As my sibling explained on a different post, we are struggling health wise due to our PCOS acting out, afflicting us with insomnia and a lot of pain, especially on our chest and legs as well anxiety crisis. We decided to to go see a gyne but the one we trust and know us the longest and more likely to help us out (he was the one who diagnosed us) is very expensive and we are no longer in our mother's healthcare plan due to her retiring a few years ago.

It's with a heavy but hopeful heart that I watch Palestinian families fundraiser on here, slowly accumulating the precious little money to go around that they need to survive. However, not everyone is so lucky. A lot of Palestinians that have not had that kind of luck, that did not get early verification, that did not get massive platforms behind them from large bloggers, have approached me in my inbox, asking me kindly to do what I can for them. It kills me that I have so little to give myself, but I've seen this platform collectively raise enough to change someone's life. This is Darine, marking the first anniversary of this relentless war of death, destruction, and displacement.

Today, I received the first video of what remains of our home. As you can see, there’s not much left. But that’s not the main tragedy. The greater fear is that we might never see it again. The possibility looms that they plan to seize the entire north, forcing us to relocate to the Sinai desert.

My 19-year-old brother "Ahmed", who had just started his first year of college, and my sisters, 16 Nadine, 13 Judi, and 8 Maryam, are now enduring their second year without proper schooling. Two years of education stolen from them.

How is it possible that, in the third decade of the 21st century, such devastation is allowed to happen?
