The jeep - like why is Derek so hung up on Stiles' jeep that it's literally the emotional center point of his relationship with his son in the film??

SPOILERS AHEAD FOR THE TEEN WOLF MOVIE:

Ok so first of all, the Nogitsune's "divine move" didn't make any sense, wtf was that? They broke all the rules. You can't be a fox and a wolf

Then, there's the lousy excuse for Stiles and Lydia breaking up. The hell. I don't even ship them, but like NO. What, it was too hard to say that he was on an important FBI mission? Losers

Liam, Mason, Hikari, Jackson? What were yall doing here? What purpose did you serve my dudes? I freaking love Liam, and I was so excited for Hikari, and then they give us this. They barely even talked.

I was so confused during the entire movie, I didn't know whether or not Chris and Melissa were still a thing??

It wasn't explained properly enough that Malia was actually kind of Eli's aunt/cousin/sibling, like it took me a while to figure out he had grown up in her presence

Btw who tf is Eli's mom??? When they started mentioning Harris I was like oh we're probably gonna see Jennifer again right it's all linked, she came right before the Nogitsune it would make sense that she has something to do with his return and maybe she's also Eli's mom, like it was the most logical explanation if we think of the timeline but no, nope, Eli just doesn't have a mom!

Also what was Harris doing here? And the acting of the guy who plays him was weird (sorry to hate but not sorry it was really bad)

Allison coming back to stay just ruined her previous departure

They should have implied Thiam was a thing not give Liam a f*cking girlfriend

The way Allison came back was laughable

Why did they have to make Malia and Parrish a thing they interacted like twice

The random swearing every five minutes just because they could put it there smh

The way they explained Eli's reluctance to transforming being trauma and then Derek doing just the thing that traumatized Eli in order for him to transform and it working???

I'm so sad and disappointed we didn't see more Malia/Derek interactions it would have been f*king hilarious

Last but not least, Derek. Derek dying, after everything that he'd been through. After all the abuse and years of fighting. They pulled an Enzo St. John fr. Derek dying in the same way his entire family died. Burned alive. And the writers being like "Yeah but look it's okay he became a true alpha" IDGAF. HE PROBABLY DIDN'T GAF EITHER. MY DUDE WANTED TO LIVE. HE WANTED TO RAISE HIS KID. AND THEN HE DIES AND ALLISON AND SCOTT JUST KISS LOVINGLY LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED, LIKE ELI ISN'T CRYING ON THE GROUNG TRAUMATIZED AFTER WATCHING HIS FATHER BURN TO DEATH?!?! Also Malia was the one who had the most appropriate reaction like thank you for being the only one to be shocked and crying, queen. Your cousin deserved better

Their parents are said to work overseas and send money back to them. So whether or not if the Orihara kids ever met such financial trouble is debatable. I don't think they would, but I'm certain they would have found it difficult to treat themselves on occasion or go do outings that most kids their age should be able to do. Like I doubt they would be getting the biggest of birthday presents.

So yeah, Izaya may have gotten into the informant job to help out with that.

I can't remember the specifics of when Izaya started getting access to the underground but I'm guessing it was pretty young for normal standards...actually given the common trend of gang warfare maybe not. But I feel like he got a little more deep into it than any of the colour gang leaders did. Like didn't he get recruited by Kine?

Anyway, given that and his apparent brilliantness its no wonder so little was done about his delinquency. Even his fights with Shizuo. Like imagine being a teacher for him, and trying to inforce the rules, only to have the knowledge that some yakuza guy has got this kids back for whatever reason. "Oil barrels? I don't see no oil barrels?"

On one hand, no wonder he comes off as a little bratty, but can you blame him? You try being a teenage guardian to two younger sisters. I can see why he might have signed up for an easy route too. I know his parents might have sent him money, but how much of that would really help him? He's a student, if something else came along that allowed him to afford a babysitter I wouldn't blame him for taking the deal.

And imagine growing up where some of the only adults in your life were criminals.

There are so many things that tie into how fucked up he is.

Ok, I've just recently found and finished "The Disastrous Life of Saiki K" and while interacting with the fandoms content, it has come to my attention that many many people say that Saiki is AroAce, And I would like to add my own headcanon onto Saiki's Sexuality.

I believe him to be Demi-Romantic & Asexual.

And I have claims to back this headcanon up

1.) All Saiki see's is Muscles and Bones, therefore Gender/appearance (really depending on whether you ship him with anyone or not) doesn't have any kind of impact on how he would feel about someone

2.) He can read peoples thoughts and would see who they really are underneath, and so he would (again this is my headcanon so) only feel any kind of Romantic feelings for someone based off of the personality, (and would have to have a deep connection to this person)

3.) that whole "I see naked bodies all the time (due to the x-ray ability he has no control over) I don't see the hype" (I'm paraphrasing, I can't remember the actual quote or what Episode it's from (I've only seen the Anime, but I want to get the Manga soon)

4.) the whole scene where Aiura Mikoto & Rifuta Imu had that "have you done 'it' yet?" "of course we've done 'it' before" convo and Saiki just looks really uninterested/uncomfortable (Again this my perspective about these points)

Anyway, I've been thinking about this for a few days and have nobody irl to talk to about it :/

I think some of this comes from the idea of getting addicted to "happy pill" pain meds.

Guess what, most pills aren't actually "fun" to take. They can have mild to terrible side effects. But we have to make that decision to trade off those nasties for living a somewhat acceptable and functional life, or living one at all.

So that's neat! I don't know if I have a top 100 playlist for all those ask games; I'll have to poke around a bit and see. *Some time later* Okay I have poked around and I do have one! Ask games here I come! (Probably on blagueofchaos though, in the interest of keeping this one tidy.)

I must say I don't remember listening to a remix of Naked, just the normal one with the music video*; I'm not sure if this is a youtube vs. youtube music thing -- most of the time I listen on just plain youtube so it's possible this is only accounting for the slice of my data where I'm using my phone*? I'm not positive, but it's nice to have statistics, or ones that actually seem to reflect my listening habits.

To be completely honest, I did technically have a spotify wrapped too, but the only things I listened to on there were the official Riot Fest playlist and some of Jon Walker's stuff because he did specifically ask people to stream it on there and I was like, alright, fine, but only for you Jon. Lol. But because of the Riot Fest playlist, I didn't even recognize most of the songs on my wrapped, and the top song was one I listened to twice, so like I said, these stats are definitely much more reflective of what I actually listen to.

Although, I will say, it's curious that it tells me my % ranking for MCR but not for TAI when they were my top artist this year? Idk, struck me as odd I guess. But yeah it's a decent % I suppose, although I guess I'm not even competing with most of the people on here since it seems like most people on here use spotify. I also can't help wondering whether I truly listened to Same Blood exactly 100 times or if it rounded the number for me. If I genuinely did that just by like instinct or whatever, that's amazing, but I can't help being a bit suspicious there.

*Interesting update -- when I look in my top 100 playlist, it is indeed the standard music video version of Naked, so I'm not sure where the part about it being a remix came from. Based on the full playlist, though, I do think youtube is accounting for things I listened to on the website on my laptop as well as in the app, so this is indeed a pretty solid reflection of my listening habits I'd say.

Also, youtube made me top 50 playlists from Fall, Summer, and Spring, so if you want to ask about a song from any of those lists, you can too! Also there is a 2021 top 100 on there! Not positive how I missed that last year or if I just forgot, but it's interesting to see. I hadn't found TAI yet then so it's a pretty different list, haha. This will probably be my most TAI-heavy year ever, come to think of it, because goodness knows I binge things most when they're new to me... Funny to watch the trends in my own taste.

But yeah, this was fun :) I might add some more of the other cards about my listening personality on a reblog on blagueofchaos too. Happy spotify wrapped and a merry youtube recap to all! ;)

too many thoughts in my head so anyway consider deaf din djarin. he gets caught up in a lot of explosions and i feel like that impacts his hearing a lot.

his hearing loss started on aq vetina that day he lost his parents- some explosion threw off his hearing and he was too confused in the moment to realize his ears weren’t working as well. and then later when he gets adopted into the covert, he realizes his hearing gets just worse and worse over time. i’ve seen theories that the armorer is a tusken raider and so when din was younger, the armorer taught him tusken sign language. he relied a lot on it when he was little and hadn’t taken up the creed yet. the armorer probably also designed little hearing aids for him.

yk how din is very observant and silent? being deaf keeps you totally visually dependent so he watches people a lot for their mannerisms and behaviors and body language so he can understand context. din probably doesn’t talk a lot because he’s self conscious over the fact he might’ve developed a deaf accent since he lost his hearing when he was very young (the reason he talks more often with grogu privately is because he’s gotten comfortable enough with using his voice around the kid).

anyway, eventually, when he took the creed, the armorer developed a built in advanced hearing aid system into his helmet, so he could hear really well with his helmet on. that’s why he prefers keeping his helmet on even when he’s alone or in private. whenever he takes off his helmet, he pretty much can’t hear. his hearing only gets worse and worse as he goes off and does bounties that concern explosions and loud noises, to the point where he can barely hear anything without some sort of aid.

anyway yk that scene with din being helmetless where that imperial officer was talking to din and he asked him what his name was and din was hesitating and confused??? deaf moment. he couldn’t understand what the officer was saying. he was relieved that migs helped him out because he has no idea what was going on. and then that helmetless scene where he took it off for grogu? boy couldn’t hear anything as he watched grogu leave with luke, just like how he couldn’t hear anything as he watched his parents leave him underground. it hits hard for him honestly.

anyway that’s just me and my little deaf din headcanon that probably won’t leave my thoughts for the next billion years.

I made a post about that a bit, lol. Yeah, it's very much a pack thing! At first, only very few people were allowed to touch my wings at all, lol. Eventually, more people were added to that list, but the list of people who could actually preen my wings was still pretty small (around 6-8 people I think), lol. It's a very intimate thing, it's a pack thing, it's special.

I really consider/considered my whole class as my pack, but not everyone was in the same "category" of what they could do, if you get what I mean. Like not everyone was given permission to preen my wings and not everyone could suprise me with hugs or any touches without getting bit or something [very, very few people were in this category, mostly cause I got used to the little noises and shit they would make/do when they were about to touch me, lol. So it wasn't fully a suprise and shit.]

Also yeah looking at the actual canon for MHA, it's pretty fucking bad for my pack. I mean, we all had trouble and shit in my canon, but considering my canon didn't have the actual war and shit, it wasn't as bad in some ways. So it's nice to know that I was there for my pack as they were there for me.

Dude, I miss being able to fly. I also have to have a fear of heights in this life, sadly.

I really didn't learn how to fly until after the dorms were made at UA, lol. To be fair, I didn't really have anyone to properly teach me about flying with my wings when I was younger. My older sibling would've had to be the one to do that, and they were busy a lot when it would've been the time to teach me really, and they had to learn on their own so they weren't thinking about having to teach me, lol. I was lucky that I had Hikari [another noncanon being] to help me cause they also had wings and shit. Though their wings were of a different type [my wings were that of like a crow, and I can't quite remember what type of bird their wings were like.] They were still one of the best in helping me with learning to fly.

I don't mention much about my quirk, except for my wings, ears, and tail, lol. But the other "part" of my quirk let me essentially become a spirit like thing, which with that my form was a wolfdog with wings, lol. I could fly just fine in that form, just not in my "normal" form for some reason. Idk why that is exactly, but whatever.

It's missing my pack hours, lol.

aaa hihi!! good to hear from you, i definitely feel you on the 'bad at starting conversations' lol!

the first thing that comes to mind a memory of playing video games with Tomura and Shuichi. I wasn't very good at it, but it was good bonding and i loved playing with them. I would only play the 'silly' games like Mario Kart or Smash Bros, they got too into the 'serious' ones for me. I finished in last place every time lmao, so i mostly spent my time teasing whoever was in second place. Dabi would sit with us too sometimes, either lazily scrolling on his phone or bothering the three of us, trying to help whoever would give him the most attention lol. The others joined in sometimes too, Himiko and Jin and rarely Sho and Toshi if they were hanging out. Himiko would shriek excitedly and bump us while Jin cheered her on and cursed her out. It was good.
