My poor boi Kaiden’s fears are getting exploited. Yeah, he’s deathly afraid of specters. Dunno why he still works at the smoke mine tho. This is one doodle from a whole doodle page tho.

I never got around to color this. This isn’t canon with my character tho, I just thought she would be the one with the best design for this. Can we just take a moment to look at that hand near her head? It still bugs me to this day. Character: Verici (my fantroll) Can also be found on my Deviant Art.

Character belongs to Toasty (Instagram) . 😁Phangg is probably in his lair, ready to draw/paint sth (watercolour maybe…😂), but suddenly someone opens the door, making some noises… (I even sketched some of his paintings that are hanging on the wall…)😂

😁Originally, I planed to draw silly sketches. Then it turned out to be sth like an colourless illustration. 😂

It took me about 2~3h to finish this, and Phangg was not that easy to draw. I chose a rare gesture/angle (at least for this child) to draw and now you can see there're some structural (and foreshortening) problems😂, but let's ignore those problems, since the whole picture looks fine, at least.
