So, how would Childe, Bennet and Barbara react to hearing weird noise coming from their s/o's room, when they got close they start to hear her say stuff in an unusually mellow voice like; 'My darling', 'I love you', 'You're the best' but when they accidentally(or not) open the door only to find out she was eating her fav pizza🍕 on the bed with passion all along 😂
Heya! XD I love the sound of this one! Hope you enjoy it ^w^
○ Childe's first thoughts when he heard your muffled voice through the door was who were you talking to? He was your boyfriend right? So, who's your darling...?
○ He tries to calm down. You were a good person, of course you were faithful to him! He was just being paranoid for no reason, everything was fine! Right...?
○ Then he heard you again. "I love you~" Your voice was a low purr and one typically reserved just for him. Alright, now he had to know who you were with.
○ Bracing himself for what he could possibly find, he abruptly bursts into the room, ready to catch you in the act.
"Aha! (Y/N), how could you-! ... Have pizza without me...?"
○ He finished pretty lamely, relief and sheepish embarrassment hitting him all at once as he found you sat on your bed, alone, with a large piping hot pizza beside you.
○ You were pretty annoyed when he told you his concerns. Sure you knew how it sounded, but still, he should trust you! Childe agreed though, and apologised profusely.
○ His punishment? To not get to enjoy any of that incredibly delicious pizza with you and a lot of making it up to you!
○ Bennett was a little caught off guard. He could hear you through the bedroom door and you sounded pretty happy with something!
○ Curiosity got the better of the young adventurer, and he paused by the door to listen to what you were saying, and he was surprised to hear you proclaiming your love for something.
○ His first thought was that you'd brought home a pet and his face lights up with a bright smile at the idea of having a little puppy or a kitten to look after.
○ Maybe it was a surprise for him? Oh but then, he already knows now so did he ruin the surprise...? That's just his luck...
"(Y/N), I'm really sorry but I think I ruined the surprise you had for me and- huh?"
○ Feeling guilty at the idea that he might have ruined your hard work, he burst in the door to apologise to you, only to be met with you and a delicious looking pizza next to you.
○ The two of you shared a good laugh about it, and while he was a little sad you hadn't brought a new pet home, he was just glad he hadn't messed up any plans you'd had.
○ You spent the rest of the day together, eating pizza and considering whether or not you guys should end up getting a pet together or not.
○ The deaconess was just coming up to let you know that she was done with her church duties for the day and was free to spend time with you, when she heard an odd sound coming from your room.
○ Leaning closer, there it was again. Almost like a... moan? Barbara went bright red the moment she realised and was just about to leave you to your alone time, when she heard you speak.
○ The muffled "I love you, my darling" froze her in place. Who were you with? Should she intervene...? Or just walk away? This could just be a misunderstanding after all?
○ Chewing her bottom lip, Barbra made the choice to intervene. Shoulders squared and braced for whatever she may find, she bursts through the door.
"U-Uhm, (Y/N)! I finished my work today and thought we could spend time together, is that okay?"
○ The relief that flooded through her was immense, when she saw that you were alone, a half-eaten slice of pizza already in your mouth and the remaining slices waiting beside you.
○ You were a little confused by her outburst, even more so by how red her face was, but shrugged it off. It was pretty hot in Mondstadt today after all!
○ Barbara never did bring up what she'd thought you were doing originally, just happy to spend quality time with her beloved. Even if you did seem to love pizza a lot more than you should...

song; last words of a shooting star- mitski
hu tao tries her best. she believes that death is simply just part of life, there's nothing to be upset about since the dead are only crossing over, but when she finds you sobbing in your home after the late passing of one of your family members she's speechless.
when facing someone crying over death, which is something hu tao deals with almost daily, she opts to try and explain why sadness is pointless and unnecessary. but seeing you break down for the first time made her realize one thing.
she hated, hated seeing you cry.
she approached you slowly, unsure and inexperienced, not really knowing what to do or where to start. she shrugged out of her heavy coat and placed it gently over your shoulders, patting your back lightly before sitting down next to you. your eyes widened when meeting hu tao's uncharacteristically soft gaze, free from her typical mischief and playfulness, leaving only affection and sympathy. a gentle smile on her lips as she enveloped you into a hug.
"he crossed safely," she murmured, hands rubbing calming circles over your back.
this only made you sob harder, burying your face into her silk undershirt, incoherent 'thank you's' coming out between cries. whispering sweet nothings and ignoring the lump in her throat, hu tao held you closer.
as a war general, kujou sara knows what loss feels like. but even though she's seen soldiers from all walks of life be cut down and killed right before her eyes, she's never experienced the death of a family member. as a tengu adopted into the kujou clan, she doesn't even know the feeling of having immediate blood-related family.
after you had received the news you had tried to put on a brave face, trying your best to stay strong in front of the strongest woman you knew. but sara, being ever-so-observant, saw right through you, though you still refused to allow yourself to be vulnerable.
sara was worried about you. while she wasn't accustomed to loss through death, she was all-too aware of the loneliness. she wanted nothing more than to tell you that she was there for you, that you were able to be open with her, but strong words of affection and comfort were not her strong suit.
however, one night she woke to your muffled crying, your body turned as far from hers as possible as you cried late-night tears into your tear-stained pillow. she sat up abruptly, starling you as you started babbling apologies, but you were quickly cut off by her arms quickly wrapping around you. she pulled you into her, holding you tight, her sudden display of affection catching you off guard. she simply held you for a while, struggling to find the right words, only running her hands up and down your arm soothingly, pressing intermittent kisses to the top of your head.
"i'm... here for you," her soft, sweet voice filled your eyes with new tears as you clung to her even tighter. "i don't want you to feel alone."
as soon as he heard the news, thoma was all over you. he had immediately rushed to town to pick up some comfort food, making sure to grab all of your favorites before making a beeline for your home. however, when he got there, he found you huddled under the covers in your bedroom, your soft cries just breaking his heart.
he set the snacks down on the bedside table before sitting next to your quivering form, patting your back softly.
"love?" he whispered, gently pulling the blanket away from your face so he could press a kiss to your forehead.
upon seeing him you practically leapt into his arms, clinging him and burying your face into his chest. thoma wrapped his arms around your waist, rocking you slowly.
for thoma, your happiness was his top priority. knowing that you were hurting hurt him too, and all he wanted was to make you smile again.
"it's okay," he cooed, stroking your hair. "everything's going to be okay."
no matter what, where, or when: thoma vowed he would always be there for you.

— A/N ; happy start of december! here's a little mini-series i kind of have for winter season fr cryo characters <3 so far this is only fr kaeya & eula but expect fr ayaka, ganyu, and rosaria sometime soon 👁✨ dedicated to @noxtivagus my beloved twin! >:D kaeya and eula kissers, sorry fr breaking yalls hearts ;c /lh ——— m.list.
cold comfort. only such a word could describe what you were feeling, as kaeya's slender hands left yours for the last time—traces of the freezing touch of his cryo vision lingering on your fingers. and, if one were to go closer, they'd see it too in your hair (that he loved to touch), your lips (which he loved to kiss), and even smack in the middle of your chest. for that was where your heart sat, and he had encased it with his love—love so quiet yet thrilling, but you knew anyways it was genuine. it always was.
so, why did he have to leave, then? your eyes shut close, and your mind repeated his words over and over again. excuses, excuses, and excuses—just a whole bunch of excuses and you just wish it were different, that it were better, and that he instead make excuses so the two of you could be together, not apart.
alas, such dreams are far too naive for this icy world, and he leaves you. the comfortable cold he brings about leaves a chilling numbness in your heart with bitterness in your mouth and on your lips which he used to kiss oh so filled with his love.
"i love you." he said, but he let go of you seemingly so easily that it's hard to believe he really did. but he still does and always will—his world is merely far too dangerous for you, so he thinks, and he doesn't want you to be hurt. even, if it costs him the happiness he had when loving you. thus do you leave each other, until the touch of his slender hands in yours feels like a faraway dream—a dream far too encased in ice to ever be revived, though it will always still stay dormant, somewhere there in the deepest pits of the heart.
eula thinks to herself, sometimes, as to why she had allowed to let you go—you, the one person whom she felt she could truly trust, with her heart that she stubbornly cages within her cold chest that refuses to ever give up until she has rightfully done her duty.
the winter in mondstadt feels colder than ever, but she's used to it. she likes the cold—though she sees you from the corner of her eye, and her breath hitches, and suddenly the shivers up her spine feel colder than if she hypothetically threw her cryo vision into freezing water in dragonspine. it hurts. oh, it's you. she steps back in caution and panic stirs in her mind when you notice her gaze, but you seemingly can do nothing more than stare as well.
"i miss you." is all she ever wanted to yell out. to stop caring, to finally live the life free of the burdens she was born with, to be with you—you, who when you both were younger, would comfort her with a warm hug. you, who she felt so at home and at peace and accepted by... but it was never meant to be. she didn't want them to see you the same way all the others did to her.
she misses that warmth. but, she let you go, didn't she? and she hates the way you both still catch each others glances in the street of mondstadt, only for her to force her gaze away and act as if she never knew you.
eula wonders, sometimes, if you still feel the same. for even after all that time, she still longs for the warmth you gave her that tore down her icy walls and melted her cold exterior, short as her time with you was. you opened up the real eula—not as a lawrence or the spindrift knight—but eula. though, those days are long gone now, only staying alive in the encases of her memories as cold comfort, which she hopes she will never forget, even if you may one day do.

nimble fingers graze the skin of your thigh in lazy patterns, circles and squiggles woven by her subconscious intricacies adorning your skin with warmth. she thinks nothing of it, and neither do you. your eyes remain fixated on the television as yanfei continues to frustratedly flip through channels.
her bubblegum-colored hair feels soft against your other thigh as she lays her head back, anticipating it would land on the couch instead. she almost turns to apologize, though your hand moves to comb through it all too fast for her to react.
she instead looks up at you, and with her upside down view, she sees a scene she’d never like to forget. hu tao carelessly scrolling through her phone, you smiling down at her as you practically pet the top of her head — it’s so simple and yet it makes her heart squeeze as though someone’s got it in a death grip. it’s simple, yet it’s yours.
“are we dating?”
the question rolls off her tongue incredibly fast. you and hu tao both pause, exchanging puzzled looks before returning both your attentions to the rose-haired girl. you almost speak up first, but hu tao doesn’t miss a beat.
“…well shit, i thought we were.”
“oh.” you and yanfei deadpan in unison. you weren’t going to object by any means, but she was certainly more blunt than you planned to be.
“yeah, i’ve been telling like everyone…i don’t understand why this is such a surprise for you two.”
“well, it’s not really a surprise, per say, we just never really discussed it.” your smile is cheeky as you retort, though you try and reign it for yanfei’s sake. the bloom of color on her cheeks is uncharacteristically bright.
“what is there to discuss? i’m in love with you both!” hu tao giggles out her response before turning her phone off and placing it face down. she looks at you both for any signs of protest to her statement, and when not finding any, she smirks.
“i guess that’s settled…” the abnormality of yanfei’s flustered state becomes all the more evident in the way she mutters, resuming her tapping through the various channels with a newfound slowness.
the scene is still so simple, however, with how the feeling of hu tao’s kiss doesn’t leave your lips even after you’ve separated, and how watching her bestow the same unto yanfei envelops you in the same softness, you agree that no discussion was ever truly necessary.
“got you cuties all to myself, then.”

Song pick #1: Nobody by Mitski
Song Pick #2: Heart Attack by LOONA/Chuu
It’s been years since then.
You were just innocent children, waddling around and giggling at the simplest of things. You could remember your mother calling for you, telling you to be careful before you mindlessly stumbled towards the streets of Liyue Harbor. The world outside of the Harbor was enticing, so you walked for hours, only stopping until you reached the dark corners of Wuwang hill.
You could remember the girl you found in the woods, curled up against a tree, holding a bleeding knee. The girl with brunette hair and eyes that glimmered like rubies, hyperventilating as she chuckled to mask the tears welling up in her eyes. As time passed, she stopped laughing. Her voice wavered as the darkness of the forest consumed her whole, her cries for help only bearing witness to the trees.
However, that was before you found her. As soon as you caught sight of another person on the hill, you ran towards them. When you saw that the person was hurt, you burst into tears and fell to their feet. You hadn’t seen blood before, and you additionally had the tendency to cry when other people cried.
You grabbed the girl’s hand, trying to babble out an “Are you okay?” to her. The girl in front of you wiped her own tears and looked at you with concern and confusion. She crawled forward to pat your head, her tiny fingers fluffing your hair around.
“H-Hey, don’t cry…” She mumbled, trying to be comforting. She wiped off her knee and raised it up to your face, wincing. “Look! I’m all okay now, see?”
You frantically shook your head, and started taking off one of your socks to stop the bleeding. You clumsily tied it around her leg, which still had blood running from the wound. It was a tiny scrape, but to a toddler, it practically looked like her leg had been chopped off. You sat down beside her and leaned against a tree.
A few minutes passed, and you had fully calmed down. You sniffled and wiped your eyes every now and then, but you were no longer crying, which the mystery girl considered a win. Your new acquaintance wrapped an arm around your shoulders, and started rubbing your back in a comforting manner. After a few minutes, you finally spoke up.
“Sorry…” you sighed. The brunette next to you perked up at your apology, energetically scrambling to reassure you.
“Huh? Don’t apologize, I’m all better now thanks to you!” She grinned at you, shifting to sit in criss cross position, the blood from her cut mixing with dirt as she did so. She started rocking from side to side, her hair swinging in sync with her movements. “Lighten up! What’s your name?”
You raised your head, a small smile spreading over your lips. “(Y/n). What’s yours?” Your eyes followed her form as she clapped in excitement. She was sent into a fit of quiet giggles as she continued to sway. You wondered why she was so happy, you only asked what her name was. “I’m Hu Tao, Its nice to meet you!”
After a while, you started laughing with her, despite your confusion. Being with another person felt… nice. You had been sheltered by your mother every since you had been born. Staying inside Liyue Harbor’s walls didn’t giving you much time to adjust to the world, especially since you were just a toddler. That was part of why you cried when you saw Hu Tao’s scrape, and that was why you were here in the first place.
As night started falling, mist spread throughout every nook of Wuwang Hill. The shadows cast from the trees melted into the night sky, the darkness forcing you to cling to your new friends. You and Hu Tao started walking, trying to find your way out of the forest by using seelies and butterflies. It was dawn by the time you had gotten home, and everyone had been worried sick about you.
So, you bid Hu Tao farewell, and promised to meet her in the forest another day.
It was around 7PM when Hu Tao finally returned to the funeral parlor. But something felt… different. Tonight, she didn’t feel the weight of death on her shoulders.
No, tonight, she felt happy.
——————————————————————————-
It’s been twelve years since you first met Hu Tao.
Your friendship with the Overseer brought good to your life, and continues to make you happy every day. She’s been there through everything, not just to watch- but also to support you in everything that you do. This was something that no one was willing to do for you before.
She knew nearly everything about you- your favorite food, you favorite books, all of the standard stuff that a close friend would know. However, Hu Tao also knew about your past, and some of the deepest feelings that managed to work their way into your stomach. Sometimes, you would show up at her door in tears, asking for advice, and she would happily comply.
Almost too happily.
Hu Tao would get butterflies in her stomach whenever your gaze met hers, no matter the circumstance. Her hands would sweat, and to say that she would become flustered is an understatement. She would always become red faced if you ever got too close to her- and you, in your ignorance, would think she was sick or something.
She was happy that you relied on her, and she thought that the joy bubbling in her stomach every time you were mentioned was just the feeling of having a real friend. But, after a while, she realized that these weren’t just platonic feelings.
She realized that she was in love with you.
And dear god, she never expected love to hurt so much. All she wanted to do was take you into her arms and kiss you like there was no tomorrow, but she couldn’t risk losing what she had with you. Not now, not ever. So, she vowed that she would never come clean about her feelings unless you asked about them. She wouldn’t stand in your way.
It was only until she heard that you were going on a long mission that she regretted her promise. She didn’t want you to leave, she didn’t know what she would do with herself. You were the very reason she could move forward every day. After all, no one like the poor girl. Not Zhongli, not her own family, not anyone.
Every day you were gone, she waited at her door for you. The hollow feeling in her chest returned, and everyone who knew her had a feeling that something was wrong. Her eyes were dull, and the constant tapping of her foot was a clear sign that she was anxious. No one asked about her though, in fear of becoming her newest obsession.
Hu Tao buried herself in work after three days of your absence. After being yelled at by client and getting ignored by Zhongli, she tried not to cry. But, understandably, she broke halfway through the week. She truly did miss you, she thought as tears streamed down her face in the dead of night.
When you finally returned, you returned with a familiar face.
One she hadn’t seen in very, very long time
His raven hair decorated with glowing turquoise could be recognized by anyone who knew his name. His mask was practically a symbol of justice to the Archons, and his presence had once pestered Hu Tao long before you had left.
Adeptus Xiao.
He was always so cold, so unforgiving. It seemed that she always managed to tick him off just by being around, just like she did to everyone else. Occasionally, he would smirk at her antics, but other than that, he was something akin to a boulder. She didn’t want him to take away her best friend, or even worse- make you boring too.
Her joy was dampened when you said that he would be staying with you for a few days, but most of all, she was confused. A burning feeling settled in her chest as she watched you smile at him like he was the Sun and Stars themselves. Why did he need a place to stay? The Wangshu Inn was quite suitable for travelers and gods alike, so what was the problem?
Unfortunately, Hu Tao’s questions were answered when she caught you doing something that she never thought you would. The Overseer was going about her day as usual, tending to customers and preparing coffins. She was going to find you to ask you about something, when she witnessed you pressing a kiss to the Yaksha’s lips through a crack in the door.
Xiao wrapped a hand around your waist and pulled you in even closer, tilting his head to deepen the affection he was giving. Your palms glided up his neck, finding their way into his hair. You stayed like that for a moment, bodies pressing against each other, warmth emanating from your moving lips. A dark blush coated your lover’s cheeks when you broke away for air.
The image of you might have been hazy, but she knew what was going on now, and she knew what this was leading up to. A pang of jealousy and sadness shot through her stomach, infecting her system until it had reached her heart.
You didn’t want her. You never would.
A few small gasps left Hu Tao’s lips as she turned on her heel and ran away from the scene. The floorboards creaked as she did so, alerting both you and Xiao that someone was there. Both of your heads snapped towards the partially open door. That was the last thing you heard from her for days.
All you got was a mere glimpse of her uniform from behind the door, floating like a butterfly caught in a strong breeze.
It almost felt as if she was drifting away, bit by bit.
——————————————————————————-
Hu Tao returned to you almost a week later.
After she saw you and Xiao, panic set into her soul before she could realize it. She closed the Funeral Parlor until she returned, leaving you in a nervous state of confusion. The only thing you could wonder was, where was she? Was she alright? Why would she ever do this? Not once had she closed the parlor, so why now?
The truth was, your friend was now lost because of you. She though that she had a chance with you, but she had come to realize that that was far from the case. For three days, she had been aimlessly wandering around the dark corners of Wuwang hill, trying to gather her thoughts. But of course, she had no luck. The young Overseer needed advice on how to cope, so she ran to the wisest person she could think of.
Zhongli.
Hu Tao found the Ex-Archon to be irritably smart, making him a good, yet annoying source of help. He had expressed his hatred towards her, claiming that she acted like a child. His attitude always stung a little, but she couldn’t afford to hold grudges right now.
The streets of Liyue were filled with a mix of tourists and locals, the bustling crowds forcing Hu Tao to get through using force. She pushed her way through the ocean of people, the tears that lingered on her cheeks smudging from bumping into the bodies of others.
When she finally reached Zhongli’s door, it was almost sunset. She rapped on his door, and waited for a response. A sharp click echoed from the other side of the door as it swung open, revealing Zhongli, who was looking just as professional as always. He quirked a brow at her appearance and gestured for her to come inside.
He could tell that she had been crying, her puffy eyes and red nose giving him all of the minor details he needed. However, something else was off about her. The light from her eyes was gone- that really told him everything. There was no requirement for questions, he just needed to offer any form of comfort, since her previous source was the very thing that had her caused to seem so… dejected. Zhongli walked over to a kettle situated in his kitchen, and blew out the fire warming the water inside of it.
“It’s something to do with (Y/n), right?” Zhongli asked, pity lining his tone. The woman in front of him nodded sadly as tears welled up in her eyes. He sighed and patted her on the back. ‘You truly did have full control over this poor soul, didn’t you?’ He thought as he poured the boiling water into a cup. The problem was, you didn’t know of the power you held, which could possibly lead to the Overseer’s downfall. “Please, come sit down. Would you like some tea?”
“No, that’s okay.” Hu Tao replied, voice so quiet Zhongli could hardly hear it. “Thank you for the offer, though.”
The Archon sat across from her, holding a steaming cup of tea, his amber eyes boring into his guest’s soul. A shiver ran up Hu Tao’s spine as she soaked up his intense gaze, the despair she harbored just minutes ago morphing into pure nerves. She chuckled nervously and wiped her eyes.
“(Y/n) is in love with Xiao, and… I’m more than certain that he loves them in return.” Zhongli choked on his tea at her words, eyes as wide as saucers. He hurriedly set his teacup down and gently patted himself on the chest to regain his bearings. The infamous Yaksha… was in love? Was that even possible?
Confusion and disbelief were glazed over Zhongli’s features as he coughed into his fist. “I… I see.” He answered, “I suppose miracles do happen, even if they are in the, uh- strangest of circumstances.”
“Zhongli, you don’t understand, I love (Y/n). I love them too- I’ve loved them for longer than Xiao has.” Hu Tao cried, more tears accumulating under her irises. Tiny sobs left her throat as she ranted. “I hate having to watch the person I love the most get taken by some else, It’s not fair!”
An agitated sigh vibrated through the Archon’s chest at her words. How young and naive she was. A part of Zhongli understood how she felt, and another resented her for crying over something that he had been through millions of times. But, in reality, he had a secret soft spot for the young Heiress.
“Love isn’t fair. It never was.” And in the end, that side always managed to win him over, “The best thing you can do for yourself is move on.” because no one should have to go through what he did. He was alone when he lost his friends, and this child shouldn’t have to live through that too, even if she was a bother sometimes.
The girl’s breath hitched. Move on? How could she ever move on when you had captured her heart and marked it as your own? Anger started rising up Hu Tao’s neck as he spoke. She opened her mouth, ready to retaliate- but she was cut off by another statement shook her to the core.
“(Y/n)’s feelings won’t change, you know.”
He was right.
She knew he was.
No matter how much she wanted you to love her, you were incapable of doing so.
But why couldn’t you?
“But it isn’t fair to make them worry about you by running away. Go back to the Funeral Parlor, and patch things up.”
Heavy silence filled the air. The atmosphere was intense as the crushing realization hit Hu Tao- the realization that she had been selfish by running. She had caused you more trouble than she had meant to. A few minutes passed like this- the Geo Archon watching as a lovesick girl silently have an entire existential crisis inside the walls of her own mind.
Abruptly, she stood up.
The life had returned to her face again, and a determined look shone in her eyes. She was ready to come home. She couldn’t hold you down anymore. She would go back to you and apologize, because promised she would never, ever hurt you. Hu Tao ran out of Zhongli’s apartment, yelling to him about how grateful she was for his help.
It was nightfall when she had arrived at your house, exactly four days after she had left. She placed her hands on her knees and she panted into the cold, damp air. Soon enough, she felt gentle arms looping around her body. It was you.
A smile bloomed on her face as she hugged you back. “I’m sorry.” She whispered as you cried into her shoulder. Butterflies bloomed in her stomach when you did so, a faint blush coating her ears and cheeks. You bombarded her with questions of concern when you led her inside, Hu Tao joyfully answering each one of them. But as soon as she saw Xiao emerge from your room, she felt sick.
The butterflies that had been fluttering in her stomach were now dead.
——————————————————————————-
Today was your wedding day.
Today was the day that Xiao would promise his soul to to you for eternity.
Nerves and love were mixing in your stomach as you got ready. Your hands were sweating, and it felt as though electricity was spreading throughout your chest. You had envisioned yourself walking down the isle many times before, but you’d never expected it to actually happen. Especially not with someone as amazing as Xiao.
The wedding was being held at the Wangshu Inn, the very place where you and Xiao had met. It wasn’t a big reception, neither of you were up for that- but a few close friends had been invited to come and celebrate with you. It was only a few minutes before you had to come out, and the last checks of your outfit were being done.
Hu Tao stood behind you, trying to style your hair. You looked so beautiful in your wedding attire- hell, you were practically glowing. A constant ache had settled in Hu Tao’s stomach, and ever so often she would start to feel nauseous because of it. It hurt, knowing that you would never be hers. It hurt, seeing you look at someone else with such love. But she swore, years ago, that she wouldn’t get involved.
She knew you were happy, and that’s all that mattered to her.
She entangled her fingers in your hair and closed her eyes. A giggle rose from her throat to try and mask the fear that coursed through her body. It was just like you were kids again- it was just like the day you met. Hu Tao wondered if you remembered that day. She wouldn’t blame you if you didn’t, it had been two decades since then.
She should have told you. She should have taken the chance to tell you she loved you, instead of digging her own grave. Images of what could have been flashed before her eyes, and the hollow feeling in her chest had returned.
Her hands shook slightly, alerting you of the expression on her face. She grinned as big, glistening tears rolled down her cheeks. Small hiccups emerged from her lips, chest heaving with despair. She felt as if she was grieving for no reason, and she hated that she was burdening you with her issues on the most important day of your life.
You looked up at her, guilt clouding your eyes. Gently, you stood up and pulled her into your arms.
“Hey, hey… what’s wrong?” You whispered.
“N-Nothing, really, I’m just happy for you!” Choked laughs were scattered throughout her words as she nuzzled her face into your neck. “My best friend is getting married, of course I would cry.”
It was meant to seem like a lighthearted comment- a mere joke for you to laugh at, but there was a melancholic undertone to her voice, unlike the usual bubbly one she had. You quirked your head at her voice and placed a hand on her shoulder. You stared at your friend, the hues of your eyes being reflected in the hers.
“Nothing will change Hu Tao, I promise. You’ll always be my best friend.”
A friend. That’s all she was to you.
Hu Tao nodded and pulled away from you, wiping her eyes one last time. She brushed herself off before patting you on the back and ushering you to the door. The sounds of clapping could be heard as Verr Goldet finished up her speech. “Well, it’s time.” She sighed, “Now go out there, and give them a wedding they’ll never forget!”
The exchange that happened between her and Zhongli replayed in her head.
Time seemed to slow down as you gave her a final ‘thank you’, before walking down the aisle and leaving her side forever. Flowers clouded Hu Tao’s vision when she went around the seating arrangements to take her place up front as your Maid of Honor.
One last time, she looked at you, eyes filled with the disgusting feeling of love she had felt for so long. Taking a deep breath, she realized that Zhongli was right. She needed to move on. But she couldn’t, no matter how many times she tried.
Even as you both grew old together, the memory of the day she met you still lingers in her mind, reminding her that you gave your life away to someone that wasn’t her.
I've already done this before and I thought i would do a p2 since I have no idea what to write for Eula & Albedo. This is a "good luck" fic, basically. I hope you like it <3 Also yes, Eula's is weird and fantasy-like again- let me be. Characters included: Albedo, Eula [Part 1]
Tagging: @stargazer-balladeer
⤇ Albedo
Drawing you. Albedo often sketches things and he has an entire sketchbook dedicated to you. Every single date you two go on, Albedo finds the “perfect” moment and ingrains your image in his mind. Afterward, he’ll go back and just sketch the image out. Over the day (however much there is left), he’ll perfect the sketch. He also has full art pieces of you, with all the little details, colors, shading, and the like. Albedo does think you might find it… creepy? I mean, you two are dating but still. You might be creeped out by how accurate the details are.
Still, every time he has a chance, he’ll sit down and make a small sketch of you. His favorite piece is a painting that took him an entire month. It consists of you standing in a flower field, your hair and clothes blowing in the wind. The moonlight poured over your shoulders and exposed skin giving you an angelic highlight.
This painting sits in his home, hidden from all prying eyes. One day he’d have the courage to show you.
⤇ Eula
Dancing. Eula likes to dance with you but it’s not… traditional. Yes, she loves ballroom dancing, salsa, maybe even some hip hop. But her favorite is a dance you learned from your friend, Alessia. Dubbed the “Dance of Celestials”, it’s a dance and it allows the dancer to gather energy around them which can be used in numerous ways. You’ve performed it in her world with her and it was quite magical. As the two of you moved, gold energy started to surround you. You could physically see it gathering around your body and moving with you as if it were your dance partner.
You returned to Teyvat not long after. One beautiful day in Mondstat, you were out by the docks by yourself. You were curious to see if the dance would work so you stood and started to perform for no one. However, Eula was not too far away. The way you gracefully moved your arms around, stepping almost as if you were floating were so elegant. Afterward, she asked you to teach her.
You two often performed the dance with little results. Every now and then you were sure you saw a sliver of energy moving along your hands, fingers, or swirling around your body. You and Eula did show Alessia when she came to visit you and she promised to take you to her home where you would be able to dance with the energies again.
I love yelan and shinobu im a simp already. I’ll ask for how they are when they have a crush on reader and how they would confess.
characters: Yelan / Kuki Shinobu x gn!reader (seperate)
warnings: none, just fluff
a/n: There aren’t too many things known about Shinobu’s personality yet, so I’m sure once she actually releases we will be able to look back to this fic and say “kinda ooc, ngl”, but until then I’ll have to use my gut feeling.
This is, of course, my first time writing for either of these two characters, so I’m sorry if I’m making a few mistakes when it comes to their personalities, but I think it should be fine
Also, this is kinda long, at least for my standarts
Anyway, hope you enjoy!
Yelan
Yelan knew about you long before you had even met her, she had to make sure that the new hire at the Liyue Qixing didn’t have any ill intentions after all, but once the two of you finally met, you instantly got along with each other, her relaxed and easy going attitude a welcome change from the stress inducing one’s your bosses seemed to have around them all the time. While your friendly and open attitude, that made even strangers reveal small secrets to you from time to time, being too busy enjoying their drinks to care, coupled with your willingness to tell Yelan about them if asked, made hanging out with you both a nice way to procrastinate while getting enough information to technically be considered part of her job.
Even after the two of you had become, what you would consider, good friends, there were still a lot of things you knew she wouldn’t tell you about, most of them about her job. You had asked once about why exactly she needed information about a citizen of Liyue, assuming of course that her job required her to do so, she made it very clear that, since it was part of her job, she wouldn’t tell you. You completely understood, never asking about such things again, while simply enjoying spending time with her. But there were things you knew about her that most others, who even knew about the existence of a woman called “Yelan”, wouldn’t even dream about knowing.
You had finally managed to get a few days off, deciding that it would be a great opportunity to visit Yelan, and while her house laid well outside of the city, you eventually arrived in front of her door, knocking on it, only to have to wait much longer than you expected before it finally opened, revealing your friend giving you her usual smile.
“Well, what a surprising visit you decided to pay me”, she greeted you, the thought of how you had managed to surprise the usually so informed Yelan, making you smile, only for you to remember what an unhealthy sleep schedule she seemed to have whenever she didn’t necessarily have work to do.
“Did I awaken you from your sleep?”, you asked teasingly, only for her to shoot back immediately in a similar playful matter.
“That’s confidential, I could tell you, but sadly wouldn’t be allowed to keep you alive afterwards”, after shooting you another smile, she finally let you inside, and it wasn’t long before the two of you started playing a game of dice against each other. “I could use this chance to win a few Mora from you, but how about we spice it up a bit? The winner gets to ask the looser anything”, she offered, causing you to give her a look of suspicion. When she said “anything”, did she truly mean it? Probably not really, since you doubted that she would tell you anything about her work even if you won, not that you wanted to know anyway. But you decided not to voice your doubts, instead giving her a nod.
Well, it wasn’t like you even had to think about what to ask her, since no matter how much luck you seemed to have, Yelan would always top you, and while her questions started out standard, asking you about things like work, they grew more and more personal with each question.
“What’s your taste in women?”, she eventually asked with as straight of a face as ever, and while the last question had already seemed a bit too personal for your taste, this one made your heartbeat faster than usual whenever you thought about what would come next.
“Well, I don’t really have one… I’m not that picky, if they are entertaining to hang out with, I guess”, you answered truthfully, well not completely, since there was someone you had eyes for.
“Then what about me?”, she asked, topping all her previous questions while making your face as red as the Jueyun chillies she loved to eat.
“T-that’s more than one question”, you stuttered out, frantically trying to buy your brain enough time to figure out any reasons she might have said something like that, baring the obvious of course, since that was too good to be true.
“Of course, how silly of me”, she stated, only to immediately get the highest possible score, making it unnecessary for you to even try and beat it. “Well, what about me?”, she stated once more, leaning forwards before putting her head in her hands while resting her arms on the table.
After seeing you fail to form a coherent sentence more than once, she leaned back before speaking again. “Fine, let me a different question”, when you heard her words, you finally managed to calm your nerves down a bit, only for all your blood to shoot into your head once again immediately afterwards.
“I like you as more than just a friend, do you feel the same?”, before you even had the chance to think about it, your body immediately went into autopilot, nodding enthusiastically without delay, causing the woman in front of you to smile at you once again.
Kuki Shinobu
You had known Shinobu for a very long time, having been friends with her long before she and her family got on rather… difficult terms. But when she had gone to study in Liyue for a few years, the two of you lost contact, only for her to come back and become part of the Arataki-gang, something you couldn’t help but find odd. Sure, you hadn’t seen her for years, but her joining that group of rather unusual individuals, wasn’t something you had ever expected from her.
But when the two of you met again, you somewhat rekindled your old friendship. Sure, the two of you had changed a lot, and instead of wearing the shrine maiden clothes you had expected an adult Shinobu to wear, she had found a different way to dress, most notably wearing a mask to hide her face even though you had never thought that there was a need for her to do so, but at the core you were still the same people as back then.
You couldn’t pinpoint exactly when, but at some point in your friendship Shinobu had stopped acting entirely professional around you, acting far more friendly than before. It may have been far from the friendliness others, like maybe that Naganohara girl, seemed to offer, but still a big enough change for you to notice, not that you had anything against it, since you were just happy to have your old friend back. And while she still insisted on wearing her mask most of the time, she wouldn’t seem as embarrassed as the first time you accidentally caught her taking it off.
You had plucked a few lavender melons since you seemed to remember Shinobu having told you about how they tasted better when roasted and decided to pay her a visit to ask for a few tips, only to encounter what seemed to be the rest of the “Arataki-gang”, but without their name giving leader.
“Hey, I’m sorry to-”, you looked at what they were doing, only to find them stand around two beetles fighting each other, leaving you with more questions than answers, but decided to continue anyway “…interrupt you, but do you know where I can find Shinobu?”, you asked, causing all of them to immediately turn their heads around.
“You’re looking for Kuki Shinobu? Why? Do you need something from her?”, one of them immediately started questioning you, approaching you while making you feel as if you were in some sort of trouble, like you had broken an unspoken rule, but before you could continue, the man in front of you suddenly had a look of realisation on his face. “Oh, you’re her friend! The one she always spends time with after work”, he almost shouted, catching the attention of the rest, making them gather around you as well.
What followed was them bombarding you with one question after another, not leaving you any time to answer any of them, but seemingly not even minding. You had long lost the ability to even register any of their questions, since they would be interrupted in the middle of it, causing you to have to hear a completely new one, that was, until you heard a question that stood out.
“Are the two of you a couple? You must be, you always hang out with each other, and she even mentioned you a couple of times”, all other members fell silent, as all their gazes were focussed on you, awaiting your answer.
“She was talking about m-”, before you had the chance to finish your sentence, another voice rang out, this one clearly being Shinobu’s, but instead of sounding professional like usual, or relaxed like when you spent time together, this time it was filled with rage.
“You have ten seconds, whoever is in my line of sight once they are over won’t live to regret it”, in an instant, the mass of men around you were gone, all of them scattering into different directions, leaving you and Shinobu alone, she finally having calmed down somewhat. “I hate those idiots sometimes”, she stated bitterly before letting out a big sigh, her choice of words somewhat surprising you.
“They seemed… friendly”, you awkwardly stated, trying to make her forget what had just happened, but instead earning yourself a nervous stare from her, only to hear her sigh once more.
“You heard what they said, so I guess there’s no need to deny it. I like you, and I hope you do the same, do you want to go out with me?”, her confession caught you even more off-guard, leaving you frozen in place for a couple seconds before finally mustering enough working braincells together to answer.
“Sure, I feel the same”, you answered, only to find it to be an underwhelming reaction, searching for a way to continue. “Do you want to roast lavender melons together?”, you awkwardly asked while lifting the basked full of them that you held in your hand, earning yourself a small, rare chuckle from Shinobu.
“Of course”

#ALBEDO;
Seeing him peacefully in bed, was like a dream come true. He was always busy experiment with or on you, or just busy helping Sucrose with an activity or experiment of hers. So seeing him in bed, fast asleep, with his chest heaving up and down was adorable. He was beautiful under the lamp light that was on his dresser. So you pressed a kiss to his forehead seeing his head shift to the slightest. “Goodnight Albedo…”
#CHILDE;
He’s always working, or satisfying you or playing with his younger brother. So seeing his sleep was a nice reliever. You didn’t want him to overwork himself. Besides, he looked handsome while he was asleep. Falling asleep right on the couch. So you only placed a blanket over him and pressed a kiss to his cheek.
#EULA;
As a woman of hard work. She deserves her sleep time. So when you saw her taking a nap in the bedroom you shared with her. You observed her carefully before caressing her cheek a bit, and pressing a kiss to her head. “Sleep well my dear…”
#KAEYA;
Immediately went to bed the second he came home. So when you went to go to bed as well two hours later, after he did. He was sound asleep making faint snoring noises. He was basically hogging the sheets, blankets and the pillows but you didn’t care. You’d just sleep in his arms anyways. Which is what you did right before you placed a kiss on his lips that you hope he wouldn’t wake up to.

— them with a shy s/o
CW: NONE APPLICABLE.
liyue girls <33333
characters included: beidou, ningguang, hu tao, yanfei
beidou loves to round up her crew for drinks! of course, she has to force her shy s/o aboard to introduce them to the crew
“my esteemed crewmates, meet [Y/N],” beidou announces in a booming voice, “we’ve been dating for a while, so i figured it’s high time i introduce them to all of you.”
beidou’s announcement is met with varied shouts of congratulations and the occasional pat on the back. your girlfriend turns to look at you, a smile across her face.
“[Y/N], you look like you’re about to hop ship,” she says in a quieter volume, her voice clear to you despite the clamor, “they’re good people. they won’t bite. they’re happy to see you.”
“ah, no, i trust them,” you explain, beidou’s gaze not moving from your own, “it’s just… i’m not super good with crowds. but i want to make a good impression, y’know? i want to be close with my girlfriend’s crew.”
beidou laughs and gives you a playful slap on the back. “[Y/N], don’t sweat it. nobody could possibly dislike you. besides, if they so much as insult you, i’ll have ‘em walk the plank. good ol’ fairytale pirate style. c’mon, i’ll pour you a glass of rum and i’ll take care of their barrage of questions.”
only the most high-class members of liyuean society are able to get an invite to any sort of gala ningguang hosts. it’s only natural to feel out of place in such an esteemed scenario.
“something the matter, darling?” ningguang’s voice says. you turn to see her standing beside you, her delicate hand wrapped around the bottom of a fine wine glass. “you’ve been by yourself all this time… i can’t help but wonder if my party isn’t to your liking.”
“no, no, it’s just that i’ve never been to a party that’s so…” you ponder your choice of words, “high society.”
ningguang lets out a gentle laugh that even sounds rich. “[Y/N], while they’re all upper class members of society, they’re still most certainly people. and mind you, they’re all beneath me in terms of their wealth and status,” she assures you, taking a sip of her undoubtedly costly wine, “should i approach them with your hand in mine, they’ll fall at your feet and kiss the ground you walk on.”
you gulp. “no offense, but you don’t find that to be a bit too… cocky?”
ningguang hums to herself. “[Y/N], when this is your company, the cockiest,” she emphasizes your casual choice of words as if it’s a swear, “are the only ones to stay above water. now, come with me. i’d love to show off my date to my guests.”
hu tao’s over-eccentric nature makes it tough to slink away. not to mention, tough to hold a frown!
hu tao accepts the bill from the wanmin restaurant, promptly scribbling her signature on the bottom of the slip. she holds up the paper to your waitress, xiangling, with a smile.
“wangsheng footing the bill of your guys’ lunch date again?” xiangling chirps, taking the receipt.
“hehe, you bet,” hu tao smiles, cupping her hand over your own, “[Y/N] here loves this place. doesn’t stop talking about it whenever i try my hand at cooking!”
xiangling laughs and places her hand on her hip. “is hu tao a poor chef, [Y/N]?” she asks.
you glance over at hu tao, whose smile hasn’t faded. “um… she’s… adequate? well, in terms of cooking…” you find yourself unsure of how to answer xiangling. the young chef usually doesn’t ask you questions.
“aw… my cute lil’ [Y/N] is too nice to speak up,” hu tao giggles, “go on, tell xiangling about my attempt at calla lily seafood soup! you were totally green and were suddenly ‘full’ after one bite.”
you feel yourself run hot in the cheeks. “no, hu tao, it wasn’t that bad…”
xiangling roars in laughter, interrupting your half-baked excuse. “perhaps hu tao should resort to offering free home-cooked meals as a way to bring in more customers!”
“that’s actually a great idea!” she gasps, her eyes wide. you can’t help but wonder if she’s serious.
yanfei is always so busy with clients :( you’re happy to help by bringing in tea for your hardworking girlfriend and her guests, though!
you gently knock at the door, careful not to disturb yanfei while she was working.
“come in!” her voice shouts. you click the handle and push the door, careful not to topple your tray of tea.
“ah, [Y/N]!” yanfei beams, “happy to see you.” she turns to her clients. “our kind server here is my partner, [Y/N]. do you guys like jasmine tea?”
her clients nod, offering you a smile. you feel your shyness kick in once the unfamiliar gazes meet your own. you place down the tray on an empty space on yanfei’s desk, making extra-special precaution not to run the risk of spilling tea on her precious codices.
“[Y/N], i don’t believe we’ve met,” the female client says with a gentle smile, “how long have you known yanfei?”
you find yourself taken aback at the sudden question and turn your gaze to yanfei, who giggles.
“[Y/N] here is a bit shy,” she explains, pouring tea into a small cup, “we’ve known each other for about a year but have only been dating for the last few months! they’re super helpful with assisting me in my work.”
the clients chuckle. “are you familiar with the law in such an intricate manner as your girlfriend?” the man asks.
“i usually help quiz yanfei on certain statutes,” you say quietly, “‘course she doesn’t need it… i think she just enjoys having a captive audience to ramble about law.”
the room erupts in laughter. you’re not sure whether or not you want to sink into the floor.
“your partner is a riot, miss yanfei!” the woman says.
yanfei smiles up at you from her seat. “i know, huh? they truly are a special find.”
Hello-could I request a reader with small hands(sry if I requested them a lot but like since I’ve them :P)who one day is out with their S/O (Ayaka,Yoimiya,Kokomi,Sara and Ei)and then the reader out of the blue asks to compare hand sizes out of curiosity and reader finds out that their hands are smaller than theirs character reactions and vary-I hope this wasn’t too much take your time with this and take care!! :):):)
Characters: Ayaka, Yoimiya, Kokomi, Sara, Raiden Shogun
Warnings: none
A/n: No worries, I be writing a lot about hands but it’s all fun for me because it’s a unique concept :)
Link to Prt. 2 they’re not related in anyway just a similar concept if y’all want more
• Ayaka’s hands are probably relatively the same size as yours being such a short girl herself. Yours just being slightly smaller, enough to barely notice unless you put effort.
• Regardless of both of your small hands they felt comfortable. Such small dainty fingers interlocking together, you notice the feeling was notably different from other hands you’ve held.
• She was surprised that your hands were smaller than hers. Being a short girl, she too was used to seeing her hands smaller than most.
You sat in the Yashiro Commission Headquarters as your girlfriend, Ayaka, greeted a new guest. Her fan partially covered her face, and you couldn’t help but notice how small her hands were webbed along with the fan.
You thought maybe you’ve found someone with smaller hands than you. When given the opportunity Ayaka went behind the shoji screen divider, where she greeted you with an exhausted sigh.
“Ayaka, let me see your hands.” You brought her wrist up to yours comparing the sizes. It was difficult to tell, but with disappointment, you saw her hands were just a centimeter short of hers.
“Oh?” She looked surprised too, enjoying such a normal interaction with someone “I did not expect this. You see normally my hands are smaller than most.
“Ah- but my hands are freakishly small, so this is no surprise to me.” Ayaka giggled at your self-deprecation, she thought you were cute for your size even if it was smaller than most.
• Yoimiya is also quite a shorty. Her hands reflected it as well, but they’re still quite larger than yours. Her having averagely sized for her height, and you having freakishly small hands for your already short stature was a recipe for teasing.
• Whenever you held Yoimiya’s hands you noticed how strong her grip was, your palms were so close it created a pool of sweat between you two. But as long as you didn’t mind she didn’t either. She liked to hold your hand tightly because she thought it symbolized the connection between you two physically.
• Yoimiya had larger hands for her height, so she would be surprised if they weren’t larger. She prided herself on them because they were what created the beauty of the fireworks in the skies.
Yoimiya was crafting a small toy made of the remains of a failed firework for the neighborhood kids. She said it would be like recycling, good for the environment which is the least she can do when her fireworks do is endanger it.
You couldn’t help but notice how her hands articulated around the wrench as she screwed a bolt in the toy to keep it intact.
“Yoimiya, let me see your hands.” She wiped off the sweat from her forehead before taking her safety glasses off, bringing her hand up swiftly to meet yours.
You compared the sizes, and of course, her hands were bigger, not by much but still visibly bigger. It just fed her ego of having bigger features than others who were also short in stature.
“Hehe~ I knew it.” She said triumphantly, “nobody can beat me in hand sizes, you see they’re quite chunky.” She tried to joke around giving you a big grin as you rolled your eyes playfully.
• Kokomi was also some short stuff. Her hands were so thin just like a model, you were jealous. Yet, in comparison, you weren’t surprised to find your hand smaller for the 100th time.
• Kokomi preferred to link arms simultaneously holding hands, she liked the intimacy. When she was in a good mood she would encase your one hand in both of hers and she would be even happier. The size difference makes your hand drown in both of hers.
• Kokomi was shocked to see your hands smaller than hers. She had such tiny hands for her height, and to find someone smaller was a 1/1000th chance.
Kokomi was greeting her generals after sending them off to Yashiori Island to fend off the Shogun’s opposing forces. You stood beside her as her assistant, it might’ve been a weird thought for the situation at hand, but you couldn’t help but think how small her hands were when she blessed her soldiers. She would hold one of their hands with both of hers and bow together moving on to the next, each soldier’s hands were perpetually larger than hers.
Once they were off through the gates of the Sangonomiya shrine she audibly sighed turning immediately to you. She allowed her exhausted self to fall into your hold, you knew how introverted the poor girl was, probably ran herself in the mud with all the recent work.
You looked to improve the mood, “Kokomi, let me see your hand.” She brought her small palm up to yours while still in your hold. Like you thought, her hand was small and gentle, but sadly not as small as yours. It overshadowed yours by half a joint.
“Wow, I knew your hands were small but this is an unexpected result.” She let her fingers relax within yours, holding your hand as she stayed in your embrace. You felt her stressed heartbeat relax within your hand, hopefully, it distracted even just a little.
• Sara had massive hands compared to you. She was average height for a woman, but her hands spoke man. They were strong, rectangular, and veiny, which were all dominant in men.
• When your hands intertwined you felt the vast difference between the two, her were meaty yet elegant. The way your small hands loosely rattled, was quite comical but you thought it was almost like a mother and child with the size difference.
• Sara was not surprised to see your hands smaller than hers. She was surprised, however, to see that your hands were drastically smaller than hers. You fell short a whole joint, but she normally paid no attention to it.
Sara was stressed about the official documents that lay before her from the Kanjou Commission. They acquired especially low funds this month to operate the Tenryou Commission. While she figured out her operational budget for this month you grew bored.
You noticed her hand resting on her desk, her fingers dancing up and down in a wave pattern, making a patterned dudu dudu sound on her desk. You grabbed her hand to prevent her nervous habits, you knew she grew somewhat fidgety.
“Relax Sara,” she looked annoyed and surprised that you even said anything. She watched you align your hands, and as you expected, her hand was a little more than a joint larger than yours. “Wow what big hands you have,” you said in surprise.
“Well, what do you expect?” She asked sternly, she thought your antics were dumb and always stated the obvious, but it ultimately calmed her down from her duties.
• Ei’s hands weren’t too big or too small for her height, just about average as they come. In comparison to hers though, your hands made hers seem gigantic. In reality, you just had some small hands.
• Ei would subconsciously rub your hand with her thumb when you held it. It was a little quirk that she never noticed, the size difference made it so her thumb was rubbing the entire roof of your hand.
• Ei did not care, she literally probably didn’t even think twice until you brought it up. Even when you did she didn’t see the big deal about your hands being small.
Tonight was one of the few nights Ei retreated from her inner world to spend time with you. She knew you grew lonely, so occasionally she tried to spare a night or two a week for you.
Having your actual girlfriend in the flesh in front of you made you excited, every time you always wanted to pull all-nighters to savor the limited time you had with her. “Hey, Ei, let me see your hand,” you asked curiously. She obeyed quietly, you could tell the confusion on her face.
You pressed your palm against hers, you knew it, your hand being a whole inch shorter than hers. “Ah~ I’m so jealous, bigger hands are so much more attractive than smaller.” You looked at the stub you had for a hand in disdain.
“I don’t understand, What does hand size correlate to anything?” Ei was even more confused than in the beginning. You merely giggled and gave Ei a small hug, you loved her because no matter your “flaws” she would unintentionally overlook them.
