alright, listen up and hear me loud and clear. stop holding yourself back, stop consuming so much media to the point where you overwhelm your brain. you really think that you have to do sooo many things or think a certain way in order to shift? really?? you’re creating unrealistic expectations and making shifting something that its not. before you knew of the term you were still doing it, you didn’t need methods, subliminals etc, so why do you think you need them to shift now? bc you’re shifting to a fictional place? bc it seems too good to be true? bs. that reality you want to shift to is as real and as important as the one you’re in rn.
— what to do; imma hold your hand when i say this because i really don’t think most of you understand how important this is.. take. a. break. take a break and START OVER, really start over, unlearn everything. if you would just stop persisting on something that clearly doesn’t work for you and you’d focus on what shifting ACTUALLY is and not what you’ve made it out to be in your head you would have already shifted.
why do you think those who know nothing about shifting and aren’t even really interested in it (we all know someone like that), succeeded on their first try? maybe because they didn’t freak out about the “how” and “when” or maybe because they didn’t research for information on every platform that exists..
i took a year long break (not saying you have to as well) and it honestly helped so much. i have created a new mindset after 3 years of trying and at that point i was tired of knowing so much about this topic yet still “failing” every time, so i looked for ways i could make it easier for myself. after i sat down and thought of what the ideal way to shift would be for me, i tried shifting once after that break without having any expectations and felt closer than ever to my dr.
im sure you’ve heard this a bunch of times but i don’t think you’re really listening. shifting is a personal journey, what works for others may not work for you. discover what aligns with you and apply that. stop listening to what others do that help them shift and taking it for granted. yes you can get inspired by them but please remind yourself that all you truly need to shift is your brain, it really is that simple. “but i’ve tried everything, nothing works” okay, you’ve tried everything, so how does trying absolutely nothing sound to you? pretty exciting huh? no method is the best method and i stand by that.
shifting is in your hands
What if 3D is showing exact opposite?
Okay, listen up. You’ve been doing everything, feeling like the main character, and then suddenly BOOM, the 3D slaps you with the exact opposite of what u want.
SP's texts are drier than my skin? Your bank account is still looking tragic? Your desires seem like they’re running in the opposite direction? Like??? What kind of joke is this? At this point honestly you will start questioning "is manifestation even real?"
First of all, breathe. Seriously. Because this? This is the part where most people give up. They see the 3D acting up and immediately start questioning everything, thinking their manifestation "isn’t working." But let me tell you something, this is actually PROOF that it is working. Yessss, you heard me. The old reality is literally fighting for its life right now.
See, the 3D is just a reflection of what was already in your subconscious. It’s like a delayed mirror, showing you old thoughts, old beliefs, old assumptions.
So when you start changing the current reality, the 3D doesn’t just immediately roll over and change. Sometimes it throws a little tantrum first, just to see if you’ll react and go back to your old ways.
And if you DO react? Boom, you just gave energy to the old reality, keeping it alive a little longer. But if you don’t? If you just sit back like the unbothered god/goddess you are and say, "Nah, I already have what I want," then the 3D has no choice but to catch up.
Yk what just think of it like a Movie, if youve been watching a drama and suddenly decide you want to switch to a rom com, the movie doesn't switch instantly, it takes a second for the old scene to end right???
But you don't panic and assume you’ll never get to the good part. You just let the scene play out, knowing the happy ending is already written. SAME THING WITH YOUR MANIFESTATION.
So why don't you apply the same logic here, like whyyy?
Like imagine ordering food at a restaurant and the waiter brings you the wrong dish. Do you freak out? Do you start crying and assume you’ll never eat again?
NO. You just send it back and wait for what you actually ordered. The universe works the SAME way. Stop accepting the wrong order just because it showed up first.
Just keep calm my love, and everything would get fixed by its own...I promise.
So when the 3D is moving crazy, just laugh at it. Seriously. Because if it’s showing the opposite, that means the old reality is this close to being replaced.
All you have to do is stay in your power, keep assuming what you want is already yours, and let everything rearrange itself for you.
The 3D is fake anyway, so stop letting it tell you what’s real. You’re the god/goddess then why don't you act like it?
leave the limitations of the outerman behind
You don’t realise how powerful you are. You are God, or the operant power whatever you wanna call it. You have everything you want now in this moment. Emotions are more than fine, but all this stress is for nothing, whatever you speak into existence is fact.
“The outerman sees nothing but limitations”
-Hazrat Inayat Khan
And what does that mean? There are two main limitations keeping you from your desires. Well I mean since you are the only thing with power, it is you. But, the two main limitations are time and the 3d. That’s it that’s all. That is what your outerman has to deal with. That’s why you see the 3D and spiral, That’s why you are scared about how much “time you’ve wasted”
It isn’t your fault, beating yourself up about this is like penalising a blind person for not being able to see. What you need to do is fully align yourself with your inner man, who gets everything and anything instantly, no matter what. As god, the real you, everything you speak into is real.
I’m not going to go into why your manifestations and shifts in reality are delaying, not going to tell you the repeated things on this app. Because there is no delay, therefore it has no meaning or matter. Delay and failure are concepts,
“good things come to those who wait” concept
“IVE WASTED SO MUCH TIME” concept
“i’ve known about this for 3+ years and haven’t manifested anything” a concept you created
*having to meet in the middle with the 3d* concept
*waking up in your old story* again, a concept you created
You are awareness in its totality, those things don’t have to happen. Choose to catch yourself before spiralling, once you learn to discipline the voice of the outerman trying to prompt a spiral, you would have mastered the art of shifting timelines and manifesting.
And once you realise there is nothing to do, you can start to become lazy with it all. I absolutely adore that post by my girl @hrrtshape , and those of you who find it hard to just be lazy wondering how people have it so good, you need to stop letting your outerman take the wheel. Stop racking your brain, calm yourself down. It’s here. You’re there. If you don’t get excited knowing you’re god, you’re not fully grasping (unless you’ve come to terms with that).
You are the sole creator. You are not just a person experiencing life; you are the total experience itself, the awareness behind it all.
There is no try there is only do. To try and to fail is a concept. The “how” in all this is a concept, the “when” in all this is a concept, time isn’t real, process isn’t real, to journey through this is a concept. When in actuality, it’s instant
Stop limiting yourself.
shifting tonight bc my s/o would never allow men to catcall or even look at me

1. imagine you’re watching a tv channel, that channel represents the reality you’re experiencing right now. there are other channels, other programs existing at the same time, you’re just tuned in a specific program, that doesn’t mean the rest don’t exist. you shift by grabbing the remote and changing the frequency, changing the channel to the one you’d prefer.
2. when you’re at a restaurant and you place an order, you know your food is coming, whether its taking 10 or 20 minutes, it doesn’t matter, you know its coming. in the meantime, you might enjoy the company you’re with, and even if you’re having a miserable time, you still know that your food is coming regardless.
3. whenever you think of unwanted thoughts, think of them as someone trying to fight you and you not engaging, you don’t react because you’re obviously not going to fight that person. or you can think of placing those thoughts on a cloud, observing it, and letting it go
4. watching a movie you already know the end to, you’re only playing out the rest of the movie
5. someone owing you money. you know you’re going to get the money back, you just can’t spend it yet. in the meantime, you’re thinking of ways you will spend it when you get your hands on them
6. placing an online order and knowing that it will get to you, no matter however many days it will take
7. a random person coming up to you on the street telling you how they hate your orange socks while you’re wearing white socks. you don’t react, you just keep walking.
. . . now these can be interpreted however you want but personally, i remind myself of these analogies whenever i’m feeling doubt, whenever unwanted thoughts creep up in general, & to remind myself of the mindset i want to adopt

the most powerful manifestation is rest
not the kind you take after you’ve done enough but the kind you give yourself because you’re allowed to slow down
because your body is tired and your heart just wants a moment to breathe
rest isn’t you being lazy or disconnected from your desires
rest is you saying i don’t need to chase what’s already on its way to me
it’s nervous system safety
it’s letting go of the constant pressure to be more healed more high vibe more magnetic
you’re already magnetic when you’re soft
when you’re quiet and still and not trying to control everything
sometimes that’s when things shift
when you finally stop over-efforting and life starts meeting you where you are
rest is receiving
rest is trust
rest is allowing things to come without forcing them to arrive
i have it, i have it, i have it… so where is it?
there’s a thing that happens. a delusion, a performance, a cosmic joke that you’re in on until you realise you’re the punchline. you manifest something, no, you inhabit it, you embody it, you crawl inside its skin and zip yourself up. i have x. i own x. x is already in my hands. you say it until it isn’t a wish anymore, just a fact waiting to be noticed. and then. nothing.
the universe, god, the simulation, whoever’s supposed to be writing this cheque, has put you on hold. customer service music is playing. you are nowhere near x, your hands are empty, your environment bleak and x-less. you are spiritually rich and physically destitute, the manifestational equivalent of an aristocrat whose assets are frozen.
and you sit there, stunned. because it worked last time. and the time before that. and the time before that. like magic, like clockwork, like a law as immutable as gravity. you have received things you shouldn’t have received. things you had no way of getting. things that should have been out of reach but weren’t, because you knew how to want them properly. so why not now? why this, why you, why the delay?
so , here’s how you get x
you ignore the absence of x. you treat x like an inevitability, like a train already hurtling down the tracks towards you. not like a possibility. not like a wish. an inevitability. you do not beg the train to come; you stand at the station as if it’s already rounding the bend. you prepare. you make space. you act as if.
this is not the delusion of a fool. this is the precision of an architect. the greats have always known this, athletes, actors, politicians, emperors. success is an air, a posture, a scent worn like cologne. you can smell it on people before they have it. and if you wear it long enough, the universe catches on.
you speak in possession, not longing. you train your mind to recoil at the word "want" like it’s poison. wanting affirms lack. you do not want, you have. you are.
but what about reality? what about facts? what about the brutalist architecture of circumstance, the stone and steel of what is?
what about it? reality is not static. it is pliant, malleable, a thing to be strong-armed and shaped. the first step in changing reality is refusing to bow to it.
so you do not acknowledge the empty space where x should be. you treat it like a chair already filled, a bank account already bursting, a future already decided. you hold the pose, you speak in the tense of the having, you ignore the absence until it has no choice but to become presence.
confidence + assumption = success. it has never been more complicated than that. the world has always belonged to those who assume it should.
so assume. and let the world catch up.
how to get what you want without affirmations
you don’t need words. you don’t need to sit in front of a mirror and say “i am rich, i am powerful, i am devastatingly beautiful” fifty times like a malfunctioning wind-up doll. reality does not care for your diction. you are not a salesman, and the universe is not some reluctant buyer waiting to be convinced.
the mistake is thinking you need to tell it what you want. the bigger mistake is thinking you need to tell yourself. affirmations are training wheels. good for beginners, good for those who still need to hear it. but the minute you’re relying on them, you’re admitting that some part of you doesn’t believe it’s already true.
belief is the whole game. not logic, not effort, not obsessively restating your desires as if you’re a student cramming the night before an exam. have you ever noticed how the things that come easiest are the things you never had to try for? how the moment you stop fixating on something, it seems to slip right into your hands? it’s not luck. it’s not irony. it’s that you moved into the having state without resistance.
forget the script. forget the language. what would you feel if you already had it? what would you not feel? because the absence of desire is the presence of fulfillment.
get into that state.
not the one where you are trying to be, but the one where you already are. it’s not about pretending. it’s not about hoping. it’s about settling into the quiet, absolute certainty of someone who does not need to ask. because the ones who have never ask.
engrave this process into your mind & move on.
i , assume. this is the whole thing. everything else is decoration. assume what you want is already real. not coming, not pending, not "in progress." real. here. done. the moment you assume it, it exists. there is no gap between thought and reality.
ii , persist. this is where most people trip. they assume, then check the mirror every five minutes, looking for signs, looking for proof. but a mirror reflects what you believe to be true, not what you’re begging to see. you persist in the assumption. not because you’re forcing anything, but because you understand this is how reality works. you wouldn’t assume gravity is real, then spend the rest of the day doubting it. same rules apply.
iii , let it unfold. no micromanaging. no checking the tracking number. no pacing back and forth wondering if you did it right. assumption is not about force. it is not about effort. it is not a request. assume, persist, and let reality adjust. it always does. . . . but what then? iv , live it. you don’t wait for confirmation to breathe. you don’t wait for a written notice that the sky is still in place. stop waiting. start being. reality does not need you to second-guess it. it already knows what to do. assume, persist, and step into it.
one day, you’ll celebrate your birthdays over there, and your wishes may turn softer, more resigned—no longer the desperate wishes you make now. these weeks of struggle will be no more than a fleeting thought, something you’ll brush off with a small giggle, then bury back in the deepest, dustiest shelves of your mind. you’ll look back at the nights you spent wondering if this was it, and you’ll laugh, and laugh, and laugh—a hollow but somehow full sound, at how little you knew then.
how to banish resistance effectively , resistance is not some grand cosmic force, sadly, it’s a habit. so stop. here’s how.
you are not your thoughts. they are not a mirror, not a diagnosis, not proof of failure. they’re just noise. when your brain spits out, 'this isn’t working,' don’t argue, don’t spiral, don’t even take it seriously. let it sit there. watch it fade. because it will. so stop identifying with intrusive thoughts.
resistance only survives if you start negotiating with it. the second you start dissecting a doubt, you’re trapped in its logic. don’t play along. when you get a thought like 'what if this isn’t working?,' just let it sit there unanswered, like an awkward question in a conversation you’ve already checked out of. give it nothing to work with.
resistance is only as powerful as the attention you give it. redirect your thoughts. immediately. to anything. every time doubt creeps in, think of something else. return to your assumption, your end goal, your desired reality. do it without hesitation. "but what if. ." no. "but i don’t feel. . .," don’t let resistance become the main thing. replace it, move on.
people act like doubt means something. it doesn’t. it’s just a feeling. a chemical reaction in your brain that passes, like hunger, like tiredness, like any other mood. let it exist without letting it define anything. don’t resist it, don’t analyse it. just let it float by like a passing car outside your window. not your car, not your problem. make peace with discomfort.
assume your power. resistance is a relic of a mindset that no longer serves you. you don’t have to fight it, you don’t have to fix it. you just have to stop believing in it. act like someone who already has what they want, and let resistance dissolve into irrelevance. it was never real to begin with.
stop treating resistance like an enemy to be defeated. it’s not a force, it’s a habit. and habits break the moment you stop giving them power.
