Anyway USAmericans are absolutely being impacted by climate change in very direct ways, particularly people in impoverished communities that are overwhelmingly non-white, and pretending like we all see climate change as distant and abstract spits in the faces of people who are suffering with no control over what our government and American corporations do.

Sorry to people who want to frame America as a land filled with privileged monsters but the poor Americans who are losing their homes to wildfires and floods or watching their ancestral lands be destroyed are not actually your enemies.
