How to treat artist: on tumblr

don’t rush them to draw something. if you want something drawn fast, do it yourself.

don’t like their style? whatever, it’s your opinion. but don’t tell them its bad!

if you like something they drew, then TELL THEM! PRAISE THEIR WORK! artist need every bit of motivation.

constructive criticism is always good, but don’t flat out tell them they suck.

everyone has their own style. if they draw a certain character a bit different than you want it to look, then that’s ok. don’t like it, again, DRAW IT YOURSELF

if they are asking for payment for request or commissions, DON’T COMPLAIN!! artist need money just like everyone else, and art supplies are very expensive!

if they try a new art style DON’T TELL THEM THEY SHOULD JUST STICK WITH WHAT “THERE GOOD AT” that’s just plain rude. period.

don’t hate an artist just because they only draw one thing, or draw all kinds of things. unless your paying them real hard CASH to draw for you, then you don’t have a say on what they are doing. actually…

UNLESS YOU PAY THEM, YOU CANT TELL THEM WHAT TO DO AT ALL. PERIOD. END OF STORY.

TREAT THEM LIKE HUMANS. NOT MACHINES. they need to eat, sleep, and mess around just like everyone else. give them a break.

ART IS ART, WRITING, DRAWING, PAINTING, IT’S ALL ART! Don’t tell someone writing isn’t art, or singing, or painting, IT’S ALL A FORM OF ART!!

artist are consistently improving. just because they might not be all that great now, does not mean they wont improve! stick by them, encourage them, no matter what!

EVERYONE HAS THAT ONE WORK. every artist has that one piece of art that sucks, alright? EVERYONE. so, don’t judge an artist just by their one work of art that isn’t as good as the rest. we all mess up.

Hands together and hips sway to the beat. The two were in sync to the rythm,both careful not to break their rythm as they kept their bodies close,be ridding of any space inbetween them as their clothed forms touched. From him,even when he was clothed, she still was able to feel the heat radiate from his clothed body.

Her head layed upon his broad shoulders,a smiled formed on her lips as she kept hold of his hand in hers as her eyes closed. She listened to the sound of the music that filled the room with its plesent yet steady noise,be ridding the pained silence that she would normaly hear in her own little home. She listened to the fire that crackled and flicked in the air,it would casually flicker higher before becoming low as as his head would fill a small, surrounding area with its soothing light. It was, in her own opinion, quite plesent and quite lovely to be held close like she was currently.

For her,she was happy that she was with someone that truly cared for her,accepted her for who she purly was and therefore would share these moments with her. Many she had seen when they crossed paths would be disgusted by her and would sadly find her distasteful, disgusting and so on. It was honestly quite appalling at how people would have the nerve to be so vile towards someone whom was much diffrent to them but sadly that was life. Life was never prefect and thust be understood.

For him,being close to someone who wouldn’t flinch away from him was a relief. Others would keep a slight distance from him due to him being made out of pure fire.Sometimes the distance that was giving would make him feel slightly self conscious about himself but being with her, she took it all away.

To eachother, they felt they could be themselves. Together, they were happy with each other’s company. He was her light and she was his happiness. The two together had their safe haven and had what they both craved…Love…Love is what that wanted and what they both got and with that,they cherished it as their own need was for filled.

There was no holding back, no fear and no tears. They had eachother and that’s all they needed and that is what all they wanted.
