“[Discipline is required,]” The Doctor said, raising his weapon once again. His words seem so clear, they almost burnt themselves into his brain. 

He took another swing at Adiel, his laugh contuining to fill the room.... to fill his thoughts. But as he swung, there was a short window of time... an opening... a chance to escape.

“Pardon me. Doctor.. Carter was it? Sorry to intrude. I only recently ended up here.. Could you help me?” The red haired Brit asked cautiously, looking at the man he was speaking to.

The Doctor looked at the Brit, almost taken aback that they knew his name. But more importantly they were asking a killers help.

His voice cut through their thoughts, “[... I’m surprised that someone apparently so new to this waking nightmare knows my name. But that’s besides the point!]” he cleared his throat, even thought he wasn’t talking physically, “[Why come to a killer for help?]”

The pallet came crushing down on the Doctor causing him to stumble back. He let out an irritated groan, it almost sounded like he was being electrocuted. Catching his balance his gaze set directly on Adiel... but something was different. His eyes had stopped giving off that strange glow.

“[Clever... must be instinct.]” He said as he moved towards the pallet. “[Welcome to the Fog Adiel.... it’s going to be like this for the rest of your life.]”

With surpring strength he kicked the pallet, and just a few kicks shattering it, the pieces of wood seeming to burn up.

What would happen if you get by a lightning? Would you become even more crispy or wpuld you just explode?

A NORMAL PERSON GETTING STUCK BY LIGHTING HAS A HUGE CHANSE OF GOING INTO CARDIAC ARREST. AND WOULD CAUSE DIRECR INJURIES INTO THE BRAIN AND NERVOUS SYSTEM! HOW FUN!

BUT ME? I DONT COUNT MYSELF AS NORMAL... ANYMORE. AFTER BEING PUNSIHED BY THE ENTITY, I’VE BEEN GIVEN THE POWER OF ELECTRICITY, BEING ABLE TO RUIN PEOPLES VERY CONSCIOUSNESS WITH IT! AND AS YOU CAN TELL FROM MY BODY I HAVE WIRES GOING IN AND OUT OF ME! AND OF COURSE I HAVE TO GET THIS ELECTRICITY FROM SOMEWHERE. SINCE WHEN PEOPPE GET STRUCK BY LIGHTING THEY HAVE A CHANCE OF BEING INTO CARDIAC ARREST; AND MY ELECTRICY COMES FROM MY HEART... I WOULD MOST LIKELY OVER CHARGE AND DIE!

but death isn’t an escape in this waking nightmare.

Herman nodded.... oh he wants to just ramble on about his plans. But he knows better than to do it now. He knows that damn spider is listening, so he just has to wait.

But he shook his head snapping out of his thoughts, listening to Sally go on, “[Oh I don’t care about the people Mrs. Smiyhson; my concerns are more on the Entity! What is the house spider planning... why is it this hungry?]” he let out a small sigh, shaking his head once again. “[But I can see why you’d care about Rin, that girl seems to have unchecked PTSD. It’s very possible that any of these trials could make her snap... oh how interesting that would be.]” he shrugged.

After a second he paused looked back down.. then back up at her, “[I suppose I should ask this now, since you’re one of the victims of back to back trials, have you noticed anything strange about the Entity’s behavior?]”

"It's been a while since I've seen you around Herman, how have you been? I'm guessing you've been keeping yourself entertained with your 'experiments'?" Sally approached the doctor in his own realm, having needed a change of scenery from her own.

He adjusted his shattered reading glasses his smile almost widening, his words echoing in her head, “[Why... isn’t this a surprise! Sally Smithson...  Nice to see you again.]”  Herman put the papers to the side, straightening his posture, “[I’ve been..... Decent. Just a lot happening here. If you didn’t notice, my territory has once again been vandalized by the edgy group of Teenagers. What do they call themselves again? Legion?]” he shrugged, chuckling to himself. “[But that’s beside the point. My experiments have been going very well! All sorts of new discoveries!
