She opens a door a bit farther than Wednesday's. Inside everything is painted pastel peach and pink. There's all new furniture in mint green and light blue. A speaker system. Wednesday hands Enid a simple box. She pulls out a small name plate "Enid's Room." "Mother says even if she is okay with us sharing, you deserve your own space, everyone does. Especially you." Later Enid learns a Wednesday hadn't been practicing cello when she disappeared in the afternoons, no, she had painted the room. Assembled the furniture. Built the stereos (which wow). And when Enid had switched the lights off after unpacking a bit that evening (she still preferred snuggling up to her gf at night—with the door open of course they were only 15) she saw a perfect night sky—complete with a full moon—glowing softly in her room.
