Hello! I was scrolling through tumblr and came across your Tmnt 2012 Tokyo Ghoul au and first off this au is very intriguing yet equally horrifying to say the least. Seeing as the turtle's eyes seem to change and various other senses changing after they become ghouls..I wanted to ask if that affects more than how food tastes to them. Like do the way they percieve color or even touch change in any way? I'm really curious about this au.

For your bit about the eyes going all black and red (that's called a kakugan), I would it doesn't exactly affect their vision too much, but it does heighten their senses (which are already improved already thanks to the ghoulification) and sight is a sense, so I guess it technically does

I wouldn't say touch is different, but given how it's semi-related I will mention how a ghoul's skin is a lot tougher than average, to the point that trying to stab one with a regular kitchen knife would just cause the blade to break instead

I do think something we need to talk about from the Rise movie more often is how it wasn't just Inherent to Leo to sacrifice himself but something he learned from Raph at the beginning of the movie. Raph throwing himself in the way of the Krang like that makes him an honorary Leo Sacrifice Hall Of Famer

General fandom observation: if you have a tangibly expressed passion for your character, you're more likely to infect other ppl with it.

For example:

Instead of saying, "omg please draw more of x character", consider, "did you ever notice this thing about the character? Why do you think they said xyz? Do you think A might be a hint to B?' What if- "
