Night Out by @helloamhere (E, 10K) Although it’s not full-on D/s I like the way this author tends to write their dynamic. Louis is desperate, but in a way that still fits a characterization that feels realistic to me. This is the first part of a series and if you like it, the second part is terrific (and 125K)

Nicotine by KrisStylinson (E, 32K) the characters read a bit OOC, but “bad boy” Harry is fun to read as is Louis as the overwhelmed, inexperienced, drama school kid.

Right Side of the Wrong Bed by eyesofshinigami (E, 11K) Meet-cute with a side of sexy smut and quirky internal monologue from Louis. I don’t know if this really fits your idea of “desperate”, but as Louis says to Harry in this one, “I would very much like to date the fuck out of you and probably put your dick in my mouth, multiple times a day if I could”. Spoiler: Louis gets what he wants.
