dear friends! i'm currently working on the first (pilot) stage of my thesis and i'm looking for respondents!
for the first stage of my research, i need 8 respondents who are willing to discuss their attitude to certain genres of media via text (on tumblr or discord) in a live format at any convenient time up to 29th of april.
10 consecutive questions (+ possible clarification)
~25-40 minutes
respondents must be 18-24yo and fluent in english
no special knowledge needed
no personal/identifying data will be requested
if you're interested or want to know more, send me a direct message (but please do keep in mind we might have different timezones so i might be slow with my answer)!
reblogs are appreciated! and thank you all so much in advance <3
(p.s. i would ask my closest mutuals not to participate in this stage yet because there will be another round of interviews! it hurts for me to ask it but i have to do it this way :,) for now, i'm looking for a diverse sample and people whose preferences i don't know well.)
Give it a little more time, and he will look just like him

pro lifer blocked me on twitter for asking this but if embryos have souls, and then they're aborted, exactly how sapient are they in the afterlife? Are they forever doomed to float around with no thoughts in their heads? Is it like just animal intelligence like a little happy goldfish? Do they still have an embryonic form? I've always seen an assumption that child souls are still in child form so I guess so. Do the other people in the afterlife keep abortions as little pets? Will they stay in a fishbowl or are they too stupid + intangible and float right out again?
Fun game for Pride Month:
When you're at a event, count how many people with mobility aids there are. If it seens low, think about why that might be. Count how many disabled bathrooms. Count how many unavoidable steps. Try and find one accessibility issue at the event and afterwards contact the organisers to ask them to fix it.
Many disabled queer people are left out of the Pride month celebrations due to accessibility issues, so if you're able to be there, you're already in a position to make it better.
Don't forget your disabled siblings this Pride!

I’m doing a Philosophy paper on Asexuality. Please reblog if you think Love without Sex is possible! I really need the data. Like if you think love has to have sex.
