trying to police scene content creators or posters is literally stupid since 85% of all the real scene people are adults and their friends are adults: Drug use, inappropriate lyrics or language, and hypersexuality is nothing new around here

scenecore is not scene. it's a watered (DROWNED) down aesthetic of the real thing

liking and listening to the music, connecting with and upholding PLUR, and being friendly / accepting of everyone no matter who they are or how they present is more important than the fashion- if you judge someone for not having the "look" then you're probably the fake here

you literally cannot be scene / emo and then make fun of furries or people who are fur suitters, kemonomimi people, or people that dress in goth, lolita, or visual kei fashion- it's literally a case of the pot calling the kettle black atp.
