I like the theory that we’re playing as the six-eared macaque as opposed to paying the real wukong…. Turning into yappatron 3000 rn but TO ME the six-eared macaque is mainly villainised because he’s supposed to be a manifestation of Wukong’s “negative traits”, the side he has to discard in order to be truly enlightened. The game’s story might possibly switch things? Jon killed his dad on October 31st, 1990, meaning he was 10 years old. I was under the impression he was older, like in his late teens.
