Hi, I was curious, what health issues does human Zim from the swap au have?

I like to keep my Zim’s health conditions kind of nebulous, just like the original Zim’s weaknesses are. however, here’s a few issues that I commonly attach to him: 

moderate hearing loss 

weak immune system

food allergies

chronic pain

heart problems

breathing problems
