Bridgette Cheng/Ladybug
Bridgette Cheng is a normal teenager who lives with her grandmother Mei Cheng in an apartment above the family tea shop Dynastie du Lóng in Paris. She is bubbly, high-spirited, creative, compassionate, optimistic, determined and a bit of a daydreamer, with a smile that will warm the coldest of hearts. Being an artist at heart, she enjoys graphic design and drawing, often doing commissions for her friends. Despite her genki nature, she is also clumsy and suffers from bad luck, but always manages to bounce back from any kind of mishap. Bridgette has developed a crush on her aloof classmate, Félix Agreste, often trying to find a way to talk to him and befriend him…
After finding a strange jewelry known as the Ladybug Earrings and meeting the Kwami of Fortune, Tikki, Bridgette gains the ability to transform into Ladybug - a superheroine with the power of good luck. As the protector of Paris, Ladybug is confident, tenacious, hard-working and determined to fulfill her superhero duties and make sure to defeat any villain that threatens the city. Aside from her good luck charm, Ladybug can transform her compact into various weapons (like a staff, shield, yo-yo and even wings) that aid her in her fights. She needs to remain careful when she uses her good luck charm, though, as selfish use of it can result in her being punished by bad luck. She is also joined by the black cat superhero Chat Noir, developing a partnership with him and being often exasperated by his attempts at flirting with her.
Félix Agreste/Chat Noir
Félix Agreste is the nephew of the famous fashion designer Gabriel Agreste and has moved in with him after the death of his mother, Michelle Agreste. Cold, calm, snarky and standoffish, Félix tends to keep to himself; causing his classmates to perceive him as snobbish, rude and arrogant, resulting in the nickname ‘Ice Prince’. He is often seen reading a book, seemingly ignorant of his surroundings. Despite his icy barrier, he is actually quite observant, smart and athletic, with a passion for reading, writing, karate and playing the violin. In spite of his attempts to avoid social interaction, he often finds himself in situations where he interacts with his fellow classmate, Bridgette Cheng…
After finding a jewelry known as the Ring of the Black Cat and meeting the Kwami of Misfortune, Plagg, Félix gains the ability to transform into Chat Noir - a superhero with the power of bad luck. After finding out that he had been cursed by having bad luck (and only gaining good luck if he uses his powers for selfish purposes), Félix becomes determined to find a way to cure his bad luck curse. As Chat Noir, he has a chance meeting with Ladybug, attempting to flirt with her and charm her into giving him the kiss that would free him from his curse, only to fail. Undeterred, he becomes her partner, showing that, despite his reluctance, he is still a competent fighter, using his cat-like reflexes, claws and the power to create dark energy projectiles to support Ladybug in her quest of protecting Paris. Playful, sarcastic and mischievous, Chat is more than willing to help out Bug against any threat.
Do you have any headcanons for the PV kids' families finding out their identities?
i’m always playing with ideas for bridgette (if it even happens at all, it would depend whether they give up their powers after saving paris or continue to be its guardians), but oh i’m SO GLAD YOU ASKED about felix :3c
(wake me up) wake me up inside (can’t wake up)
i’ve always had a headcanon that the butterfly/PV gabriel would be able to bypass the “ladybug’s kiss” method and remove felix’s miraculous, despite it usually being stuck firmly to him. something to do with emotional power mixed with the energy of a second miraculous. i imagine this would be the dramatic climax of the PV’s story, either while ladybug is out of commission or about to walk in and take felix’s multitude of secrets the absolute wrong way.
what do you mean this isn’t what you wanted, felix? didn’t you want to be free? have you changed your mind?
Claude has a one-sided crush on Bridgette
Allegra and Félix are childhood friends
Allan and Bridgette are on the track team, but Bridgette has to quit because of “issues.”
Allan has a small side job as a DJ
Allan can breakdance
Allegra as a one-sided crush on Claude
Quantic squads would have movie night once a month. Mostly host by Bridgette
Movie night is mostly Disney and a few horror movies
Claude never NEVER stop talking
No one, I mean no one says no to Bridgette’s dessert NO ONE
Allegra sense of humor is having no sense of humor
Félix love Dad jokes (but won’t tell anyone)
Allegra and Bridgette weren’t friends in the beginning
No one can escape Claude and Allan’s pranks, NO ONE!
Sugar freak to least sugar freak Félix > Allegra > Bridgette > Allan > Claude
Felix may love his coffee bitter, but he only likes his coffee bitter because he eats a lot of sugary pastries
Chef to should never be in the kitchen Bridgette > Claude > Allan > Allegra > Felix

is there a difference between alina and alya???? in terms of personality?
Since Alina is supposed to represent precanon Alya: yes.
From the 9/7/2012 bible: As eccentric as Marinette is classic, Alya wears extravagant outfits, swinging from gothic to geeky. She takes pride in being nothing like the others. It's her way of distinguishing herself. Alya is perfectly at ease with all things technology and telecommunications. Moreover, she's a budding reporter for the college newspaper!... Alya shares her bedroom with her younger sister. The room is divided in two. Alya's half is lined with posters of comic book superheroes, the floor is strewn with cables connected to an imposing DIY computer station.... Besides, she has theories on everything, admittedly- they are often very absurd. She dreams of gaining powers and becoming a heroine like Ladybug... Alya doesn't understand how Marinette can fall for Adrien, On the other hand, Alya finds Cat Noir super classy, molded into his somewhat gothic leather uniform. Oh! If only Alya was Ladybug...
She is bright, smart, geeky- but fashionable! She's an individualist- loving to define and express herself. She's whipping up wacky theories that stem from her hobby of being a reporter for the school newspaper and her love of superheros- something she wishes desperately to be. She's a tech wiz- having built her own computer.
She also has a crush on Chat Noir, which i think is great in contrast to the love diamond and her relationship with Marinette. Later art of her does show that she even put red streaks in her hair, wore goggles, and held a helmet, which I think is super neat and expresses her more... creative or even techy side?
Canon Alya, on the other hand, dosen't seem to be too entrenched in tech, past a passing comment that a "good reporter backs up her files" or smth. But that's like.. something built into most phones these days, so it's not really a.. tech.. geek thing. Alya also never expresses much desire to be a hero, it more falls into her lap due to circumstance and nepotism. and her antics devolved into "stupid reporter" and zero self-preservation instinct- as well as pushing Marinette around for self-confidence reasons. (there is a discussion to be had there around black and asian stereotypes but thats a discussion for another day.)
Anyway, while it's true that none of the characters change outfits much due to cheaping out on 3D, Alya expresses no interest in fashion whatsover. In fact, she seems to carry a hipster vibe (she's rather unfashionable- I mean, most the cast are, actually.) and her outfit sort of expresses a carelessness to her fashion choices- as it's boring and plain, rather than "eccentric" She also actively seems to balk at the idea of Chat, and ignored him for the most part in favor of Ladybug. Her relationship with Nino is actively detrimental to her character and I think was her shark jump- as it suddenly started being the justification for a LOT OF BAD BEHAVIOR.
Hope this helps!
Reverse pv!Felix would 100% teabag people in game or even irl. Based on this post

in the ever first bible, there’s one particular difference regarding kwamis that stands out.
it’s the fact that kwamis only grant wishes of the user.
those that hide behind anonymity tend to do evil as their identities are no longer tied to their actions. this is a well known fact which has been proven many times in the real world. it’s also known that those in power, or have power, tend to fall into corruption.
in early miraculous, kwamis basically do that. they give users power, and it is up to the user themselves to choose what they can use this power for. good? or evil? is the question. and what defines good/ evil? kwamis are essentially the catalysts in bringing out one’s own morality, forcing them to confront it face to face and question themselves: what do i do?
it presents moral dilemmas and the complexity behind morality, when paired with anonymity and power. unlike current miraculous ladybug in which everything is more black and white.
for example, a person might start out wishing to right the wrongs of their past, giving them the ability to time travel. but in trying to change the past, they alter the future for the worse. are they good? or are they bad? both? or neither?
in another example, a person might start out wishing to be strong so that they can stand up against bullies. but upon receiving super strength, they become corrupted and become the tormentor, what they used to fear.
in a last example, a person might also start out wishing bitterly to make everyone in the world suffer like they have, in poverty, hence granting them the ability to manipulate the weather so that crops will dry, and people would suffer. however, they realise the consequences of their actions and instead use them for good.
ladybug isn’t being a hero because she’s “destined” and “chosen” to be one. ladybug is a hero because she wants to use her powers to help others. similarly, chat noir is a hero, despite having powers of destruction and starting out only having powers for freedom, because he ends up wanting to do things for the greater good.
their justice aligned moral compass overcomes the temptation of abuse that their power comes with. the fact they can easily fall into corruption yet they don’t is what makes them respectable heroes because their actions aren’t influenced by anything except themselves and what they believe in.
i think this makes for a far greater lesson than whatever miraculous is doing right now.
“feeling emotions, both negative and positive, is perfectly fine, but it’s what you do with those emotions that is most important.” vs “don’t feel negative emotions or else you’ll hurt people around you!!!” (is basically what i get from miraculous ladybug)
I haven’t drawn a lot lately and thought this funny expression meme by @capochiino would be a good way to get back to it.
I changed Bri’s expressions a little bit because I don’t picture her to show annoyance to someone who just… can’t help being annoying.
