whenever i went to the gym i would do strength training (lifting weights) and stairmaster + treadmill for cardio , i def see the fastest results with gym workouts but i find it hard to stay motivated with going which is why i prefer home ones (âĽ_âĽ)

i always loved dancing so itâs a fun workout that i can actually stay motivated in doing often, especially doing and learning kpop dances !! dancing for long also is rlly good at burning cals, it doesnât have to be this video specifically, you could do any dances even nonkpop, (like just dance) but thereâs a lot of good dances in it so iâm putting it here :)

Okay, I got used to relapse after few days of school, but.... WHY THE F#CK I RELAPSED ON HOLIDAYS?
